I really wanted to like this new place !maybe my expectations were high from all the great reviews .. my experience was not so great .. found lasagna and chicken parmesan overly salty and food mediocre as far as flavor. When i ordered food over the phone and was told it was going to be ready in 15 minutes.. thought a bit too quick so I had my doubts. This place is a must try... I love Italian food, and there are not much in the bay area that caught my Italian palate, but this one is definitely great... I was looking for a good place for me to treat my self for brunch (something of my favorite food, Italian). Coming from my walk/hike by Mori Point, I went to yelp and hold and behold, this place was suggested. It is literally a couple of blocks down, so I went straight. A lady is ordering her food, and she said that she had been in this place 4 times, and the place had only been open for a couple of weeks (if that doesn't say something, I don't know anymore) The guy in the counter had suggested and explained the whole menu, and suggested something (that is not in their menu yet) CIOPPINO - seafood stew, and boy was it like eating Ocean with tomato base... I also ordered my Bruschetta, and it matched with the stew perfectly... And to top it all off, I go Cannoli as birthday treat... Please try this starter resto, you will not regret it... Buona Italia Caffe came up while searching for a breakfast place in the area. The omelettes (Sicilian and veggie) were very good. They came with a small salad and 2 slices of toasted French baguette. The owner was very attentive and friendly. Definitely, my new place for breakfast, and will try their Italian food too. read more

Food here is amazing. My daughter loves the lasagne and the bread. I love the calamari, salads, branzino, and their pastas are all super delicious. The staff is so incredibly generous, kind, friendly, just absolutely wonderful people. It's a cozy small spot, so I wouldn't come here with a big group, but I always feel welcome here. Really nice new place in Pacifica. Tried the bruschetta, very flavorful, bread stayed crispy but not too hard, great flavor. The red sauce is homemade and yummy so is the Caesar salad (real dressing not bottled). Friendly people that own and run it. I will be back to try more on the menu read more

This wonderful little gem has been open about 2 weeks. I had the eggplant parmigiana which was smothered in the most flavorful marinera, just right for the country style bread to soak up. My husband had the Bacon Cheese omelette which was delicious. The balsamic dressing for the salad was so tasty. We will definitely return for the linguini with clam sauce, and one of the panini. Wonderful little cafe with great food! We have been there several times and the food is consistently good and prices reasonable. Last night, our group had the arugula and the caprese salad, clam linguine, lasagna and salmon dishes - all delicious! I have also been there for breakfast and they have great omelettes. Arturo the owner is very friendly and often brings everyone a small cream filled cannoli at the end of the meal. He made sure to pickup and safely store my purse when I accidentally left it there one night. The space is small but you can pull the tables together to accommodate more people. Hours are from 8 am and they stop serving dinner at 7 but close around 8. Pick up a bottle of wine from Wine Table a few doors down and bring it in with you for dinner as they don't have their liquor license yet. read more

My husband and I ordered take out here for the first time. It was so good! We had the chicken parmigiana and the spaghetti and meatballs. The pasta was cooked perfect and the sauce was really good. My husband likes a more sweet sauce due to his Sicilian grandfather but he still really enjoyed it. We also tried the mini cannoli. They were amazing! The crust was crispy and the filling was perfectly balanced. We will be back! read more

We are so thrilled to have this eatery in our neighborhood. Not only is the food excellent, with many ingredients imported directly from Italy, but the staff is absolutely lovely. They stayed open an extra twenty minutes because my daughter was late picking up our to-go order, and the staff was so gracious. The food itself was fantastic-- we had their spinach ravioli, lasagna, and bruschetta. Mouth watering and we will be regulars. read more

This tiny little place really delivers on Italian food. They make their own pasta and have a wonderful selection of dishes featuring it. I was also able to buy fresh pasta to make a NYE lasagna at home. They also have salads, main courses and desserts. Take out or eat in (very small place). Very friendly staff. Just stumbled across this place. We went in to get some Italian coffee and everything smelled so good. We ended up getting some minestrone soup. The soup was incredible. The coffee was fantastic. Had the eggplant Parmesan, a Panini and a salad split between three people and it was plenty of food. The best store bought eggplant Parmesan I've had. Panini was fresh and yummy. Really delicious food, very reasonable price. Lattes were also excellent. read more

Branzino fish, Caesar salad, Chicken Marsala special. All very good with good portions and prices. Mainly for takeout due to space limitations but you may find one of a few tables available. I'm so excited about this new place in the neighborhood. I've gone there twice now, got the spinach ravioli then the linguine alfredo with shrimp (special of the day) and both were phenomenal. This is my favorite new place in Pacifica! I was so excited to find it. My husband and I walked by it heading to get burritos and thought at first it was just a cafe. But when we discovered it was a full Italian restaurant, we decided to eat there instead. We weren't disappointed! The spaghetti and meatball dish was terrific. I loved the red sauce! And last time I had the carbonara and it was fantastic. Not too heavy, just perfect. The salads are epic. The dressing is so good and they come up with great pairings. This week, I had the arugula salad with pomegranates and persimmons. But the pear salad is incredible too. At this point, we've ordered across the menu and all the food seems to be excellent. The cannoli are so good! I normally don't like them but this was like a cross between a churro and a cannoli. And they were cheap! Bryan at the front is so friendly and helpful. I was so excited to find this new gem that my friend and I volunteered to spruce up the place with some stuff on the walls and lighting. We want this place to last! Pacifica needs it. That corridor is really growing! But the environment doesn't even really matter because the food is so great that it is the talk of the town! And if you want, you can order and go over to Table Wine down the block and Bryan will bring your order down there, where they have a bunch of cute little nooks to eat and enjoy your wine.
