Also thy sauced the crispy skin making it not crispy at all, what a missed opportunity! The rose was soooo good.. I don't remember the name but the bottle was $50 - doesn't come by the glass. Totally worth $50. It's sharp but sweet at the same time. Originally I wanted to try the pear martini but they were out of the pear part of it... worked out! We weren't blown away by anything other than the wine, which I'm sure it at other restaurants. Great service, funny and attentive.
