As an added bonus, Neri was very kind and pleasant and acted as if he cared. This place is not fancy but it's meant to provide a good local source for reasonably priced appliances that meet most rental needs.

We contemplated a drive to Home Depot but decided to stop by MD Appliances to see what they might have available. Over ten years ago, we purchased a Wolf stove, SubZero refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher from MD Appliances and we never regretted it one bit. I still remember the installer, Jay, who did excellent work. We were greeted by the owner, Dan, and we informed him what we needed and he showed us the latest LG products in the showroom. It was an easy decision for us to make the purchase there. We placed our order and waited for delivery. I spoke to Dan when he gave me a delivery date which was today. He said his installers Guillermo and Arnold, would call a day prior with the delivery time, which they did and call 30 minutes before the delivery, which they did. Guillermo actually called earlier than expected due to a cancellation so we were able to get our appliances 4 hours early. Dan also said the installers were very good and that I should have no concerns. Well, he was wrong, Guillermo and Arnold were EXCELLENT!!! They were punctual, professional, friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. I fretted about how they would get our two old appliances out and the new appliances in our small washroom with a narrow doorway and up a small porch. Our home is over 100 years old so entrances are smaller than today's standards. Well after I showed Guillermo where the appliances were to be installed, he said it would be no problem. And it wasn't!!! They arrived at 9:30, completed their work, cleaned up and drove off at 10:30. I was truly amazed and impressed. I called Dan immediately to express my admiration and appreciation for these two polite and thoughtful men. Our experience with MD Appliances was a complete success and we are so pleased with our new washer and dryer. Kudos to Guillermo and Arnold for their pride in great customer service.

They didn't show up to deliver then scheduled the next delivery for 2 days later when I wasn't available. All phone calls are routed to the Philippines and no one was able to help me. I cancelled that order and went to MD Appliances. I went in feeling so angry and frustrated with this situation and was treated with such kindness, I left feeling so much better and I also left with a new washer/dryer! They were even able to arrange same day delivery because I live so close. Their prices are the same as the LG site. The store is very clean and welcoming. Definitely a high end appliance store but with reasonable prices. The delivery guys are GREAT too! Super professional, knowledgeable, and fast. My only regret with this whole experience is not looking to buy locally first.

To be fair, I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted after agonizing over Consumer Reports and online reviews. Waadt was the third appliance store I visited. Prices were consistent across the board. Most places didn't have demo electric ranges in store since it's low in demand, but they can order anything and seem to have direct contact with vendors. I wasn't in a hurry, so I placed my order with Bill on 2/13/26. He called me on 2/24/26 to let me know my appliances had arrived, process payment and we scheduled install for 2/26/26. I was given an install window of 9:30-11:30AM and they showed up around 10:00AM. The install guys were great. There was of course a problem, as my current range was hardwired to the electrical and there was no outlet for the new one. They said no problem, ran to the hardware store, bought the necessary supplies, installed the outlet and had me up and running. This is exactly why I didn't go with a big box store. Bill let me know his installers were equipped to handle any surprises and they were. Big box stores will only plug it in and leave. Any problems you're on your own to solve. Install prices, with the addition of an outlet, were reasonable. Would I use Waadt again? Definitely!
