This is hands down my new favorite coffee shop. Espresso is served in a ceramic cup, people are friendly, lots of seating for working while enjoying coffee, and good music at a reasonable volume. I forgot to take any photos but I'll be back. I have a few hours every Tuesday I need to get some work done and for the foreseeable future this will be my workspace. I came here for a book club meeting and really enjoyed the atmosphere here! Bully Brew is a large coffee shop with a few different areas for seating. The decor is all over the place, with games to play and a take a book leave a book area. They offer food and drinks too. I came in around 1pm on a Sunday and it was busy. I decided to order a breakfast croissant with ham and the apple pie chai drink. I really enjoyed both items, especially the croissant sandwich. Well we finally got a chance to try this quaint little cafe, The Bully Brew for the first time on Sunday morning & luckily to our surprise they weren't busy so I was immediately helped by a loved young lady! I already knew that I was having the BLT bagel... looked amazing & hubby went with the Day Starter Sammy, I had a matcha latte for my bev & hubby a green tea. We grabbed our drinks & the table number they give you for the food delivery...... they weren't very busy so we chose to sit on the booth side of the cafe while waiting for our sandwiches to be prepared. Well sandwiches came out & they did not disappoint, my hubby loved his sandwich.... eggs were very fluffy with perfectly cooked thick cut bacon & just enough cheese! My BLT was soooo unbelievably good, the cream cheese had that bite with the jalapeños yet the soft bagel helped take the edge off, with the right ratio of crisp lettuce, ripe tomato & thick cut bacon, shut the door if only it was a healthy sandwich then I could & would eat it every day... LOL! We knew we definitely found our go to quick breakfast spot for an amazing freshly cooked sandwich & some daily made pastries to choose from to take one home with you... for those of you that have that sweet tooth! This is a gorgeous coffee shop with lots of comfortable seating. The customer service was great and they had lots of knowledge of their menu and gave great recommendations. This is my favorite spot when visiting park west. Bulky Brew has def elevated their menu this past year and it shows. The food is really and reasonably priced. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when asking for food or drink suggestions. I have brought my family and friends here and it is one of the few coffee shops that is still on the mellow side. They have music going throughout the cafe but you are still able to have a conversation and even study with no distractions. read more

I'd argue that bully brew is one of the most underrated coffee shops in the west valley. there's not many locally owned coffee shops on our side of town, so we've had the chance to pretty much try all of them. This was our first time trying this cafe! We have seen it a few times walking around Park West. It was very cute and cozy. Gives a comfy early 2000's sitcom cafe vibe, but modern. Our drinks were so good! I did want to try apple pie in my matcha, but they were all out. The pumpkin spice definitely tasted fresh and homemade. My partner really liked his vanilla cardamom chai. An associate recommended this coffee place and I finally got to try it!!! It was such a cute shop loved the colors. There was only 2 people in there so that was a plus #nolongwaits. The young lady did greet me then went off laughing with her coworker. I had some questions about the menu took her a minute to bring her attention back. I asked about a shaken expresso and it could be made and a 16oz had 4 shots. A lliilll too much for me lol. I asked her opinion on the macchiato and she told me it was really sweet I asked if it cans be toned down but she said it's just sweet. They had some holiday drink options too. I asked about the gingerbread chai if it cans be a dirty chai and its sweetness. She let me know that it was not sweet rather has more spice tones and can be dirty. So I opted for that it ran me $8.30 tho most expensive coffee I ever bought. The making of the drink was quick but they had to take it back cause one of the young ladies made it wrong. Once I got my coffee I noticed it had crunchy sprinkles all on it which the menu didn't indicate an I was not a fan of. When I got to work I finally got to try this "delicious dirty chai" after scooping out the hard sprinkles but it was NOT what I expected. It was sssuuuppeerrr sweet and tasted nothin like a dirty chai idk if she actually added 2 expresso shots. Idk if I asked the wrong barista questions or not enough questions. For now I'll pass... maybe I'll try something else next time even throw in a lil bite and see if my opinion changes. Best of luck to them tho. read more

This is an amazing coffee place with some amazing baristas. I was trying to find something different to get and a vanilla latte with their homemade vanilla was recommended. It was an amazing recommendation. I decided I wanted a sweet too and found an amazing brown butter banana bar. Truly hit the spot. All of this tied into a great little spot where you can enjoy company or get some work or homework done, truly makes for a great coffee shop. This is a must try. read more

I LOVEEEEE this place. I go here very often. They have good sandwiches, great energy drinks, very good coffees, and they have good smoothies too. It's right at Park west so I think it's a great location. I love going there to do work, and after a day of shopping or right before I start my shopping day! The staff members are very friendly. It can get quite busy and loud on the weekends. But I just wear my headphones and tune everything else out. read more

A really cute place...mainly for coffee (hence the name). But, they have really nice sandwiches, too. We've been here twice...the first time Hubby got a breakfast burrito, which was huge!! I got a grilled cheese with a side of tomato soup and it was very good. The last time, Hubby got an avocado caprese sandwich and he really enjoyed it. Fun cafe in Park west. Super large and cute interior. Has an eclectic set of decorations. This spot is great for grabbing coffee with friends or catching up on work. Came for a late breakfast. Ordered a cappuccino and BLT bagel. Both were very good. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the bagel was. It wasn't dry, had a lot of bacon and I liked the contrast in flavor with the arugula. I think I had bully brew a couple years ago when they were a stand inside of a building with offices/studios, so it was cool to visit this coffee shop today! Found this casual, welcoming café @bullybrewco next-door to my optometrist appointment today. There's such a lovely ambience inside with several hidden spots for seating throughout the café. A hallway leads to even more seating near the back of the café and two gender neutral restrooms. There are tiny tables, desks, and wall tables as well, and several people were working from home here. Eclectic decor and vintage mismatched furniture fill the rooms along with bookshelves of books for dine-in customers. My table was the base of an old-fashioned sewing machine. I love the painting of dogs drinking coffee at the cafe over a soda near the counter. The thing that will keep me coming back is the fact that they use such high-quality ingredients. The avocado toast tasted so amazingly delicious. They use thick, hearty @motherculturesourdough for the bread and the avocado was fresh. I loved it with the olive oil drizzle, everything bagel seasoning, and tomato and onion. They serve mocktails here using @anandaelixirs local supershroom blends. I tried the Chagaccino which is a Cappuccino blend of mushrooms and espresso. It was very good but it does not taste like mushrooms. It has an earthy sweet pleasant flavor. Supposedly I got over 100% of my antioxidants as well because the mushroom provides all of these nutrients that we need. There are so many tasty items on the menu, so I'm looking forward to returning and eating in, in one of the cozy seating areas. Service was so friendly and helpful here! read more

Two of which I got a fire Daily Sammy sandwich (with eggs how I preferred), yesterday I tried to get it, they tell me they changed the kitchen hours which was previously 2 pm, didn't get the sandwich. Call to place an order today, they don't accept over the phone, try to do pick up on the app, literally just glitches out, offers delivery on the app but no actual delivery option. So I come back again today, just for the sandwich to be changed entirely with no accommodations allowed or accepted, super annoying with all these random changes. read more

Variety of places to sit: booths, couches, long table in the back, etc. The coffee is incredible and food is amazing too. I typically get their iced caramel macchiato, breve instead of whole milk. The breakfast croissant is also very delicious. The staff I have seen have been there for over two years, and they are all very nice. Only thing I would say is there is not many outlet/charging stations around, except at the high top area in the front of the shop, so if you are coming to study (which I highly recommend), make sure your laptop or tablet is charged just in case. read more
