After my first review the owner Nhi reached out so I decided to give them another chance and I'm glad I did! Lynn did my gel pedicure and I will be coming back just to see her again. It didn't feel rushed and was very relaxing. I'm not sure if they typically spend a lot of time cleaning the cuticles for a dip manicure, I believe the manicurist was Sing and he just used a drill to take care of the cuticles so I asked Nhi after if I could have some cuticle oil. It hasn't been a full week yet, but so far my nails are holding up good! The staff is very attentive and friendly. I will be coming back and hope this becomes my go to nail salon! read more

Just had to update my review.. Came back for my second time and I made an appointment a few days in advance but when I got there I was told to wait and I waited an entire 45 minutes before my nail tech even came over to me. Within that time, one person came over to me after probably 20-25 minutes to take off gel on nails (I didn't have any on) so she took off my polish and then said she'd be right with me, but i continued to wait another 20-25 minutes. I'm shy so I didn't say anything but it could prevent me from coming back. I am a busy mom of two small kids under 5 years old and I can't be gone for 2-3 hours at a time when almost an entire hour is spent waiting, it's all about maximizing my time. That being said, Tracy is still amazing and she does the best job and I always leave satisfied with her work and my nails (I'm usually disappointed at other salons). So I'm torn because SHE is amazing, but I really didn't like having to wait 45 minutes. I'll give it another shot and hopefully it was just a one-Time thing. If not, I'll be upset because I thought I finally found my spot. read more

Have tried this place 3 times every time the tech has rushed my service, never asked what shape I'd like my nails (when getting a pedicure), my cuticles are left ridged and never fully cut clean, and my nail polish is always uneven. I made an appointment at Bui nail lounge after reading stellar reviews on Facebook. After calling the same day, I was happy to get an appointment for an acrylic fill and a gel pedicure. I got to the salon, it was busy and really pretty and clean inside. My nail tech welcomed me and I thought I was in good hands. I was wrong.... The nail tech doing my pedicure was brand new. Everything she did from cutting my toenails to filling the water in the bowl, she had the lady next to her telling her how to do it. Very basic pedicure for the price. The worst part was the man who came to do my fill. He was rough, cutting my fingers in various places with the file. The color didn't cover all of my nail and they were thick and bumpy. Maybe I just had bad technicians, but it made me not want to try there ever again. read more

My daughter and I love coming here to get our nails done, but on Friday the 6th in the afternoon I was witness to several of the employees including the owner reprimanding the front desk lady in front of the whole shop not once but twice. The front desk lady is always friendly and professional, doing her best to keep the chaos in order. It was to the point that the front desk lady walked out to calm herself and had been visibly crying. How unprofessional and just bad business in whole. I don't care what the reasoning was it was sad to watch. I hope the owner learns how to run a business, schedule customers accordingly and manage employees in a much more professional way. Whatever had happened should have been discussed in the back of the shop or after hours not in front of other employees or customers. I am disappointed in the fact that I have to find another nail shop because we really love the work this place does. And yes the front desk lady is my daughter and no matter if she was or was not related it was not OK to do that to anyone. read more

I really wanted to love this place. It's near my home and gets good ratings. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The quality of the manicure and pedicure is not what I'm used to. My regular salon is Blanca LaBella in Roseville and I have always had excellent results there. The pedicure I received at Bui nail salon in Lincoln not good, polish un even and nails not filed even. So I thought it was a one off and I'd go back again to try them out. Today I went in for a dip French manicure and the pink powder was super low so it was transferred to two different containers that looked like used shot glasses to try to make it deep enough to dip my nail in. The result is bubbles on the clear part and white spread thru the pink of the French manicure. Not worth the money. Next time I'll wait for my regular salon. read more

Went with two other friends we asked for the same thing and we were all charged differently. Also since we all asked for acrylic mine had no color nail polish just the clear coat and I was charged the most! When my other friends were charged less then me. My friends had the same color and asked for the same service and still were also charged differently. The guy that took "care" of me was very rough with my hands. Just save yourself a trip cause I never felt so scammed. Also owner is the same one from coco nails in Lincoln and le belle. Let's just say I didn't have a great experience with him before. Certainly worth the hype! First time here, I called to schedule an appointment and they had a ton of availability. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very kind. Upon arrival they had us sit, and we were help fairly quickly. My husband got a mani / pedi from Tina. She was SO SWEET to him and made him feel very comfortable! He was even offered a glass of wine! I just got a fill for my pink & white and the man who helped me was very kind! He even would stop and listen to any requests which I appreciated! They have a rewards program which is awesome! They take cash & card. The only thing I didn't like was at the end when I was paying another woman and her grandmother were behind us causing the receptionist to quickly push us out. I made an appointment three days in advance for my daughter and I to have pedicures. Upon arrival, the salon was completely packed and I was asked if we could wait. I asked how long the wait would be and was told 15 minutes which I knew was just a standard reply. So I said we will wait if it's truly only 15 minutes. The receptionist then looked back to whom I assume was the owner. She then came over and asked if we could come back. I said, No we will not be back given you chose to not respect my time. They had my phone number and could've called to let us know we needed to reschedule, especially when they have an actual receptionist.
