I'd give it three and a half if I could? The flavors are good. My friend said the wings were great the problem is that there are only six of them so the price is kinda high for the number of wings, and the seaweed side salad was pretty bland which was surprising. his daughter had the beef bulgogi and liked it. I had the Mr. Kim burger and i have some things to say about it. Over-all the flavors were good. The kimchi was good. The sauces were good. I like an egg on my burger. Ciabatta is a great word. It's fun to say and fun to read on a menu. And it's a terrible hamburger bun. I will bet you a dollar that the hamburger patties are Kirkland brand 1/3rd pound sirloin, cooked from frozen, because I have the same hamburger patties at home and also cook them from frozen when I am feeling lazy. We really enjoyed our visit to Bumblebees Korean BBQ. I had K-pop. One spicy pork and the other the beef. We also had k fries and they were laden with beef and sauce and other yummy things. Food was decent. The fries are delicious and would be what I recommend most. My experience was completely ruined by the very rude blonde girl who clearly did not want to be there. It was our first time - she did not greet us, was short when we asked questions, and made no effort to make our experience a decent one. Best fries you can get around here. Cool, hip spot. If you're getting sandwiches, Chick-fil-A is right across the street. You have to get the fries or noodles. Better than the better-known Cup Bop. Staff there is super friendly, and they have a really generous rewards program. If someone asks me, "where's somewhere good to eat around here?" Everything definitely has a kick to it but I haven't had anything be crazy hot unless you put the sriracha on it. Which they always ask if sriracha is okay when you order. Passing through Provo for the night and we were lucky enough to find this place on Yelp. We love Korean food so we had to give it a try. I'm not one who writes many reviews, but I'd feel guilty if I didn't do one here. I had the Bulgogi Sandwich and it was DE-FRICKIN-LICIOUS! I eat Keto 99% of the time, but I allow myself an occasional day to eat "off plan". Because of this, I'm pretty selective in my choices and I've been wanting to try Bumblebees for some time now - it did not disappoint! I arrived about 1 minute before closing, and they took my order without copping an attitude like other places have done when I arrived 15-20 minutes before closing. Great service and great food! It's always an adventure when creative people try to cross-pollinate different food styles - sometimes it's successful, sometimes not so much. In this case, it's amazing! The restaurant has a fun K-Pop vibe which gives it a lot of energy, and the food is the best I've had in a while. I ordered the Korean tacos - a pair of street-style tacos with your choice of meat or (like I did) you can go half and half. I had the bulgogi and spicy chicken - Korean BBQ is not something I would imagine going well in a taco-style presentation, but this was incredible. I'm so happy there's another Bumblebees near me! I didn't know till today that there was. I had been going to what I guess is the "original" in Sandy (ok technically Midvale) .. I was a bit worried because their strength is being authentic and family based. When the guy working the place made sure to ask me if I was happy with food, I referenced the other location and he mentioned that he is the son of original founder and that explained why it was SO GOOD. I appreciate it so much because I grew up with Korean food, was stationed in Korea and deeply know Korean food culture and Bumblebees wins on everything. I went back to Mr Kim burger that has gooey cheese, a fried egg and homemade kimchi and part of me wanted to be nitpicky and call the kimchi too mild, but realized they merely well balanced amazing flavors. I even think the son might be a tiny bit above his dad which says a lot, check this place out if you like/enjoy/want to try Korean food with American flair. read more
