Made another visit to Bundow Boba to give them another shot. We enjoyed their freeze last time so thought it would be a perfect for the warm weather. We got a honeydew guava freeze and their pandan bubble waffle. The freeze was good. I enjoyed the creamy texture. The bubble waffle was so much better than last time. It kept its form and was not soggy. Definitely a better experience and will come back if in the area.

I am a fan of their boba and food. And my son is a big fan of their egg waffles and the owners (Chelsea and Neil). My son would want to visit Chelsea and Neil all the time because they are so nice and they make the place so kids friendly. The ambiance is spacious and clean. I personally love the boba and the food selection. I highly recommend this place and hope everyone can support local business!

PBJ milk tea?!? To be honest, it kinda works. It's growing on me the more sips I take. I'd come back to try their other drinks.

Great service and recommendations from the owner! Got to know the branding was based off of his own dogs which is great to know fellow dog lovers! The inside is nice and clean and looks like it can fit quite a lot of people! Looks like a chill work place to be at too. I got the spicy popcorn chicken and brown sugar milk tea with crystal boba 50/50 which is the right amount of sweetness for me.

    Strawberry freeze

We got plain a black milk tea with boba, strawberry freeze and a plain bubble waffle. They were not offering popcorn chicken at the time. Black milk tea at 70% sweet was still too sweet. Tea flavor wasn't very strong. Couldn't taste the tea over the sweetness. Boba was a bit tough inside. Strawberry Freeze was still too sweet at 50%, even for the kids. No split cup but they gave an extra empty cup for us to pour ourselves. Overall ok. No restrooms for customers.

I was in the area for work, and was really craving boba. This place has been heavily renovated from the previous store and seems like its under new ownership. I can't speak for how the place used to be, but I was served by the new owner. He was super chill, and was attentive and helpful when I was deciding what to try. He had a couple of sample drinks to try and it definitely helped me decide what to order. I ended up getting a strawberry mango matcha latte, a popcorn chicken, and an egg waffle. The drink was honestly incredible, considering the price. It's literally 50% less than other boba prices in this day and age, and it actually tasted good. The popcorn chicken was also good; just what you'd expect from boba shops. I was given additional spice powder upon asking. And the bubble waffle was not like what some of the other reviews stated. Mine came out crispy on the outside, warm and fluffy on the inside. I think the other reviewers must have left it inside the container and sealed for too long and thus is why they're saying it's soggy. I did not experience any sogginess at all, as I ate it immediately, fresh out of the kitchen. I normally do not post Yelp reviews, but the owner was super chill to me the entire stay, making sure my drink was up to my level of expectations and offered to remake the drink if I wasn't happy. The additional spice powder on the side was also super nice of him to do; most of the other boba shops don't do that for me. In exchange for leaving a review of what I honestly think, the trade off was incredible service. I don't know how many people will even read this, but I hope my review helps out a small, family owned business. TL;DR: Way better quality than you'd expect boba, especially for the lower price compared to every where else. Service and attentiveness from owner was also greatly appreciated.

Great popcorn chicken and bubble (egg) waffles. The drinks are very flavorful and the staff were helpful and friendly. A great place to have a light lunch or an afternoon snack.

My husband and I visited Bundow Boba since they took over Eggettes and we were not disappointed! Drinks are very customizable and they allow you to mix two flavors (in addition to adjusting ice and sweetness levels). The boba-ristas who helped us today were super nice and helpful. We also love the decor update. The egg waffle was perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and soft and mochi like on the inside. Overall, highly recommended and plan to come back soon!

Yelpers directed us towards this place, and I am grateful for this community for that! We liked it so much, we came back twice in two days! Our first visit, we ordered the Sesame Fans and Chestnut Dream. We also added the Mango Panna Cotta dessert. Both drinks were smooth and nutty and the dessert wasn't too sweet but still really fruity. As we were waiting, we saw all the other waffle desserts that were coming out of the kitchen. We both said we needed to come back for those desserts! On our second visit THE NEXT DAY, we ordered the Mango Sago and the Red Rose drinks. As we had just finished a very large lunch right before this, we just couldn't bring ourselves to order any of the waffle desserts! Again, our drinks were amazing and refreshing. Parking is a bit of a pain as it is strictly street parking... making a visit challenging. Interior has limited seating but at least it's bright and airy!

They chose Mango Mochi Gelato, Sago with Taro and Coconut, Black Sticky Rice with Taro and Coconut, and I chose the White Fungus with Almond Soup. For dine in, you order from scanning the QR code on the table. It was a bit weird that they did not take our orders at the cashier even though the sign said so. It was a bit confusing. Lucky we got there slightly early, past 8:30pm, this place is packed! There are some tables with round chairs for medium to large groups, or you seat facing the window like a bar table for 3 in a group. Our friends are very happy with the Mango Mochi Gelato. One lady found the Black Sticky Rice soup too sweet. I like my almond soup, although the white fungus could be softer, but the amount of white fungus was ok, so I'm glad it's not just watery soup. Service was very limited. There's no water offered, and the staff only delivered the desserts. You need to grab the key near the cashier to go to the restroom. I walked over to the front to ask for extra spoons for sharing. I like their menu has savory snacks, bento items besides desserts. They have a gelato fridge at the front with about 6-8 choices. I wish the service is warmer, but I guess they offer unique food at a good place that wins the market easily.

Their menu has a ton of options, although there aren't many pictures, so it took us a minute to decide. Thankfully the staff were super friendly and patient. We ordered a dozen Binka Bites in 6 different flavor (Choco Bavarian, Dubai Chocolate, Churro Biscoff, Nutella, Oreo, and Mango Cream), 2 Spam Musubis, and a Chicken Empanada. It was my first time trying Binka Bites and I really enjoyed them. The texture reminds me of a hybrid between mochi and sponge cake, soft, chewy, and not overly sweet. My favorite flavor out of the box was definitely the Nutella. For leftover, I would recommend to microwave them for a 5-8 seconds before eating so it will be soft and warm. The Spam Musubi had a great spam-to-rice ratio imo (very important lol) with decent amount of sauce. Meanwhile, the Chicken Empanada was fresh, hot, and packed with flavorful shredded chicken. Overall, it was a really great first visit. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying their Mini Adobo Rice with Scrambled Egg next time.

On this visit, we ordered the Shoyu Ahi Bowl with greens, the Hawaiian Style Ahi Bowl with greens, and the Kalua Pork & Cabbage plate. The Kalua Pork & Cabbage was the standout. It came with macaroni salad and rice, the portion was generous, the pork was tender, and the cabbage was soft, well-seasoned, and tasty. The ahi itself had a great texture and tasted fresh. However, both the Shoyu Ahi and Hawaiian Style Ahi bowls were already well-marinated, and the greens were dressed with the same sweet soy based sauce. The combination made the bowls a bit too salty and sauce heavy, which overpowered the natural flavor of the fish. By the time we finished our bowls, we found ourselves reaching for coconut water to help balance the saltiness. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. The restaurant was clean, the staff was efficient, and the Kalua Pork & Cabbage was definitely worth ordering. I just wish the ahi bowls had a lighter touch with the sauce so the freshness of the fish could really shine. We'd be happy to come back and try some of the other menu items. :)
