Went there for a birthday party today. The food was ok and service during the party was ok, but once the kids went out to the rides and activities, it was horrible. The staff was argumentative and customer service was lacking. This made it an uncomfortable situation for the guests and even made the birthday girl cry. The entrance to the place is really confusing. Once inside it looked run down like they just slapped paint on the walls. Some of the machines didn't even register the tickets onto the card after playing. I had to let them know after playing my entire card I had zero tickets. Half the games were down and while my son was playing a gigantic claw machine we heard a thump and the 3 foot claw unattached from the ceiling, thank God it was enclosed. Then we went to purchase the golf package and there were no go carts or cosmic golf. Only indoor and out door golf and bumper boats but it was too cold. So we purchased 1 round of golf and $10 game card package for $15. Anyways, it's super expensive. 3 people $15 each to golf, 2 chicken tenders and fries $14.99 each and was a tiny portion, one Bavarian pretzel $10.99 that came chopped up in a pizza box, and 3 bottled sodas was $93!! Granted the food just tasted ok. But extremely overpriced. I had way higher expectations for the reopen but I'm doubtful ill be back. I was very disappointed. read more

We wanted to do a little something different for my sons bday then just dinner and my husband had taken our oldest to the batting cage after we learned they had reopened and I'm glad he suggested it! The place was super clean and the renovations look great! Food was really good and our birthday host Eli was so great super helpful and he got us anything we needed or asked for. The go karts and mini golf was a blast. Only complaint I had was that when you have to take a small child whose not tall enough to drive them selves it shouldn't count as two attractions but other then that it's awesome. They are looking to have their bowling alley open soon in the big building and look like they have been working on rehabbing everything and giving things an over all fresher look. Would def come back again is say if you have younger kids earlier is better as there are a lot of teenagers who started coming in early evening. read more

Bullwinkles is back and all new!I just went with my wife, niece, and nephew and we had a great time. Pizza was good 7/10 and wings were 8/10. The entire building is very clean and arcade games look new and actually work. They have go karts, miniature golfing, a 4D ride, and a small arcade area perfect for kids of all ages. I would recommend 100% for all families. They're in their first stages of opening so they will be adding new attractions like bowling in the future. read more

I've been coming here since I was a kid, especially to use the batting cages. To me and my family. The batting cages are the best part of coming here. Now as an adult, I am only able to come to bring my family after work but during that time it's close to getting dark and when we come to use the batting cages, you can't see anything because the lights in the batting cage area do not work. I remember when the center of the batting cages. The light at the very top would illuminate everything, but now it doesn't work so you are literally swinging in the dark. I hope the management put some more lights so that when we use the batting cages, we can see the baseballs coming out of the pitching machine. This is a great place, but it definitely needs more attention to detail and putting some more lights is a step in the right direction. read more

I used to go to Bullwinkle's all the time back in the 80s and 90s, and I remember loving it as a kid, so I was excited to hear it had reopened. I took my two cousins on a Saturday afternoon and it was so expensive and crowded, we hardly did anything. It cost over $100 for the 3 of us just to play one game of mini golf and some arcade games! We couldn't even get a drink after our golf game because the line was about a half an hour long, and there's only one place to order EVERYTHING! They really need to separate the food/drink line from the one where you buy tickets for the attractions!!! And frustratingly, a few of the arcade games didn't work, were missing buttons you needed to play, or just froze after taking our money. I was hoping to rekindle the fun I remembered from my youth, but unfortunately I felt let down. I won't be coming back because there are nicer arcade and mini golf places out there. read more

Bullwinkles has been made over. The arcade games are all nice and new. I just hope they actually keep up on it this time. For the price of $38 a person for 3 hours they should have more rides and stuff. The price is way too steep for just miniature golf and go karts. They replaced the old go-karts, which is nice. The outdoor miniature golf only had some holes newly re-done. They should have redone the matting on all of them. The batting cages one was broke that we went to and they don't give you another turn or money back when broke. It gets pretty crowded later in day and with only one ride being the go karts it's a long wait. read more

New construction and updates along with some of the regular attractions like Bumper boats, Go karts, Mini Golf and batting cages. Once they get the bowling alley, escape room and laser tag in it'll be a whole new ballgame. Pizza was surprisingly Delicious! Compared to Chuckie cheese and Johns Incredible. On June 11, 2022 I went to Bullwinkles with a large group of friends to celebrate a special occasion. We went to the indoor miniature golf course and saw 3 employees that didn't seem interested in working. My daughter went to ask which course is accessible as I am in a wheelchair. An employee looked at her and said with an attitude that none of them are accessible. Well since the majority of our group had purchased their passes to play, my husband decided to go to the main office to see if this person was correct. My husband asked an employee in the main office if the course is accessible, and they said that the bottom portion of the course is but not the top. Since I wasn't able to do the entire course the manager gave us 50% of the price. My husband bought tickets and we were excited to play, well that excitement didn't last long, as only ONE hole was accessible. I didn't want the money to go to waste so I told my family to play without me. Once they were done playing, we proceeded to leave the building, and noticed another course that had a more somewhat accessible course! Apparently the kids course is accessible, but not the glow in the dark course, but no one gave us that information, if so I would have been able to play golf with my friends and family. Needless to say I WILL NOT be going back to this place ever again. If you are mobily challenged I wouldn't recommend this place, take your business elsewhere. It is a shame because the manager seems to be a very nice person, and does have future goals to revamp the place. read more

My grandson and I thought this would be fun place to revisit. We were wrong. The staff allowed this one young man to continually smash into other drivers on the go cart course. They then allowed him to do four more times on four more trips. He slammed into us so hard my grandson lost co troll of his hands and almost got them smashed between the car and the wall. I let the so called manger know. As we passed to go to the inside golf course the kid was once again driving a kart. 15 min later we are in the glow golf course the kid and his 350 pound dad walk up one us and start threatening me. He yelling and screaming, no staff show up. I once again co tact staff. The staff even though sitting at the entrance never saw him to busy looking at his phone. I ask about security she replied he comes in later. They are open 3-8. This happened at 6:00. What??? Stay clear the place is not safe. read more

Our son wants mini golf for his birthday party. They have both indoor and outdoor mini golf, as well as a go cart track, arcade, etc. Was okay, but would be nice to have a fence separating the attractions from the parking lot. Kids have to walk sidewalk next to parking lot to get from one attraction to the next. Not sure if the armed security guard made us feel more or less safe. read more

Appalling customer service witnessed here today at an 8 year old's birthday party. The two "managers" involved were completely disrespectful, berating the host of the party in front of 7 to 9 year old children. Instead of helping resolve the (valid) concerns that the host brought to their attention, they proceeded to talk down to her, disrespect her, and offer no apology. Ultimately, the host decided to end the party early due to the uncomfortable atmosphere created by the managers who were clearly speaking negatively about our host to the other staff, loud enough to be heard as we walked past. Staff training, apologies, and refunds are needed before I bring my business back here. read more

Came here when it first opened and man they did a great job reviving the whole place! What a trip down memory lane. Definitely a fun place to hang with friends and/or bring the whole family along for a day filled with fun memories. We don't have many places like this left in the I.E. (ex. Scandia, Boomers, etc.) and don't even compare this to Johns incredible pizza because that place has gone down hill as of recent. my family (group of 6) and myself came here not expecting much but knew we wanted to have a good time; Kayla was the person who helped me and my family out, she was more than happy to show us around and answer any questions we had; we started on the go karts which my mom (56) actually enjoyed getting on with my cousin (12) I had a good time at their glow in the dark indoor mini golf, it has 18 holes and they're all differently themed courses; a bonus is their XD dark ride was an absolute blast, Jay was very nice st the counter and was also very helpful when it came to explaining the ride to us (we did the clown one which actually scared me a few times and my cousins 8 and 12 loved it so much we went on it twice) the XD and go karts were probably my favorite parts of the day; to finish it off we went on their bumper boats and everyone came back soaked, they had water guns which the employee Angel asked if she could join the fun and she began to wet us with the water guns which made it even more enjoyable; you can tell the employees really like where they work and what they do! I recommend getting the 3hr unlimited pass (we did) so that way you can get on everything as many times as you'd like because honestly it was worth it! 10/10 would go back we had an amazing time! read more

Hidden Gem! I grew up in the IE and remember going to Bullwinkles for 6th grade graduation and on a mini golf date in high school. I took my child and nieces to this location after we went to two go-kart businesses and left due to the outrageous prices and limited play time. I think this place is the best bang for your buck! It was only $36 a person for three hours of unlimited mini golf, bumper boats, the interactive 3D shooting game (which was awesome!) and go-karts. The arcade games were an extra cost, but no surprise there. The facility was remodeled, decently clean and a fun place for kid's 5-12, for sure. Older kids will like the 3D game and arcade. We ended up ordering a large pizza for $20 and it fed 5 of us. And, it actually tasted good! If we would had have just water that would have been a super affordable lunch. Drinks are over $3.00 but there are free refills. The staff was friendly and patient. It looks like there might be some remodeling going on outside but the kids didn't notice, and it didn't take away from our experience. We went on a Monday around 1 PM and there were no crowds and no waiting in long times for rides, games or other attractions. We did not mini golf this time. Too much fun with the bumper boats and the 3D game. Give it a try! read more

Just went today for the first time in over 10 years and I have to say im very surprised how good it looks. Very clean and staff was nice. The staff were mostly teens but we're well mannered. (Thank you , sorry , sir and ma'am) one member was even on his phone when I walked up and he apologized. That was ok in my book. I had a huge pretzel (enough for 2!) all the other food looked very good as well but didn't try it. the arcade was small but was up to date. Two games were not working but didn't kill the vibe. All the other attractions were up and running and everything worked! The building next to it which is part of the park is closed but is soon to be a bowling alley! No alcohol as of now but they said that's coming too. Overall I was very happy they brought it back to life. It's close to home for me. We had a great time visiting Bullwinkles. We went on a busy Saturday evening and we were able to accomplish everything we set out to do and was happy with our experience with our 4 year old. We had ordered food and it came in a timely manner. Pizza was yummy and kid approved. Dining area was clean and was able to find seating with ease. Next we played games in the arcade. Lots of variety and something for everyone without being too overwhelming. We also did the virtual game/ride and my husband and child had a great time shooting zombies and enjoyed the experience. We headed over to do mini golf and had a small issue. Our game/experience card was swiped an extra time at a previous attraction which resulted in the card being depleted. We walked over to speak with management and they quickly remedied error with no questions asked. We were also informed that kids under 5 were able to do mini golf for free. I think that is a wonderful concept and appreciate the gesture especially since playing mini golf with a toddler can be hit or miss. Glow in the dark mini golf was fun and we loved the course (I've played it many a times growing up and remember playing it before it was glow in the dark). This place is awesome! I'm having my birthday party here next month and I'm already sooo excited! The chicken tenders meal was a strict 10/10, the arcade was also so much fun! I can't wait to try out the bumper boats and the go karts next month! I only have one complaint unfortunately :/ I understand how the place is open and while I was there a rather strange (not gonna assume he was homeless but he looked homeless) young man was just sitting around at a table and made me and my family quite uncomfortable. And Kayla was amazing, she was so sweet and made me laugh so much while I was picking my prizes. I definitely recommend this place if you want something to do with your friends or family.
