Went to pick up my truck today and was told a price of $766.32. I was shocked and ask what additional charges were? I was told it was a diagnostic fee. After talking to the service advisor he charged me $610. I'm not sure if it's normal business practice to not include all the fees in a quote you give a customer they agree to but it felt pretty shady. Make sure to ask what total charges are including diagnostic before agreeing to service.

He's a one man show that works on just about everything from what I've seen at the shop. He's efficient and honest as can be which is wonderful when you yourself aren't mechanically inclined. Specializing in corvette's and diesel trucks but we have him work on our Acura and Toyota. His knowledge and skills are very good. From talking with him I've learned that his previous time at the dealerships service department he achieved the highest tech certification GM offers which is "World Class" and he even maintained it for years after starting his business. That's no easy feat as you have to be sponsored from an actual GM dealer to continue the trainings. From small asks (my parking break needs adjustment/oil changes) to major work rebuilding/swapping engines he does it all. When you stop in, if you're a car person, be sure to ask to see the bel air under the cover that he's restoring with his dad. All of the recommendations Kurtis gives you at Lunardi are reasonable and he's never tried to up-sell work or anything that we don't actually need. Besides all of that goodness, if you happen to go on a day that his adorable corgi is at the shop, you get to meet Jimmy too!

I guess things have changed with Used Car factory. First of all I never write a bad reviews for…read morebusinesses I have done transactions with. But Used Car Factory has changed that. I bought a truck from them, the next day the check engine light came on. Took it back there, they said they would replace it no problem, as long as I got the part. I purchased the part, and brought the truck back to them, their mechanic could not figure it out. It was an O2 censor. The issue was, with that engine type, the wrong o2 censor would read that it needed to be replaced. So I had to take my truck into a different mechanic, and drop over $500 to get the o2 censor issue figure out. Then came back to Used Car factory, asked if they could reimburse me for the Auto shop fee, they said not, Then asked if they would simply pay for the parts, they again said no. Will never refer anyone I know to this car lot. I dropped 15k on my truck, they could have at least replaced/paid for the parts I had to put into the truck, to get it running right. The last conversation I had with them, I asked them to pay for the o2 censor, which is $126. After paying over $15,000, you would think they would at least do that.

We were passing through Medford towing a 20k lb toyhauler with our Ram 3500 duality. On a quick…read morevisit to crater lake, we noticed a shimmy from the front passenger side. Got back to our RV and noticed the front end seemed toed out by about half an inch. Called a couple shops that were getting 5 stars on yelp and they highly recommended custom automotive. Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable!
