    Erin P. helped me with my lease of a 2024 Lyriq. She was awesome. Very responsive to all my questions. Once I took possession of the car, she went through all the "need to know" bits and pieces.     I just bought a used car from this low life store. The used car manager terrible. So I bought the car. And found they just wash ur car and do now inspections to sell u a good quality car. Please look at my pictures of how this car was sold. Think before you buy. I'll never be back

    Searching for a new (or fairly new) car on a whim, thanks to a rental car that made me feel pretty excited about a brand... I mean, who doesn't love something that anticipates your every possible need... and then silently does these acts of service without any fanfare? Yeah, heated steering wheel, auto tilting side mirrors, ambient interior lights... Too bad you cant similarly custom order SOs like that ... I mean I'd pay full retail for that... words you'd NEVER hear coming from me... anywho... This dealership has zero swag or class. The girl who answered my inquiry about sales hours and a sales person was impatient and rude "New or Used?!!" She demanded, when I asked to be transferred... to setup a test drive... #NotClassy. PS. The 2012s called and want their fake fur vests back The sales person that answered was brusque and had zero charisma on the phone. Stupid way to set the tone for a customer imo... you want people to like you right? Just kept telling me to ask for someone when I got in... no hello, general niceties, nothing to engage, just irritate... I had a specific car in stock in mind too. #KindaDumb Tried to see about the options and pricing possibilities between lease and maybe a 2016 0r 2017 for purchase... overpriced in comparison to many other places in the area... I was thinking about leasing if they would generate some favorable terms... these guys need to go remedial sales class... McAllister the GM and the most annoying Internet sales spammer... Jeff Zeitler. Who writes back to a customer "It's a 38K car" as a response to negotiation with comps sent showing better terms elsewhere? Motorwerks Barrington seems much better.

    Sharing our experience in case it helps someone else…read more We recently purchased a van from Napleton Lincoln of Schaumburg after finding it online and completing the purchase remotely. We're out of state, so we weren't able to test drive and had to rely completely on what the dealership told us about the condition. Before buying, we specifically asked about the condition and were told it had only received an oil change, two new tires, and that everything was in good condition. Within a short time of receiving the vehicle, it developed a coolant leak. We had it inspected and found multiple issues, including a failing radiator, belt damage, a failing battery, and tire wear concerns. After that, we were sent the dealership's own service records, which showed that an oil leak had already been identified prior to sale and that a repair was being done at the same time we were asking about the vehicle's condition. That was never disclosed to us. Since then, both the dealership and corporate have continued to characterize that repair as "routine maintenance." However, this was not routine maintenance -- it was a repair performed to address an identified oil leak. Describing it as routine maintenance does not change the fact that it was a known issue at the time of sale and was not disclosed when we specifically asked about the vehicle's condition. We were also originally quoted $600 for transport, but later had to pay an additional $95 separately to complete delivery. When we tried to resolve this, the situation was dismissed as "normal wear," and communication became dismissive and unprofessional. This isn't about expecting a perfect used vehicle -- it's about asking directly about the condition and not being given complete or accurate information, especially when buying remotely. Just wanted to share so others can ask the right questions and protect themselves. Happy to answer questions or share documentation if it helps anyone.

Individual named Mike helped me initially, but what was kind of weird was that he just stepped away completely after he bought out a helmet in the size I wanted but not the color. As I was trying it on, another employee approached me and started making small talk, like he stayed right next to me until I handed him the helmet after I tried it on, then left me alone. Straight up felt like he may have thought id take off with the helmet. I was really debating on giving them my business after that, but then a 3rd employee asks me if everything was okay and he was super nice. He went and got exactly what I wanted out the back. I decided since I was already there, I'll buy just the helmet there and get the gear online. I would say that they're pretty stacked up in terms of gear, but that little interaction with the one employee really caught me by surprise. Can't say Id come back.

    I recently attempted to purchase a BMW X7 from Patrick BMW in Illinois and unfortunately the…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. Two days before pickup, I had already completed everything the dealership asked of me. I secured financing through my bank, had the purchase agreement sent to my lender, the check was issued, and I even added the vehicle to my insurance policy. From my perspective, the deal was essentially ready to close. However, when it came time to finalize everything, several additional products were introduced that had never been discussed earlier in the process. The finance manager explained that the $3,500 maintenance plan would be important because brakes on this vehicle can cost around $5,000, and she also recommended wheel and tire protection for roughly $3,000. While I understand dealerships offer these types of protections, my concern is that these options were introduced after the deal was basically complete and after my lender had already issued a check. As a consumer, I expect to be given all available options upfront so I can make an informed decision before moving forward with financing and insurance. Introducing additional costs at the final stage forced me into the position of having to call my bank, void a check, and restart the funding process. To make matters more frustrating, after everything was already in motion, the salesperson informed me that I would also need to physically "wet sign" documents before the vehicle could leave the dealership. This was never mentioned earlier either. Since I live about 4.5 hours away, that meant either driving nearly 9 hours round trip or waiting for documents to be mailed back and forth. At that point, I asked to speak with the General Manager, Keith, hoping we could find some kind of resolution given the amount of time and effort I had already invested. Unfortunately, the response I received was simply that there must have been "miscommunication," with no real effort made to acknowledge the inconvenience or salvage the deal. In the end, poor communication and last-minute changes ended up killing what was nearly a $74,000-$75,000 sale. Buying a vehicle in this price range should be a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Will never consider using them again!! Worst experience ever!!
