This was a great experience. I saw a couple of those huge roaches you get during the summer or winter. I can usually squash them when I see them. But I had a couple get away from me. I knew they'd be behind my dish washer breeding away to make super mega roach offspring, so I needed some treatment. The representative came out and sprayed my outside and inside while I was at my house. The technician did a great job of covering the whole house and answering my stupid questions along the way. Since he's been here I've seen 3 dead large roach carcasses. I'm so more at ease now that I know there won't be roaches crawling on my face at night to eat my drool. I think it's been about a year since we've been using Bug Commander, and I've been nothing but pleased with the service. After calling several companies and narrowing down to 2, I went with Bug Commander because they are a small business and because I could tell that Jennifer really cares about customer service. They are always great about scheduling appointments that are convenient for me and Jordan is always on time. Once, I had to call them back out because a spider was in my home, the scheduling of the appointment was flawless. The day of, Jordan called to let me know he was on his way. There was bad weather, so I called him back and told him that I could reschedule if I'm his last customer of the day. Jordan did not allow me to reschedule, he came out anyway. We have been using these guys since we moved into a new build in Prosper. When we first moved in I was having to call them out like every two weeks due to the amount of bugs that were happening. Jordan was super helpful and actually walked the house with us and showed us things to seal and fix to avoid the nooks and crannies that the nasty guys use to get in the house. Back in February I scheduled service and was given a date and time window between 2-4pm. I scheduled my day around that appointment so when nobody had showed up or called by 4:20, I left for a meeting. While I was in my meeting, Jordan left a message and said he was on his way. He called at 4:30. I didn't hear his message until after 6. I never heard anything else until just last week when I got a message from Jennifer who said my next service date was approaching. I called her back, she was very friendly, and explained the situation and that we would not be using them for service. I saw on the previous reviews that most seem pleased with them but I thought I would offer my personal experience as a contrast. Wish they would have worked out for us too but you can't win them all.
