It was a fun day. I'm gonna be honest, the lines for purchasing your playing cards/attraction cards is the same lines you order your food from, it's unorganized, chaotic and right near the front doors so it's just a big mess of people standing around. I stood in 1 line for 10 mins just to be told they didn't take cash and to get into another line. I was MAD!! They do except cash tho just not the line I was in and there was no signs indicating that. The food it's okay, OVER priced for something generic. I got 1 pizza, mozzarella sticks and wings and 3 sodas for $75! The rest of my experience was fun. It's a huge area but each play zone is kinda small. It's perfect for little kids but it's not that great for adults. We did the go karts and it's a smallest little track you go around 5 times and your done. Laser tag was good tho aha it's 6 mins long. We also did mini golf, there's different courses to pick from but you can only do 1. A lot of the holes were closed so we did the story book theme and it was cute. I dont know if I'll be back but it was worth checking out. read more

Great place for a day out with the kids. Yes, you will be spending a good amount of money. Great for birthday parties. Very spacious. Food was amazing. On the weekends it will get busy. Had a great time in the laser tag, go karts, mini golf and axe throwing . Batting cages were not opened, but should be open this summer. I would definitely come here again. On Mother's Day , Three of us came to Bullwinks and each bought the Pick 5 package. We also spent money on food, drinks, and made a full day of it -- so we weren't trying to cut corners or cause issues. But on our last ride, one of our cards had been scanned twice on an earlier attraction. That meant only two of us were allowed to ride, and the third person force tsit out, even though all three of us should've had one credit left. We brought it to the staff's attention, showed them the cards, and explained everything, but they didn't seem interested in making it right. After going back and forth, they only refunded us for one ride -- despite the inconvenience and how obvious the mistake was. We came to have a good time and spent plenty of money, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service really soured the whole experience. Don't think we'll be coming back. read more

We had a great time at Bullwinkle's mini golf! It was the perfect spot for a fun date night with friends--super fun course, great atmosphere, and lots of laughs. Everything was well-kept and creative, and it's a great place to hang out as a group. Only thing missing? A bar in the same building would've made it even better. I'm so happy to see the return of Bullwinkle's. We grew up in the area and this is a landmark off the 10 fwy. to me. I recently visited while they were under construction and was able to play mini golf on the the 2 indoor courses, one of them being a new course. Right now they have special preview pricing with packages ranging from $13 on up. I believe we paid $11 just to play mini-golf, but for two dollars more you can get a round of mini-golf and a go-kart race. It's definitely fun and we went the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it was busy. The back-up on the golf courses caused a bit of a wait, but it was still super fun none the less. The bathrooms were clean and the courses were also clean as well. The parking lot has some construction happening, but we were able to find a parking spot on the far end. I can't wait to return with friends and family once it is completed. I'm hoping everyone will visit and keep them in business for years to come and that the service is just as good as it was when I visited, if not better! read more

We had a birthday party here and it went so well, the room and host were ready for us when we arrived. They customized the table cloth to our color choice. Plates, cake plates, cups, napkins and utensils were included. We were able to bring in cake and they can refrigerate it if need be. The pizza and Cesar salad were good as well as the sampler appetizer plate. We went with Gatorade as a soda alternative and water but they had sodas to be included with party package. Each child got a game card that included a certain amount of ride vouchers also. It was all very clean and new. Our host was attentive, gave us boxes for our left overs and the food was actually good. read more

Today we had a pleasant visit at Bullwinkle! Omg so much fun, much more fun than I anticipated. We were bringing my 3 year old daughter for some quick fun so we purchased the 3 attraction package. We were able to ride bumper boats, storybook mini golf AND she was tall enough to buddy ride go karts with us, oh yea we also did laser tag! Are you kidding me?! We had a timeeeee! Honestly, laser tag made our day. The staff were friendly and that made such a huge impression for us. We didn't stay for any food this time but the food selection looked pretty standard with pizza, burgers etc. I plan to try food next time. The atmosphere was clean and still looks new and well kept. Next time we will go bowling and try other more adult attractions like the axe throwing. read more

It's OK at best not someplace I will return to the arcade is extremely small. The golfing looks old and outdated in the bucket. Boats are meh. There isn't enough to do you'll get extremely bored especially if you're with little kids I just can't see spending a ton of time here maybe one hour tops, but not more than that. I remember being a kid and it seems so much bigger and the arcade was massive, but times have changed I probably wouldn't be back. The service was fine. People were nice and friendly, so nothing wrong with that. I just think it needs a bigger arcade. read more

So I'm a little annoyed. This is my third time at Bullwinkles since the soft opening. Second time we came back was to use up the tickets. However, this is my third time and the staff just informed us that children 5 and under are free to do the miniature golf. This would have been helpful to know not only the last two times we played and paid miniature golf for my son... but ALSO at the time of purchasing tickets with my son present. I was told this was the second day of operations (Grand Opening Weekend) for the new remodeled area as we entered. There seemed to be 100's of young workers there many standing next to each other. They all seemed friendly and most said it was their first or second day working there. The thing I didn't see any of was management directing these kids. Unless some of these kids were management. Our group (3) were there for the Minature Golf. We walked to the "Begin Here" area and were met by four young employees that all waited on us. One made the transaction and the other three must have been consultants. We then proceeded to walk back to the old section to play the Western (Themed) Course. As we walked, we noticed that there was lots of construction going on. When we arrived at the Western Course there was one employee working that location. She was very polite and friendly and let us pick out our balls and clubs. We proceeded to hole #1, and at that point I noticed that I had forgotten the scorecard. I went back to speak with the young employee to ask for a scorecard. She proceeded let me know that they didn't have any scorecards because the printer was broken. I said you're kidding? She said no, sorry. You have to be kidding me! It's your grand opening weekend and your printers broken. You don't have a backup printer or three? You didn't print out 30,000 scorecards well in advance knowing for months that you are having a grand opening this weekend? You didn't go to a professional printer to have more printed? You can't temporality hand out 8 1/2 by 11 paper which you cut into fourths and little wood pencil? And furthermore, there was no, "here is a coupon for a free round of golf, or a drink at the snack bar or any type of compensation for your inconvenience"? Or even a sign when paying that says "we are out of scorecards and don't care enough about it to make it right". It's funny they didn't run out of anything concerning receiving payments for the different games. It reminded me of the 1990's video rental stores like Blockbuster. Whenever there was an issue, the only employees on site were young, friendly employees that didn't know why things are they way they are, and haven't seen the manager for days (but they will let the manager know next time they see them). I know scorecards are not the end of the world, but still. Good thing they didn't run out of putters or balls. They also could have used some employees walking the different courses help move people along or just being helpful. They had plenty employees available standing around. All in all, we had a good time. The other customers were all very friendly. Now just get some management onsite and we may have some scorecards next time. read more

I was excited to visit for the first time with my family, but our experience was frustrating. At mini golf, a family rudely cut in front of us, and though the staff apologized, it set a poor tone. At the go-karts, things got worse, a disruptive guest caused delays, and during our ride, we were constantly stopped and barely completed a lap. We went to customer service for a refund, but only received a partial one that didn't match what we paid. While waiting, the same disruptive guest verbally harassed staff and guests to the point that security was involved. I ended up feeling unsafe and left. I know this place has potential, but this visit was stressful and disappointing. read more

We had asked for a recommendation on which course to play, to which he recommended the newest western style course. The interaction was amazing and definitely made a returning customer out of me. we hosted a birthday party for my daughter at bullwinkle's in upland. we purchased the classic package for ten kids which included 40 arcade points and two single-use attraction tickets per person. we ended up only having eight kids that showed up, so we had two extra cards for a total of four attractions. since two of the kids were under the height requirement, we figured one adult each could ride the go karts with the kids...but we were denied at the turnstile and were informed that the cards are on a per kid basis and are non-transferable. therefore, the two kids under the height requirement just had to miss out entirely. maybe i just missed it, but i couldn't find anywhere on the website that specified this...and no one on staff ever mentioned it to us. and regardless, we paid for two attractions per card...anyone in our party should be able to use them. this turned what was an otherwise great party into a downer of an experience. i will definitely not be recommending bullwinkles for any future events. read more

Lorenzo, one of the managers, and Jaime, who was working the gokarting, on 1/20 were very helpful in resolving a miscommunication. The ticketing and card points are confusing but regardless they were able to help and gave us even a free ride. The building is new and really nice!! Lots of team members who are friendly. Son had a blast but as a nurse and the amount of germs and flu going around their sanitation was severely lacking... We went to Bullwinkle during a bad time such as it being under construction so I give this business the benefit of the doubt. I had no reason to expect the Go kart racing or batting cages to be up and running but it would've been nice. Me and my partner wanted to give our son a little first experience at a "arcade" and mini golf. I'm sorry to say the arcade was small and disappointing. Yes, there isn't much a 4 year old will be able to reach and get into but we were there to help and still it wasn't as enthusiastic as I know it could've been. Now let's get into the indoor mini golf. Talk about slightly dark, dingey, and no damn air circulation!! We shouldn't have to damn near die trying to have fun. We didn't order food so I couldn't tell you about that aspect of Bullwinkle. read more
