If I could give them a -5 star review I would. First they sold us units that were way more powerful and expensive than we needed. Then shortly after, the equipment in the attic started leaking. They came out, admitted it was their fault and fixed it... supposedly. Then a second leak and then third, which finally caved in the ceiling. Bumble Breeze was very unapologetic about fixing their mistakes. The contractors they hired to fix the problem just as incompetent. Took 3 months to get our home somewhat restored. But it will never be the same. Their crew are supposedly trained, but are incompetent. (I've got one of them on video admitting that a part was installed upside down!) So now we hired another company, Bulldog AC, to do maintenance and just now discovered loose, sparking wires. Really I should sue. It was a disaster that I hope I can help you avoid. read more

Maybe theyre ok maybe theyre not Im very disappointed. I have set up an appt with them and the window is 1 to 3pm. They didnt even have the courtesy to let me know technician is behind and wont be available until 1 to 2hrs after 3pm I needed to call them few minutes before 3pm to see whats the status. I dont live in the house where im trying to service the AC and i needed to go out of my way for this appointment. Total waste of my time. read more

Back in February, I had to have my water heater replaced. I wanted it done immediately, and did not have a lot of options, as it was a Saturday afternoon. Bumble Breeze came out and replaced my water heater. It was pretty pricey, and they left a huge mess in my garage, when they left, so I was basically thinking, I just won't use these guys again. Sunday afternoon we went into the garage to leave for the grocery store, and saw that the water heater they had put in had been slowly leaking, all night and day. I contacted them, and they came out, and admitted, the water heater that their previous technician had put in, was done incorrectly and sloppily. He reinstalled the water heater, and when I showed him all the water damage in my garage, he told me to call their plumbing manager. When I phoned their plumbing manager, he refused to take responsibility for the water damage, and tried to say it was already there. Complete refusal to take responsibility for anything, and continuously changing the subject, to let me know what great work the second technician had done. He then told me the "least I would have to do is pay my deductible." Why should I have to pay a deductible for damage they did??? They should have been going out of their way to fix this. My garage still sits torn up, 6 months later. Additionally, my homeowners insurance was cancelled because I am now considered "high risk". I have terminal cancer, and this whole process has caused me an undue amount of extra stress. They claim to be a family company, until they do something wrong, then you never hear from them again. Their salesperson told me, that you can pay yelp to hide bad reviews at the bottom, in the "not useful" review section. It looks like this is what they have been doing. I will be contacting the better business bureau, and small claims court as well. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Edited to add, it is outrageous that they are saying that my garage and water heater pedestal already had damage, because they are then saying that they came out and installed a brand new water heater, onto a water heater pedestal that was mush. It is with great pleasure to leave a well deserved 5 Star review for Wes, the Bumble Breeze technician that serviced my home today. I received a call within my appointment window to inform me he is on his way. I was scheduled for a AC tuneup for three units. He was cordial, professional, well versed and knowledgeable in the field. He put me at ease, as he patiently explained thoroughly what he was going to be performing and the order in which he would be performing the maintenance check. He showed me videos and photos of previous service calls and how detailed they were always making reference to the home address, work being performed and evidence of specific wires and mechanical readings. What was to follow, raised the bar higher than any other company I have used. I appreciated the extra time Wes took in explaining the different components of the AC, and how each component affects the efficiency of the entire unit. Wes even went as far as comparing the AC as the human heart, needing the blood and lungs. I was fascinated by his explanation, admired his genuineness and passion for what he enjoys doing. To be willing to take the time and effort in sharing his knowledge to a housewife with little to no AC knowledge (other than operating the thermostats) truly exemplifies his dedication to his career. Throughout the visit, Wes was engaging in conversation asking if there were any questions and respectfully knocked before entering the home from doing work outside. It's the little things I noticed that make a big impact! At the end of a very thorough AC tuneup, Wes left me with all the photos and videos of today's service. I felt comfortable and assured I was in good hand with Wes and decided to sign up for the maintenance program. Like I said, I have used a couple of other companies repeatedly making yearly visits for AC tuneups but never received the service like I did today with Bumble Breeze. read more

I bought an older house 5 years ago and every summer the AC slows down and is barely able to push some warm air out, but returns to 'normal' when the heat comes back down. After they checked everything out, it turned out to be a capacitor which took seconds to replace. I was amazed at how easy it was. With the quick repair of a wire that looked slightly melted, and the replacement of a capacitor, it came out to $460 ($90 to fix the wire, and $370 to replace the capacitor). I recommend you watch them diagnose the problem so you can learn about how your AC works. Im replacing another capacitor that cost $15 and they were quoting me another $370 to replace. They also try to sell you on their membership which I politely declined. It's good for people that don't have the interest or time to learn about how their house runs. I tend to be a bit of a DIYer. read more

Friendly Professional People, but high pressure sales techniques and over priced I previously used Bumble Breeze to have a tune up done on my AC unit. The staff was very friendly and communicated with me well as to when they would be there. I also appreciated receiving the report with the photographs about my system. Thereafter, the tech did try to sell me a new system, duct cleaning, which I didn't mind because you can't make a sale unless you ask. Fast forward two years, my upstairs AC unit died. I sent out a message on Yelp for various contractors and BB responded immediately. It was also able to schedule a tech right away. I generally always get three quotes, so they were the second one at the house. As always, the technician was very friendly. I wanted him to double the check the repair that the first tech had done (turns out, this tech stripped the wires and misplaced the circuit), but he just took the first tech's word about the HVAC and the potential pricing. Thereafter, I received a quote from BB to replace my HVAC units (2.5 ton / 3.5 ton) with a Goodman system for $26,000. The tech called his manager when I told him that his quote was on the high side. The manager asked to see the other quote that I had, which I gave to him. I also noted that the $1,000 permit fee was misleading since you could pull an emergency permit online, and schedule it with the county fairly easily. Either way, he gave me a new quote that was $20,000 for a Lennox system. I like how responsive BB is, but the pricing and overall systems it provides are not competitive with the Vegas market. I would encourage everyone to go out there, google some articles about HVAC systems, and always get multiple quotes. read more

TLDR: The service manager reached out to us to make it right, and overall gave me a better impression of the company and its service. ---------------- Update: The actual service manager, Chris, got ahold of us the next day. He said he had been out of office, and the person we'd spoken to on the phone with previously had actually been the sales manager. Chris talked to my husband for a bit, and this was the explanation: His defense is that it wasn't a bait and switch because often customers will say soft start kit when what they really mean is hard start, because all they're really looking to do is bring the in-rush amperage down. Soft start kits aren't particularly common with HVAC systems, you usually only see them on RV's, and in homes with a battery back up for solar (the latter being the reason we needed the soft start kit). He said he's only installed a few in his career because they're that uncommon. We knew they were uncommon, which is why we had originally asked for confirmation so many times. From my point of view I still see it as a bait and switch, but I also understand his point of view why he doesn't see it that way. It's a moot point, and not worth arguing about. He initially offered to remove the part and refund us the money, which my husband agreed to. After a bit of back and forth between me & my husband, he called back and asked if it would be possible to install the soft start kit we originally asked for, being Chris said he had installed a few before. They didn't have the part on hand, they would have to order it, and it was going to be an additional cost. All of which I was fine with. They were able to come install it the next day (today). (Shout out to Omar & Willie, our technicians on Wednesday & Friday respectively for being so great through all this) At the end of the day, I'm happy I got what we originally asked for, and I'm willing to chalk up the previous experience as a communication issue within the company, that hopefully they won't repeat in the future. I appreciate the service manager for reaching out and giving us his side of things, and for making sure we got what we had originally asked for. As I said before, all of the technicians we've had come out in the past have been amazing. I'm still happy with the services we've received in the past, and having Chris reach out to us made me feel heard. Thank you guys for making it right. read more

Bumble Breeze and technician Devin were great cleaning my dryer vent from the wall through the roof. He was on time. Efficient, and personable. We were shown every step of the process. He also found a little petrified gecko in the vent. The company communicates via text and kept us updated of the appointment, who was coming, and an estimated arrival time. Poor communication and planning from Project Manager Brian. Charged full amount for work that was not approved to proceed. After trying everything, they were unable to clear the drain and reached a "hard stop". Charged $1776 to use a camera and jet to no avail. Next advice was to start digging which involved major construction to rip up flooring inside home. We had a second company come out and they were able to clear the line with a snake in an hour for $225. read more

*****SCAMMERS***** I just purchased a condo in Nevada and my tenant let me know that we had a water leak coming from the heater area. I immediately called Bumble Breeze and they were there the same day to check the leak. I got the call from them after their "inspection" and they told me the water heater is no good and it needs to be replaced. I said OK; how much. He quoted me $3,800 (See Photo) which I was immediately suspicious of. I told him let me call around and he said OK. I then called a different company who I was able to send pics of the unit to, and they quoted my $1,300. Wow! Big difference BUT IT DOESNT END THERE! Once the technician from the new company I contacted arrives, he asks me why am I replacing the heater, it's only two years old. I of course replied that I was told it was leaking and he let me know that it WAS NOT leaking, and that I had a pipe leaking behind the drywall! Wow, wow, wow! The technician was nice enough to repair the pipe for $200 and 30 minutes of work. Problem solved. Be very wary of Bumble Breeze!! read more

I asked why didn't they tell me that over the phone, he said they still had to come. For what? To charge their fee and to say I need an entire new unit, then try to sell theirs. Even though I know it's not Bumble Breezes fault that I was not qualified for financial assistance for a new unit since mines been out of service since more than a week ago. My beef is the sales representative said he would call me @ 10am and never did. I called him to see what the status. I got his voicemail mail. I then called the office, where the receptionist was a phenomenal person, she put me on hold to see if she could contact him, that was a no. However on a good note their hold music is awesome. But back to where I was. She left him a message to call, wasn't until 12:30 he finally contacted and said he was waiting on the financial company to fix his account so we could see if I could get approved. I told him to forget it I was going to look elsewhere. I knew on Friday that I was basically being BS'd by him. I did however smelled the scent of beer on his breath. I've got a real sensitive smell from all my 22.5 years in the military with my Marines smelling of beer in morning formation. But that's besides the point. Our garbage disposal stopped working suddenly and we wanted it checked out sooner rather than later. We called Bumble Breeze and they told us a technician would be available first thing the following morning, and he was. Technician diagnosed the problem and provided possible options/solutions. They responded as promised, actually one hour earlier after confirming that the time was OK with me. The technician that came out diagnosed the reason I had called (leaking pipe feeding outside faucet) and repaired that within 10 minutes, I had him look at the reason the pipe had started leaking. I was trying to remove a splitter connected to the faucet which wouldn't come off. He tried everything possible to remove that splitter but wasn't able to remove it. Since the splitter was leaking the faucet needed to be replaced. The technician got the appropriate part and replaced it. Following this the technician said he smelled gas leaking, which I couldn't detect. He checked all the gas connections for a leak and finally identified the source on the connection to my gas barbecue. He tightened that connection to repair the leak. I felt that the technician went out of his way to do a good job and leave with a happy customer. The only problem I had is that I felt the cost of the repair was higher than necessary, for the amount of work required. However, I don't have anything to compare it to, so that is just my opinion. read more

Bumble Breeze was quick to respond to our broken AC. They found the problem and worked with Bryant, the manufacturer, to replace a ruptured coil under warranty. Unfortunately Bryant would not replace the freon that leaked out due to their faulty coil which resulted in a huge cost--much more than the coil. Bumble Breeze worked with me to help somewhat reduce the bite of the cost, which was appreciated. Came out the same day I called. Drained and removed my defective hot water heater and took it to Home Depot for exchange for a new one (heater was 1 year old and under full warranty). Properly installed new water heater and turned on. Verified operating correctly and all connections were secure. Charge for entire process was at the high end of the range for this work. read more
