This was an excellent experience. I had contacted my dealership and sent out for 6 other quotes that included a picture of the damage. Here are the pics from the 1st repair and I thought since you tried to do better on the first one that I would use you for the front bumper also...but he didn't fix the underside of the front bumper like he said he would and when Marco talked with Mike he told him that he didn't remember. That is why I said FU. You guys didn't even look at the front bumper after your tried to fix it. Instead of doing it right your guy just ground it down with his sanding disk cuz it's under the car and he didn't care about the lines at all. It is not a 90% repair and I asked you if I could come to you so you could see it and you said no. I asked if Marco could come out and you said if I want it perfect which I understand is not possible now but to be honest Marco should of said I can't do this when he first started and you can't just take away a warranty cuz you have a customer that is not happy with your work. You need to take extra steps to do the right thing. BTW, when your manager called the other day I had just heard I can't visit my Mom who is in the hospital and she is not doing well and I had a friend pass away and just found out about that too so to be honest you called at a bad time. But see just as you didn't like the fact that I was not happy with your work then you refused to look at it or fix it you also did the same when you felt disrespected = you decided not to help out again. BTW, your manager didn't have a resolution but she did call me to tell me that you weren't going to cover it...so yeah that is why I said FU cuz you guys don't have any integrity and it must be all about the $$$. After rather impressively damaging my bumper while driving 1 mph to enter my garage, I had a sick feeling as I scoured Yelp for a repair service. The damage was extensive - not a small scratch or dent ...but a huge gaping indentation with what appeared to be an interior steel rod sticking through the bumper. To top it off, the bumper had become partially detached from the car. I am still unsure how I managed such extensive damage when I was barely moving. I got quotes from several repair companies and Bumper Time was by far the lowest ($325 all included compared to the next lowest of $475). They also could come quickly (i.e., in days, not weeks which is the timeline some others had given). Marco came to my work and was absolutely awesome! My bumper looks brand new. I can't believe it!
