My husband and I have been looking for almost a year for a dog to join our family. LA is a really hard place to adopt when you need a hypo allergenic dog. They get adopted really quick. We had a wonderful experience with BullyLOve Rescue. I emailed as soon as I saw the posting. They responded to my email within a few hours and were able to set up a meet and greet that day. We adopted him on the spot. We are in LOVE with our little boy. I would highly recommend this rescue. Irina was super helpful and answered all our questions. Thanks for helping us start our family!

Irina helped me rescue a little pup that has been the best thing that happened to me. I got my pup Mac around a year ago and he has been great! Nonstop ball of energy and love. Back and forth was a bit tedious, but god seeing some of these reviews y'all don't have the patience to own a dog. The process was fairly quick and easy for me and I have a tiny best friend. Great rescue.

Will not be returning to this establishment…read more My husband called on Saturday (5/2/26) to ask if they accepted walk-ins, as we recently moved to the area and were looking for a new groomer for our dog. The receptionist told us to come in right away since we were only a few minutes away. When we arrived, the same receptionist acted as if she had no idea about the call. We had to repeat ourselves, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming from the start. Instead of greeting us warmly, she seemed dismissive and inconvenienced. Things got worse when our dog was taken to the back. She is a small dog (under 20 lbs) and naturally a bit anxious, which we communicated. Rather than handling her with care, the staff member repeatedly pulled her by the leash when she hesitated, which clearly scared her. No effort was made to comfort her--no treats, no gentle approach, and no attempt to pick her up to help her feel safe. After seeing our dog being handled this way, we immediately asked for her back and left. As feedback to the owner: friendly customer service and gentle handling of animals should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

While I was admittedly late for pickup, the manager's response was completely unprofessional. She called and screamed at me, calling me an 'awful dog owner' and 'irresponsible.' She further claimed I don't know how to read hours, that my dog is a 'problem' (after 8 years of no issues?), and falsely accused me of not paying. It is deeply saddening that nearly a decade of loyalty was met with such personal attacks and vitriol. There are plenty of places in the area that treat both pets and their owners with basic human decency. Avoid if you value being treated with respect.

She carefully screens the dogs and staff keep a close eye on everyone during the day. With free pick up and drop off it, the daycare an absolute steal! I love that the dogs get to play outside which no other doggy daycare in LA can offer. With the opening of their new dog park (St Barks), the dogs have a gigantic area to play during the day. I considered moving for work but decided not to just so that I wont lose Kelli! I could not recommend her more

I was truly amazed at the service Kelli provided, her demeanor was professional. Impeccable service, she wouldn't accept our dogs without their vaccinations being up to date, which says a lot about her doggy daycare, love this. Kelli referred me to a great pet Clinic to get their vaccines updated. Kelli sent us video clips of the dogs daily, putting our minds at ease. She has a no cage policy, which is why we chose her as well her impeccable reviews on yelp. The dogs were so happy in the video clips she sent us. When I went to pick them up, they didn't want to come with me. Lol. Keli is a real dog lover and I am so happy to have found her. I highly recommend elite pet care. Calls are rarely returned, communication is almost nonexistent, and getting something as simple as a prescription refill has turned into a nightmare. My dog depends on his medication to eat properly, yet I was told I now need to pay for another doctor's appointment just because the previous veterinarian left over a year ago -- something they never bothered to properly communicate to pet owners. How is that acceptable? To make matters worse, they don't even have appointments available until mid-July. So what exactly are patients supposed to do in the meantime? Wait until their pets are seriously suffering just to be seen and get medication they already rely on? There seems to be a complete lack of urgency, compassion, and accountability. Pet owners trust clinics with the wellbeing of their animals, and this experience has been beyond frustrating and honestly heartbreaking

My 5 star review goes out to the girl and guy working the front desk at around 4ish today…read more My dog was neutered today and I was in desperate need of a more comfortable cone for him. I had looked on my Petco app prior to driving to this location, just to check if the item I was looking for was in stock. I was excited to see that 2 locations had the Donut neck pillow I was looking for, especially because I needed it ASAP. I had shopped around in this store looking for other things I needed, and I did come across the one item I specifically came for but noticed the size I needed wasn't there. So I had asked the girl that was near by (she seemed to be working on stock) if they had the size somewhere in the back because it showed that it was available on the app. She proceeded to tell me, "It might be but I'm not sure because everything is boxed up back there and we're just now putting some stuff out so I don't know". I was kind of confused by her response but I left it as is. When I went up to the front, the girl ringing me out asked if I found everything okay and she was genuinely much nicer than the other girl. I told her I had a question about the donut item I was looking for, I explained to her the same thing I did to the other girl. Her response was totally different than the other girl so I was just genuinely confused at this point by the other girls response. The girl at the front counter scanned the item to check if they had it in stock and then told me she could check the back for me. The guy that was also at the counter area went to the back to double check and to my surprise he came out with it. I work in customer service so I understand that sometimes having to check the back may be a hassle, but at the end of the day you're getting a paycheck and it shouldn't be such a big deal to do so. I was a paying customer coming in for something my dog needed after his procedure. I definitely didn't appreciate the girl in the back not checking and not helping me out, but the people at the front definitely made up for it so shout out to them!!!
