I know we were quoted a "few hours" since with suspension it could have its moments that take a bit more time to smooth out. The process ended up taking the whole day, but I think the main issue was there was a car prior to our appointment that took longer than anticipated. All in all though, Mark and the team at one6 still have never let me down and they honored their price to me over the phone though the time did take a bit over their billable hourly rate, I think for suspension work it's a set price give or take a few.
