Shoddy work and no respect for property. Many things but one example: instead of walking around an established rose bush, cut it off at the base with a sawsall and cover the stump with mulch to hide it. They have done exceptional repair work on some of my transaction homes, and recently I called them to inspect one of my own rental homes in Menifee. There was dry wood termite damage over the porch area and a new roof beam was needed. We checked out the work progress on the repair day and were horrified at the damage and the scope of work needed to fix it. On examining the area a few days later, it looks like nothing happened! It's like new! They replaced the beam, roof sheathing, paper and roof tiles and put up new trim and painted it all to match the existing paint. A job done right! This review is about the company culture not the technician in the field. The good reviews are from folks who got lucky and were assigned a tech who took pride in doing a good job. The bad reviews are from folks who weren't lucky and were assigned a tech who could care less. We were lucky for years having a tech who did a great job, but he left the company and was replaced with a tech who doesn't do much of anything, and obviously doesn't care. But the thing is that the management/owner have no clue whether the field tech is doing a good job or not because they have no monitoring in place. In all the years we were clients, we never received a call to see how the tech was doing, never had an unannounced visit while the tech was working. So if you are receiving good service it's because your tech takes pride in the work. If you don't know, you best monitor your tech from time to time because the management/owner doesn't monitor and apparently doesn't care. .. read more
