wow!!! your money goes far in the arcade! i just visited round one recently and was honestly really shocked how much we ended up spending. coming here, we walked right in and loaded a card with $20. at round one, getting issued a new car comes with a charge, as far as i could see, that didn't happen here. we ended up playing many games and garnering around 400 tickets just with our one visit. (thanks fruit ninja) they have awesome prizes and i'm really excited to come back and get some cool prizes!! the service is nice and they're doing a lot of renovations to increase the amount of entertainment, so come give them a try, it'll only get better. i would recommend if you're looking for a budget friendly arcade. they do have a deal to get the other entertainment for under $20 per person, so if you're looking at mini golf or go karting, i recommend. read more

Had a pretty mediocre all around experience. Their arcade card dispenser is unreliable and issued me a card I paid $10 for but had no assigned credits. I had to wait for a manager to return from lunch break to resolve this. Also, it seems that it has been rebranded Bullwinkles again in name only. There is no hint of Bullwinkle at all around here except for a lazy outline of a moose on their shirts. They should call this place Bullsh*twinkles instead, that would be more accurate. read more

Wouldn't come again. I came for the park after dark and no where in Bullwinkles or when I bought the ticket did it say lines closed at 11:30. Lines were long and I rushed through bowling just to be able to get to the go karts. It was 11:29 and they said I wasn't able to get in line. Went to mini golfing and said I wasn't able to get in line either. What was the point of me buying the unlimited attractions if they said no, even when they closed at midnight?? Went to complain and they said "you have a free attraction for next time".... But it was 30 minutes until closing and I could've atleast done two games. They need to get organized more and be more specific. After waiting over an hour to go bowling, I would've skipped it had I known that go karting was closing 30 minutes early. Bad service, waited 2 hours in line just for a group of kids to jump over the fence, thing was they literally hopped the fence taking our spot next into getting entry to the karts. Staff didnt do anything about it and started talking about some "dont disrespect my staff" when the people who skipped the line hadnt shown respect for us in the first place. The girl whoever was monitoring it too was the one telling us if we didn't like what just happened we could leave. We just waited a whole 2 hours in the cold to have a group of kids hop in front without even waiting a second yet they still got seated to the karts. Wow.....what a great time! We got here on a Sunday around 1100am and it was pretty slow which was nice, you got to play a bunch of arcade games and didn't even use the all the points we had on our card which was a pleasant surprise. We got to do mini golf, go karts, and bumper boats and it was all a blast. The place did get busy around 1pm with pre scheduled birthday parties, but it never felt packed which was nice. Food was surprisingly good, we got pizza, wings, pork belly bites, loaded tater tots, and a few other things are everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful with all questions. The current owners are looking to add a bowling alley and a few other great at attractions. Will definitely be planning another trip. read more

We went in a super hot day. We did indoor mini golf which has no ac but blows air from air coolers. It was manageable but smelled a but musty. Wish there were bathrooms in that side so you didn't have to walk all the way back to the main buildings. read more

Great place ! I'm so happy this place ended up opening again. Food is delicious & the arcade is great for what it is now.. expansion coming soon! The go karts are very fun & so are the mini golf courses. I think there's only a few things I would complain about: since it has been busy lately, they need to check on the restrooms more often & they need to have people constantly cleaning the place. I was there one day about an hour and a half to closing & it was dirty. Tables were unoccupied but they hadn't been wiped down & there was trash on the floor & around the drink area. I also noticed that more often than not, the employees gather around the front counter and chit chat when there is "nothing" to do. It's a busy place with lots of people, there is always something to do! This place has plans to expand & add more attractions. I can't wait until they are done so I can enjoy the new amenities. Absolutely awful. Before I get to that so this is not lost. Daniel at the food window was one of the nicest people. Absolutely, amazing people work here. The staff was mostly kind. Helpful. Polite. It makes me so sad to write this review. Alondra, one of the managers, is a terrible, rude individual. Just awful. I explained what happened and she eye rolled me. Told me I was lying. It took placing an order 3 times for food and then more than an hour and a half to get it. Alondra refunded the food purchase but told me the food was sitting on the counter and had been for quite some time. Daniel told me it had been waiting less than 5 minutes by the time I got back to the window from the front register so Alondra was obviously gaslighting. I spent $700 here today and was treated worse than dog poop you scrape off the bottom of one's shoe. I hoped this would be so much better now that it is open again and seems so nice. A quarter of the games don't work correctly in the arcade and at least one of the managers needs etiquette training and if she were my employee she wouldn't have a job right now. I have never been treated so poorly at any place of business Ever. Super bummed. read more

The 3 hour unlimited is the best deal. The kids loved the racetrack and the water bumper boats. The VR was pretty cool. The mini golf is fun and just enough challenging for all age groups. The AC is broke on the big indoor one. Almost every hand sanitizer station in the whole place is empty or broke. Not a single staff member smiled except for the girl in the kitchen staff. I am only giving 4 stars because phase 2 is currently under construction so there's more attractions to come. The restaurant and arcade is very nice. Clean and airy. Went there for a birthday party today. The food was ok and service during the party was ok, but once the kids went out to the rides and activities, it was horrible. The staff was argumentative and customer service was lacking. This made it an uncomfortable situation for the guests and even made the birthday girl cry. The manager was unaccommodating and flat our rude. It would be difficult to overlook this fiasco and return to this place that is marketed to be a "family fun" attraction. read more

I used to go to Bullwinkle's all the time back in the 80s and 90s, and I remember loving it as a kid, so I was excited to hear it had reopened. I took my two cousins on a Saturday afternoon and it was so expensive and crowded, we hardly did anything. It cost over $100 for the 3 of us just to play one game of mini golf and some arcade games! We couldn't even get a drink after our golf game because the line was about a half an hour long, and there's only one place to order EVERYTHING! They really need to separate the food/drink line from the one where you buy tickets for the attractions!!! And frustratingly, a few of the arcade games didn't work, were missing buttons you needed to play, or just froze after taking our money. I was hoping to rekindle the fun I remembered from my youth, but unfortunately I felt let down. I won't be coming back because there are nicer arcade and mini golf places out there. read more

The entrance to the place is really confusing. Once inside it looked run down like they just slapped paint on the walls. Some of the machines didn't even register the tickets onto the card after playing. I had to let them know after playing my entire card I had zero tickets. Half the games were down and while my son was playing a gigantic claw machine we heard a thump and the 3 foot claw unattached from the ceiling, thank God it was enclosed. Then we went to purchase the golf package and there were no go carts or cosmic golf. Only indoor and out door golf and bumper boats but it was too cold. So we purchased 1 round of golf and $10 game card package for $15. Anyways, it's super expensive. 3 people $15 each to golf, 2 chicken tenders and fries $14.99 each and was a tiny portion, one Bavarian pretzel $10.99 that came chopped up in a pizza box, and 3 bottled sodas was $93!! Granted the food just tasted ok. But extremely overpriced. I had way higher expectations for the reopen but I'm doubtful ill be back. I was very disappointed. read more

We wanted to do a little something different for my sons bday then just dinner and my husband had taken our oldest to the batting cage after we learned they had reopened and I'm glad he suggested it! The place was super clean and the renovations look great! Food was really good and our birthday host Eli was so great super helpful and he got us anything we needed or asked for. The go karts and mini golf was a blast. Only complaint I had was that when you have to take a small child whose not tall enough to drive them selves it shouldn't count as two attractions but other then that it's awesome. They are looking to have their bowling alley open soon in the big building and look like they have been working on rehabbing everything and giving things an over all fresher look. Would def come back again is say if you have younger kids earlier is better as there are a lot of teenagers who started coming in early evening. read more

I've been coming here since I was a kid, especially to use the batting cages. To me and my family. The batting cages are the best part of coming here. Now as an adult, I am only able to come to bring my family after work but during that time it's close to getting dark and when we come to use the batting cages, you can't see anything because the lights in the batting cage area do not work. I remember when the center of the batting cages. The light at the very top would illuminate everything, but now it doesn't work so you are literally swinging in the dark. I hope the management put some more lights so that when we use the batting cages, we can see the baseballs coming out of the pitching machine. This is a great place, but it definitely needs more attention to detail and putting some more lights is a step in the right direction. read more

Bullwinkles is back and all new!I just went with my wife, niece, and nephew and we had a great time. Pizza was good 7/10 and wings were 8/10. The entire building is very clean and arcade games look new and actually work. They have go karts, miniature golfing, a 4D ride, and a small arcade area perfect for kids of all ages. I would recommend 100% for all families. They're in their first stages of opening so they will be adding new attractions like bowling in the future. read more

New construction and updates along with some of the regular attractions like Bumper boats, Go karts, Mini Golf and batting cages. For the price of $38 a person for 3 hours they should have more rides and stuff. The price is way too steep for just miniature golf and go karts. They replaced the old go-karts, which is nice. The outdoor miniature golf only had some holes newly re-done. They should have redone the matting on all of them. The batting cages one was broke that we went to and they don't give you another turn or money back when broke. It gets pretty crowded later in day and with only one ride being the go karts it's a long wait. read more

On June 11, 2022 I went to Bullwinkles with a large group of friends to celebrate a special occasion. We went to the indoor miniature golf course and saw 3 employees that didn't seem interested in working. My daughter went to ask which course is accessible as I am in a wheelchair. An employee looked at her and said with an attitude that none of them are accessible. Well since the majority of our group had purchased their passes to play, my husband decided to go to the main office to see if this person was correct. My husband asked an employee in the main office if the course is accessible, and they said that the bottom portion of the course is but not the top. Since I wasn't able to do the entire course the manager gave us 50% of the price. My husband bought tickets and we were excited to play, well that excitement didn't last long, as only ONE hole was accessible. I didn't want the money to go to waste so I told my family to play without me. Once they were done playing, we proceeded to leave the building, and noticed another course that had a more somewhat accessible course! Apparently the kids course is accessible, but not the glow in the dark course, but no one gave us that information, if so I would have been able to play golf with my friends and family. Needless to say I WILL NOT be going back to this place ever again. If you are mobily challenged I wouldn't recommend this place, take your business elsewhere. It is a shame because the manager seems to be a very nice person, and does have future goals to revamp the place. read more
