Today passing by Fairfax, I went in the Juneteenth event along the way. The Bundt cake and cookies stand caught my attention. Stopped by and they gave a little sample to taste the Bundt cake. It was good and soft fresh. But what I bought was a bag of Caramel Pecan Praline cookies . Omg! I can finish a bag in one seating. Soooo yummy, delicious and soft. One of the best cookies I've tried. The two ladies who were in the stands were so friendly as well. The representation of their stands was eye catching if you're a person like me who loves sweets. I got a medium size and paid $34 or so I believe a d they we're trying to charge me another $9 just for the bow which is ridiculous plus the tax so I opted to just get it plain with just a sign then I went to the Dollar Tree and decorated myself with just an extra $4 and still had some erasers and bookmarks left. It's been sooo long since I've been here! The mini Bundt cakes are still mouthwatering delicious. I had a mixed variety of the Strawberry Lemonade, German Chocolate, Lemon (Have mercy, that Lemon!) My only complaint, I just didn't feel welcomed. I spoke FIRST (wasn't greeted) although there were 2 ladies at the counter, one sitting, on her cell phone and the other one standing. The moistest bundts I've ever had! My hairdresser is down the street and my sister wanted me to stop by. I came at a good time because 1 they were actually open and 2 there was a variety of baby bundts. They're all baby size so don't come in here thinking Nothing Bundt cake size LOL. The service is good. All the flavors are great! They don't even need to be microwaved BUT of you do, it's heavenly! They're not overly sweet and I love that. The reason why I gave them a 4, is their random hours and yelp doesn't let them edit that. There have been a few times I came into that poorly spaced parking lot to be let down that they were closed. Also when they sell out that's it. It can be a few hrs to close and you won't get but one or two . Also it's a tease to have a pistachio as their front picture but that was eons ago and they won't do them because of expenses . Shit I'll buy the ingredients for a special order! I'm dead serious. Holy Bundts. Bundts On Melrose has been on my list for a while now, and I was stoked to have the opportunity to stop by last week for a taste. I ordered the six pack with an assortment of devils cake, vanilla, funfetti, lemon, and strawberry. Wow. Bundts on Melrose knocks it out of the park! These bundts are so incredibly moist, topped with just the right amount of frosting. Every bite was better than the last, and not a single flavor was lacking in uniqueness. Unfortunately, my schedule only allowed for me to visit later in the day when the majority of their selection had already been picked over. Will not disappoint!! I found this trying to find some desserts to gift to my friend for her birthday. It's located in a small plaza just across the street from Trader Joe's. Based off reading the reviews, I called my order in ahead of time so I wouldn't miss out on the good flavors. When it came time to pick up my order, it was such a breeze because they have amazing customer service!! Right when you walk in, they greet you with such genuine smiles & great conversation. Initially I ordered a box of 9 and a box of 6, but because the cakes smelled and looked so good on the display, I opted to buy one more box of 6. They even have cute little happy birthday signs you can stick on your cake. Right when you open the box, the amazing smell will hit you right away. Their Bundt cakes were nice and fluffy - not dry like the usual ones I've tasted in the past. I'm not a fan of super sweet things and I found that these bundts had just the right amount of sweetness, so you couldn't help but come back for more.
