They came out about a month ago to do a routine service check. The technician was very polite and personable. He told me my small AC unit was working great and that my larger unit needed about 1k of repairs or it wouldn't make it though the summer. They completed the work, but in retrospect, I should have had a second company take a look. A few weeks later, my smaller unit conveniently stopped working. The same tech came out and informed me the compressor was now suddenly bad. Originally quoted me a little over 2k to replace it and then informed me he called "the office" and they forgot to add charges so it would be closer to 4k. He asked them to send a salesperson out to discuss condenser replacement options. Scott came out and was very polite. He quoted me over 12k to install a new Trane unit. That seemed high so I told him I'd sleep on it and let him know. I had another company come out and they confirmed the compressor was bad. They suggested I replace it with a Trane unit and quoted me $3,200 installed. I messaged Scott to thank him for his time and to let him know I was going to have the work done by another company since it was about a quarter of the price. Scott's reply back to me is attached. When the technician arrived and I had questions about cleaning all the way to the unit and providing pictures or camera, he was trying not to disclose, not happening. He was a gentleman and showed me the cleaning unit and hose used to clean. The hose was maybe 15 ft! From the ground you can't come close to cleaning my air ducts to the unit. Just wanted to share you have to ask questions or they will just take your $500! I suggest compare their cleaning system to one that is attached to a truck. You are not being honest. read more

Yesterday I reached out for a leak in my wall, at first there was a service fee to come out. I told them my issue and they reached out to a supervisor to confirm if its approved that a tech comes out & provides a free estimate. About an hour later its approved, We scheduled for today between 1-4, i called at 12 and told them I need a sooner time frame and they got someone right out! Unfortunately Brian came out and has a parking phobia, he was instructed by valet to park in front of the service entrance & he refused. He was told that another parking area is available directly across the street but Brian refused again (this is where all contractors park that come up for maybe 15 mins to the high rise residential units & provide estimates. This is nothing new but Brian still refused to park anywhere & proceeded to leave. Bumblee breeze refused to send out another tech, but its okay there are a million other companies i just scheduled another free estimate. read more

Wow have these guys been a train wreck. First, our air conditioning went down on Monday morning. We called and they said between 3-6 that afternoon they'd be here. 6 pm rolls around. We call to see if they're close. They forgot about us and had to "see if our after hours guy can make it". They eventually show up at 8:45 pm, and the guy told me "Sorry I'm so late, they told me to come here last minute." Meaning that we had an appointment but they never scheduled anyone to come over. We had originally had an appointment with them for later in the week for a tune up. We didn't cancel the appointment since we still needed the AC filter changed. We called them today to tell them that we had found the filter for them to use. To find out that they cancelled that appointment and never told us about it. So that's great. For the record, if they come for a tune up, they'll change the filter for $29. But for just the filter it's $49. So double the price for half the work. Long story short, if you enjoy poor communication and price gouging for less work...this company is perfect for you read more

Needed repairs to a faulty shower head first technician Riley showed up with no tools came and left, then was given another appointment 12-1, thinking ok cool coming out to work on the repairs. Nope an appointment to go over pricing and quotes, which doesn't even matter cause I Never got a call from the technician Riley Called the office and that's when I was informed that my appointment wasn't for repairs. Who are these guys? Nothing short of amazing! This is the sixth home my wife and I purchased over the years so we are very familiar dealing with home contractors. This is our third HVAC install. We bought our home January 2021. Having been built in 2006, there were some improvements that had to be made. Our HVAC system was one of them. We contacted Bumble Breeze as well as two other brand name competitors. Wes Lokken, from Bumble Breeze gave us a well-informed presentation. He was remarkable. A seasoned professional who holds full knowledge of his profession, he answered all our questions without having to call the home office or having to research anything. He presented us with options depending on our needs. The options ranged from the most expensive to the least expensive, and everything in between. He also provided positives and negatives for the entire spectrum. He did not rush us, and he did not try to persuade us to purchase one option over another. He did not disparage his competitors. He encouraged us to seek other avenues. On the installation date, the workers came to the home in a professional, efficient manner. They explained to us, in detail, what we should expect during the course of the day. It was a very pleasant experience. There were few problems that came up, and they were addressed immediately. It was getting late, and we suggested that they could finish up the next day. They would have none of that. They did not leave until THEY were satisfied of a job well done. Before they left, they cleaned all debris meticulously. If you need to replace your HVAC, we would highly recommend Bumble Breeze without reservation. If I could give them a -5 star review I would. First they sold us units that were way more powerful and expensive than we needed. Then shortly after, the equipment in the attic started leaking. They came out, admitted it was their fault and fixed it... supposedly. Then a second leak and then third, which finally caved in the ceiling. Bumble Breeze was very unapologetic about fixing their mistakes. The contractors they hired to fix the problem just as incompetent. Took 3 months to get our home somewhat restored. But it will never be the same. Their crew are supposedly trained, but are incompetent. (I've got one of them on video admitting that a part was installed upside down!) So now we hired another company, Bulldog AC, to do maintenance and just now discovered loose, sparking wires. Really I should sue. It was a disaster that I hope I can help you avoid. read more

They didnt even have the courtesy to let me know technician is behind and wont be available until 1 to 2hrs after 3pm I needed to call them few minutes before 3pm to see whats the status. It is with great pleasure to leave a well deserved 5 Star review for Wes, the Bumble Breeze technician that serviced my home today. I received a call within my appointment window to inform me he is on his way. I was scheduled for a AC tuneup for three units. He was cordial, professional, well versed and knowledgeable in the field. He put me at ease, as he patiently explained thoroughly what he was going to be performing and the order in which he would be performing the maintenance check. He showed me videos and photos of previous service calls and how detailed they were always making reference to the home address, work being performed and evidence of specific wires and mechanical readings. What was to follow, raised the bar higher than any other company I have used. I appreciated the extra time Wes took in explaining the different components of the AC, and how each component affects the efficiency of the entire unit. Wes even went as far as comparing the AC as the human heart, needing the blood and lungs. I was fascinated by his explanation, admired his genuineness and passion for what he enjoys doing. To be willing to take the time and effort in sharing his knowledge to a housewife with little to no AC knowledge (other than operating the thermostats) truly exemplifies his dedication to his career. Throughout the visit, Wes was engaging in conversation asking if there were any questions and respectfully knocked before entering the home from doing work outside. It's the little things I noticed that make a big impact! At the end of a very thorough AC tuneup, Wes left me with all the photos and videos of today's service. I felt comfortable and assured I was in good hand with Wes and decided to sign up for the maintenance program. I bought an older house 5 years ago and every summer the AC slows down and is barely able to push some warm air out, but returns to 'normal' when the heat comes back down. After they checked everything out, it turned out to be a capacitor which took seconds to replace. I was amazed at how easy it was. With the quick repair of a wire that looked slightly melted, and the replacement of a capacitor, it came out to $460 ($90 to fix the wire, and $370 to replace the capacitor). I recommend you watch them diagnose the problem so you can learn about how your AC works. Im replacing another capacitor that cost $15 and they were quoting me another $370 to replace. They also try to sell you on their membership which I politely declined. It's good for people that don't have the interest or time to learn about how their house runs. I tend to be a bit of a DIYer. read more
