If your in the neighborhood or sick of the all holy "Romans" then definitely come try Buffalo's cause I'm picky as all heck and I don't even really like pizza unless it's luigis by the slice downtown but on nights when your not feeling the stove, and mountain mikes or round table is just too expensive this is a great alternative ! Ooey Gooey cheese and very fresh tasting .. We had terrible customer service tonight. I ordered a pizza and a couple sides of mango habanero wings for my family. I was told it would be a half hour for delivery. An hour later the food was delivered and it was missing the wings. Also, they charged us for 2 sides of ranch that we didn't order. Instead. we got an extra side of habanero sauce. I'm guessing for the wings we didn't get. We called to ask what happened and the girl who picked up the phone said we didn't order wings, nor did we get charged for them. She took no responsibility and did not seem to care. I'm all about supporting local businesses and the food is decent but I will not be ordering from them again. Customer service is important and I expect that if my order isn't right, you correct it. And that didn't happen. Very disappointed. Good luck. read more

Got delivery here for the first time and the pizza was delicious, but definitely not NY style. The crust is thick, chewy and tasty, which is awesome, just not their style namesake. The guy on the phone that took my order was super friendly, pizzas arrived in 20 minutes piping hot and fresh. Been coming here the better part of two years. I don't mind the price increases. I'm in the restaurant business. I know prices are going up. This place has a certain charm about it. It's like a high school hang out. The food is always good. The service is usually friend, even if they have younger folks watching. Here's why I'm leaving at one star review: we called in an order tonight, I arrived early to check in because I figured it was gonna be busy. They were busy, and everyone was working hard except for a certain employee. She Was behind the counter joking around, hanging out, cursing loudly, while everyone else worked hard around her. She seem like more of a distraction than employee. She kept openly touting "it's not like I work here" and F this F that. The reason this bothers me is because I've come here often and see how hard they work especially with short staff. I know they can do good teamwork. I don't appreciate spending my money to see them distracted by a subpar coworker. I'm a firm believer that people can get better with time, however I encourage management or ownership to remove this employee. In my experience employees will behave this way are not worth the effort to teach them right from wrong. She is a problem child. I actually called the restaurant and spoke with her and the manager because I believe in honesty. I will not come back to this location, but I wish them the best of luck because They have never let me down in terms of food. It's hard to find good people right now, but from what I experience it's better to work short staffed than work with mediocre employees. Hopefully she grows up . read more

Tried most other pizza places around. This is the winner. Good pizza, wings, and salad. Pizza had plenty of toppings, wings were a nice size (the mango habanero sauce was fantastic, not too hot, very pleasant), and the salad w/blue cheese was very good. This pizza place is the best and my family's favorite place to order from! Besides the best pizza we've ever eaten, everyone who works there is friendly and kind . Their dough is a great fluffy to chewy ratio, the cheese is real cheese and the sauce! So good! We normally order a salad to share and they are always fresh and crisp and cold...we've eaten inside they've got many tv's and a pool table a couple video games, when we choose to stay at home they deliver within the stated times and it always arrives hot and delicious...we just love this place like I said its a family favorite! A regular spot for us to grab huge pizzas! I havent had any of the drinks there, not many choices apart from the typical sodas or beers. The pizzas come out HOT and fresh and the owners there are very friendly. I have been going for years and enjoy seeing some of the random new pies they introduce sometimes. This place is a step up compared to the typical 'round table' and the service is fast. Really? 5 stars people? There's no way. I'm a native of Buffalo and found this place on Yelp earlier this afternoon. It's about a 10 minute drive from ARC so I thought I'd give it a try. Blech. First off, they claim to be real New York pizza. Guess what? IT'S NOT. I'm sorry, but there's no way this could even pass as NY style pizza. Buffalo pizza even has a certain charm to it, and this place doesn't have it. Not to mention the God-awful service I exeprienced here. I walk in and some kid (who is the cashier) was sitting at the bar chatting it up with the bartender.. I stood there nearly 5 mintues before he even realized I was there. I asked if they served pizza by the slice (they do not normally - only at lunch) and because they only have it between 11 and 1.. he offered me 2 old slices that had been sitting out all afternoon at about 3:30pm. Are you freaking kidding me? Not only that but it was more expensive for 2 slices than it was for a small pizza! Uncalled for. Keep in mind too they charge for credit AND debit purchases.. the guy didn't even tell me. I had to ask! So I order something simple - a small cheese pizza - and he said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It was, I'll give them that, but the cashier decided to again ignore me and start chatting it up with some kid who did NOT work there. The friend of the cashier also went in the back and prepared himself a sandwich. Makes you wonder who's really even preparing your food? Totally unprofessional. Then I got my pizza practiaclly thrown at me without a thank you, here you go, or have a nice day. Sorry, I'm not the type to complain about stuff like that but the service here is absolutely horrid. Not only that, but there seems to be peddlers and people looking for change all over the area. Granted it's in a shady part of the Sac/North Highlands border but it was ridiculous. I'm very very upset and disappointed. The kid at the cashier with the glasses, is rude, insults us and the older woman, didn't care the kid talked that way, and they all rushed around cleaning more than cooking for customers. I ordered Buffalo wings, and a pizza and two soft drinks. They got our pizza to us ten mins later. He put the drinks on the table and tossed the straws at us. Then we took our time waiting for the wings, 20 to 30 mins later, watching them clean, we ask for the wings., i went to the counter and they said we never ordered wings. This was my first time at this location. The restaurant was clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The staff was friendly. I ordered the pizza roll, original wings, a small cheese pizza, and a plain pasta dish with no sauce since my daughter doesn't like sauce. They were very accommodating for the pasta order and the food was great. I love the pizza roll. It's like a calzone but with less cheese and for me it's the perfect blend of dough, cheese, and pepperoni. It tastes so good. The wings were cooked perfectly and they were nice and meaty. The original wing sauce had great flavor with not too much heat. The price is right, too. We fed my family of four for under $30. I have been to the one in West Sacramento twice and this one once now and I will definitely be back. read more
