I decided to find someone close to come over and see if anything could be done. I called and spoke to the K part of the business and he was very nice and asked various questions about the problem. He gave me an appointment for Tuesday August 7th between the hours of 3pm to 5pm. Finally tuesday came and I left work early to meet up at my house and by 4:30 pm nobody showed up. I tried calling and nobody answered. It was very upsetting that nobody even bothered to call me and let know they couldn't make it and didn't answer the phone. I didn't ever get a call back either. I was very dissappointed and had to call another professional company who actually showed up on time and was able to help with the problem.

I tried the usual indoor ant baits and kept my kitchen counters and floors spotless, but the ants kept coming and it felt like an endless nightmare to spray windex and wipe them away, over and over again. But I ended up choosing Entrust Pest Control because of several things: 1) great communication: Cody called me directly instead of texting, and was not pushy about selling me a monthly service. He clearly understood my need for a cost-effective solution (one and done) and desire to avoid indoor exposure to pesticides. He finished the job after I had left for work and texted me a wonderfully detailed report with photos. His explanations were really thorough and professional, and he set realistic expectations from the start about how long it would take for the complete effect. 2) great price: given my budget conscious request, he only charged me $100 for finding and killing the ant colonies, laying down a barrier around the house , and dewebbing and spraying down the thousand of spider webs that had taken over my property this year. The feeling of relief that night when I didn't have to spray down the walls with windex was priceless. 3) amazing dedication: only after I looked closely at my invoice did I realize that Cody drove all the way from Anaheim to the Glendale/Pasadena area to earn my business. He was so motivated that he responded to my Yelp request on Sunday afternoon and came at 7am Monday morning (from 40 miles away) so I could show him the problem areas before leaving for work. Also, he was able to tolerate wearing a uniform with long sleeves and long pants despite the 90 degree weather! They offered to come for a quote the next day and within few days they gave us best pricing and a warranty. We decided to proceed with them. All was going by plan (cleaning, traps, sealing of point entries, etc.) They recommended to have the roof repaired by a third company- and we did as recommended. We hired a company to repair any roof issues and again sealing points etc. End of August we heard rat activity in the wall, attempted to call and nobody would answer the phone line I had saved for them, my husband tried to reach the main contact he had on his end- Ben Bayan via text/ call - again unsuccessfully. I emailed on 8/29 requesting to have someone check the issue since we have a warranty, and got a reply that same day "Thanks for reaching out. I believe you got a hold of Ben already? If not please let me know and I will make sure he reaches out to you. Our new number is 888-880-RATS" I replied back stating we never got ahold of Ben and need to schedule someone to come out. Nobody replied anymore. Nobody answered their new phone line either for a week. Their voicemail is full too so there's no way to leave a message. I emailed again on 9/3, called again and nothing. I emailed again o 9/6 stating we've been trying to get ahold of someone and are disappointed that nobody is replying to emails or answering the phone, I notified them that I will report to BBB if I don't hear back by 9/10. On 9/9 I decided to try and call their "new number " and person by the name David answered- I explained the situation and our dissatisfaction. He said he would call me back, which he did with another number that I saved under his name. It was during the time of a heat wave and he stated they don't have workers out on premises due to the weather- which was understandable. He said he would call me within a week after the weather gets cooler to follow up when he'd sent someone out. When he didn't reach out, I did via a text on 9/13. He called and said he would call me back once he finds out who could come out and when. I didn't get a call back, I tried to call him and his phone has been off or not answering. I texted back on 9/17 to follow up, called multiple times his number and their company number- again unsuccessfully. On 9/19 tried to reach them via email- again, unsuccessful. I've tried calling many more times both numbers. It is now 9/25, nobody answers, nobody replies, nobody gives a damn about their clients. Why have a warranty when cannot follow up on their clients?! I do not recommend this company, poor communication, once they take your money they no longer want to follow up on warranty calls. I will be proceeding with BBB complaint as well. Save your hassle, go with another company that actually cares about its clients.
