We arrived around 10:00 am and the shop was pretty packed. We ordered four beverages from the menu. Beverages will range from $7-$9 each. Three specialty Iced Lattes and one specialty Iced Matcha. Their seasonal flavors were Ferrero Rocher, Guava, and Banana Cream Pie. They only had one size which was a 16oz beverage. The matcha wasn't flavorful even with the addition of the Guava cold foam. The iced lattes tasted like they had a lot of syrup but the specialty flavors didn't shine. The wait time was pretty quick took about 5 minutes for all drinks to come out. Love the ambiance inside the shop with the greenery and wall decor brightening the shop up.

Cute cozy coffee shop that has some fun drinks! It's a smaller space so definitely more of a "get your coffee to go" vibe. Did the iced banana cream latte- I love a banana latte and this was really good. We also had the Ube latte (next time would ask them to add espresso) which was good and the pandan latte. I loved the flavors- you can tell they're not artificial and are rich in flavor. Friendly staff and cute place!

D1 and I had been eyeing this spot for awhile and we were both awake pretty early in the day so we made it over. The day we went over, they happened to have the kiosk outside for ordering. The next time we went, it happened to be later in the day and the kiosk and online ordering weren't available, probably bc they were backed up on orders. The first time we went we tried 2 of the seasonal drinks. D1 had the ferrero rocher coffee and I had the guava matcha. Delicious, so delicious we swapped drinks the 2nd time we went. We also ordered the ube croissant and it was so nice and fresh. The ube actually really stood out and the croissant was nice and flakey. A small space w possibly 2 seats at the bar. We've already been 3x within 2 weeks, parking can be hit or miss depending on the time of day.

We stopped by Dead Eye Coffee Bar and tried the Ferrero Rocher Latte and Guava Matcha Latte. I've tried Ferrero Rocher inspired drinks at other places before and always felt like they were missing that flavor I was looking for. Dead Eye was dead on. They really capture that Ferrero Rocher flavor, and it's easily the best one I've had. Would definitely get it again. My fiancée enjoyed her Guava Matcha Latte too. The guava flavor came through nicely and complemented the matcha really well without overpowering it. Glad we stopped by and gave this place a try. We'll definitely be back to try more of their drinks.

We had the opportunity to visit Dead Eye Coffee Bar after lunch at Mom's Tofu, and it was a fantastic experience. The hospitality from the baristas was exceptional, and the drinks were just as impressive. When we asked for a recommendation, the barista suggested his personal favorite, the Ferrero Rocher Iced Latte. We decided to order that along with the Iced Ube Latte and a Hot Matcha Latte, and all three drinks were excellent. The coffee bar is thoughtfully designed, featuring a few bar seats and a welcoming atmosphere. Combined with the music playing in the background, it creates a relaxing vibe that makes you want to return again and again, bringing family and friends along to enjoy the experience. Until next time, enjoy!

Awesome time at Dead Eye. Super quick and easy to locate. Friendly staff and solid coffee. The flavors are very rich and I loved the interior. Felt indie fresh with a mix of artisanal hype beast. I brought my dog inside and it's dog friendly. I recommend!

came right at opening, the staff was really nice and answered my questions even if it was bright and early!! i always love a seasonal menu and they had a great one! it just wasn't the vibe of the morning, so i opted for the vanilla latte. Honestly, i don't think i've had a better vanilla latte. it was such a unique flavor. would love to come again!!

This place is a gem!!! Love the vibe and aesthetic inside. Best of all, their pastries are the Bomb!! Tried their ube croissant and pandan mochi and they are on Point!!! Amazing coffee to pair. Guaranteed to be authentic to the taste with ube filling. Sweet ube and crunchy croissant. The pandan is like a muffin and chewy moist mochi inside. Friendly staff and service was superb. Definitely coming back for more. It'll be my go to cafe in South SF.

Cute coffee shop with lots of cool flavors, the pasties looked good too, friendly staff, there was a line but it went fast. I enjoyed the ube iced latte, perfectly sweet, I forgot to say light ice, finished it so fast! My husband enjoyed his Americano, it was nice & smooth without an after taste.

My partner and I wanted some coffee after our lunch on the weekend and decided to stop by after seeing the reviews. I'd have to say though, this was not worth the crazy 45-60 minute wait for us. There wasn't a huge weekend crowd but our drinks took so long. The matcha was super watered down and tasted more like milk. My partner got a latte and that was much better but I don't think we'll ever revisit.

Came back for my second visit this past Saturday. After coming here about a month ago, I followed them on IG and saw that they now have banana cream. Of course, I had to try it. I ordered the Banana Cream Pie Latte with a double shot and almond milk. It was delicious. I loved everything about it. It was like having dessert with coffee, and I couldn't get enough of it. The banana cream was creamy and had the perfect amount of banana flavor. It wasn't overpowering, and it paired well with the coffee. I'm curious about the matcha now, so I'll have to try that next time.

This place is a hidden away in a little nook on Grand Avenue. We almost passed right by it! There was an ordering kiosk right by the front door or you can go in and order with the barista. They had a multitude of unique coffees to choose from. I got the Tahitian Vanilla latte and it was delicious!

We visited Dead Eye Coffee Bar after hearing they offered Academic Coffee's banana cream recipe and were excited to give it a try. It was a busy Saturday morning, which is totally understandable, but it did take about 15-20 minutes for our order to be taken even though we were at the front of the line the entire time. The shop itself is very small, so there's barely any space to wait inside. That said, it's still very cute and has a bit of a hidden gem feel since it's tucked into a mixed-use building. I ordered the matcha latte with banana cream, and it was just okay. It tasted more like milk than matcha, and I wouldn't say it resembled Academic's banana cream matcha latte. Because of that, I probably wouldn't return specifically for the matcha, though they do offer the banana cream flavor with other beverages as well.

This is officially my new airport dining choice when available. I'm not a coffee drinker but they spend an equal amount of love on their matcha and chai!! This warms my heart! The pumpkin spice chai available year round (joy!) and the banana cram matcha (so far seasonal). Both not too sweet. Would like some kind of cream on top - still great as is. Both times I went for the breakfast burrito. Big fan of the veggie breakfast burrito with added bacon :) The chipotle sauce is the liquid gold! I find potatoes and hash browns to be fillers when not extra crispy for texture. Sadly they were filler here but so far they are light handed on the filler so all is right in the burrito. Did well on my request for light cheese as well. Ambiance reminds me of all my favorite cafes and tea shops with the artsy flare, welcoming colors, tons of plants, and some cool jams. Can definitely see them having a local artist showcase or local concert or open mic night. At 20% sweet, I think I could've been ok with 50% sweet too. I tend to get drinks at around this sweetness level and I loved that the mango sago was on the less sweet side already! I forgot to take a picture of my white peach tea with agar and chia seeds -- this was soooo yummy as well. Also got this at 25% sweetness and found it sweeter than the mango sago, but the agar jelly was chewy and the overall drink was so smooth and just packed full of peach flavor. I couldn't stop drinking it after my first sip! I'd love to come back and try some of their other drinks and egg waffles next time when I'm in the area. Service was also super nice and quick. I've been exploring all the breakfast burritos in SanFran but this place is now also at the top of my list! I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage and was happy with all the fillings - chunky potatoes, good amount of egg, onions, tomato, and chunky pieces of sausage in a spinach tortilla. (Instead of protein, my friend added avocado instead. And you can choose different types of tortillas - flour, whole wheat, spinach, and others) Just overall good and very filling. Not huge but not small either. The only thing I missed was salsa to put on it. Tapatio packets were given instead.
