MBI Auto is a Shady Business I just very carefully, using no instrument at all opened up my bumper that MBI Auto sent me. I slowly rolled up the plastic film. There is damage all over the place, not where the folds are but the cross pieces. I know this was a returned damaged bumper MBI Auto sent to me. There was no way I received this bumper 4 days after ordering it. MBI Auto told me to disregard Amazon texts telling me when it went out and when I'd get it. MBI Auto said it would take 2 weeks maybe more to paint it, let it cure for 4 days or more then another 7-10 to get it delivered to me here in Ronkonkoma, New York. I also know it's a returned bumper because there was no white powder on it like MBI Auto says there will be on it to protect the paint job. It's horrible what MBI Auto is putting me through. It's disgusting how MBI Auto is trying to pawn off damaged merchandise to a new customer. We'll see how the return goes. Just a big waste of my time. This place simply Rocks from ordering to final delivery. I filled out a form on the weekend to have someone contact me for a replacement bumper for a Honda Civic Si. The form said they were open Monday thru Friday. I get a call first thing Monday morning. A wonderful woman explained the pricing and the entire process. I said I was local and would there be any possibility of just picking it up. The catch being I needed it by the weekend. She said I could probably pick it up on Thursday or Friday but, worse case scenario, the following Monday. She told me I would receive a call after 11:00 am on the day it was ready. Sure enough, on Wednesday I got the call it was ready. I couldn't believe it. Drove over and they insisted on loading it in my car. I just put it on the car and the workmanship is simply outstanding. Not a single flaw in the paint and the fitment was perfect. Every body line lined up. Put simply; This entire team just rocks from start to finish and they actually keep a sense of humor. Last November I decided to replace my rear bumper after a series of bad luck with having my car hit in parking lots. After a lot of research I found Bumpers that Deliver and honesty they offered the best deal. The second cheapest place that would send me a painted bumper for $60 more. Since the price was beyond reasonable I did some more research and discovered this was an easy job for one to do themselves. After, a lot of research I ordered my new rear bumper and let's just say not only did it arrive faster than most other places offered, but the quality was amazing! I highly recommend them. This company's bumpers may look good at first, but the paint job on mine didn't hold up and the company doesn't stand behind its product! I bought a painted bumper for my Camry and initially thought it looked pretty good, but over time the paint has flaked off in many different places and it looks terrible now. Unfortunately, the paint didn't become an issue until outside of the warranty period and the company refused to address the problem. My car was rear-ended and the driver stopped briefly before pulling back into traffic and taking off (hit-and-run). I had the license plate and video evidence but it was a stolen plate off of a different vehicle. I was quoted $1800 by a local shop to replace my rear bumper cover and paint match, and buffing out the surrounding areas. I like that Bumpers That Deliver gives you the option of free shipping (if the bumper ships folded), or freight shipping for cost. This was not in my favor, shipping from the East coast to the West cost me as much as the painted bumper ($550ish total). In comparison to local repair and labor costs-- and time without my car while in the shop, it was still a bargain for me-- I got to learn how to remove and replace my bumper cover and it wasn't difficult at all. I completed it in about 3 hours since I had to drill holes to attach a rear In retrospect, I'd save the shipping money and opt for the free shipping of the folded bumper. The bumper's finish is bright and shiny-- it was painted my factory silver color so matches spot on...blending surrounding panels would have been overkill for my car. There were some blotchy spots, as if the paint wasn't mixed properly, or the paint coverage wasn't thick/even enough. Take a step back and it looks fine. At the end of the day, I got me a freshly painted bumper cover at a fraction of the price and it looks much, much better than before. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! After doing multiple weeks of research, including but not limited to contacting representatives of the seller. I was assure I was ordering the correct color and once it was received . It was obviously incorrect. The package included a sheet that talked about how the company strives "for 100% customer satisfaction" to contact them before contacting amazon. Well I was optimistic and followed the papers instructions and called them first only for them to tell me to email them. When I did, the information I gave them was not enough. It took 3 days just for them to tell me that it was my fault that I ordered the wrong color and they would be willing to ship out the correct color but I would also have to pay for the shipping and they would be "willing to take half off" the new bumper. But never once offered a refund on the one they advised me to order. So after many frustrating communications via phone call and email with this company, I decided to send it back via Amazon (as I ordered it) and it was fast and easy. Even though the company refused a FULL refund, they charged a restocking fee and I still pains partial shipping. If I could give this company less stars I certainly would. read more

Here's the bottom line, the prices are very reasonable and for a DIY job this was just fine. There were a few glitches in the process however customer service was excellent in addressing and remedying them. My greatest complaint was the color match was not ideal, however I recommend you send a sample from your car in advance for best results. read more

My experience with bumpers that deliver was fantastic. I was super nervous that I was going to run into problems installing the new bumper; However, it was a perfect fit. Within 15 minutes my car was looking brand new again. The color match was spot on, the protection it was shipped with prevented any damage or scratches. Within one day of ordering through Amazon, I sent them a msg with my color code. The next business day they had already replied saying they had received my color code and that if they had any further questions they would contact me directly. I got my bumper within a week and half of the day I made the order and it traveled through 7 different states and I still got it on time.
