If I had it for dinner I think i would have wanted it to be more like a filet My friend loved her falafel salad. Regardless, their food was very good. I customized a bowl with tofu, greens and sauce and it was tasty. The melts are also tasty. I enjoyed the cheese bread ball that came with the bowl and wished it came in a pair. Their superfood smoothies are yummy but also pricey. Most of their dishes are between $12 and 18 and portions are adequate. They also sell swag with their branding. The restaurant atmosphere feels a bit a posh/swanky, which isn't my usual go to. But as a result it did feel clean and modern. Indoor and outdoor seating. They have an easy to navigate website to order for a specific time. I walked in for a salad during the week around 2pm, and placed an order on the self-order screen. This was my first time at ChopShop so I didn't know what to expect. After waiting for maybe 11 minutes, I circled around to the self-pickup area and didn't see my salad. The staff immediately came over, apologized, gave me a free drink, and had my salad out in two minutes. It was such a kind and unnecessary gesture, and one I really appreciated. I had the BBQ Salad with chicken which was fantastic. All the elements of the salad were super fresh and flavors were all there. I really want to go back to try the Thai bowl. They fixed it for 2/3. An additional time, I was not offered the option to mix my bowl, so when I got home, I had to dirty a bowl to mix the salad.
