I saw this place when I was at Chipotle down the street. I used to go to Milt and Edie's around the corner but they're almost double the price. The same bag of dry cleaning I would drop off at milt and Edie's costs me about 40% less by these guys. When you dry clean a couple times a month, it really adds up. These guys are saving me about $120 a month right now. The clothes come out great as with most plants but the service here is hands down incomparable. Zack is very hospitable and provides great service. There's always parking so that's a plus. You barely ever have to wait to be helped so it's always quick and easy. I've referred 3 people here already and everyone loved the service. All in all, great dry cleaners. I'd definitely recommend this place to all yelpers. This place is truly wonderful. I had never gotten anything altered before, let alone dry cleaned so I was unsure what the process/price would be. I needed to have my bridesmaid dress altered ever so slightly and dry cleaned as well (I had bought it used online and it had some gnarly stains on it). The owner allowed me to try it on in store and was able to eyeball what alterations needed to be made. He even let me come in on Saturday before the dry cleaning had taken place to try it on after the alterations to make sure it fit okay (and it was perfect!). I didn't have anyone with me to help me zip up my dress, but the owner helped me and was very kind and professional about the whole thing. He used the stain remover twice to get the stains out but didn't charge me for that. He did all of this for 50$ (which was lower than he originally quoted me) and he still allowed me to use a yelp deal I had on top of a 20% off 1st time visit deal. Dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Monday. Overall this was a wonderful experience and helped calm my nerves! Will definitely go here next time for all my dry cleaning/alteration needs! read more

Zack and his wonderful team are the poster child for exceeding expectations. We were looking for a new dry cleaning place after having tried various establishments in the area. We decided to give this place a try. I brought in a bunch of clothes, including one of my wife's evening dresses. Turns out my wife needed the dress for a wedding we were to attend the next day. Initially, she was told that they couldn't get it ready for the next day, since it was Sunday. But then Zack came in and told her that not only will he clean the gown personally, but he will deliver it to our house by 2pm at no extra charge. He certainly delivered AND he refused a tip, no matter how much my wife insisted! Wow. This is what service is all about. We'll be back and recommend you to everyone we know! read more

This place shrunk 2 of of my sweaters and a jacket. I was told I can come in so they can look at it but I was treated completely horrible. Listen I don't have anything to gain to make up a story about this place shrinking my clothes and I am confident I would have noticed if I grew 2-3". I was told management would call me but I have yet received a call. I feel so horrible that I spent $$$ to have my clothes ruined. I wish I had never gone to this dry cleaners and went to another down the street. read more

I came in toward the end of the day on a Wednesday with a charcoal-colored suit to be cleaned ASAP. They were willing to accommodate the request and I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, when I picked up the suit, it still had pet hair on it. I know the suit was pressed... just not sure it was actually cleaned. So... three stars. read more

There was another woman there when I dropped of my cloth (I didn't catch her name) who patiently went through each item and discussed my options for alterations. This place saved my trip to LA. Upon arrival at my hotel in Burbank, I opened my suitcase to discover some cough medicine had exploded leaving a purple, sticky mess. Three items got the worst of it: a white blouse, a white sweater, and a gray cotton jacket. I threw them in my hotel sink with cold water as a colleague searched for a place that could clean the clothes. Fortunately, this place was directly across the street from the hotel. Upon pick up, there was no trace of purple. The clothes came back spotless. And it was very inexpensive! I am very grateful for Burbank Dry Cleaners. read more

This place is AMAZING. I needed the shoulders of a dress to be taken up because it was a little baggy in the chest area. I took it to Milt and Edie's around the corner and they quoted me 45 bucks for it!! I immediately knew I could find somewhere cheaper so I saw Burbank Dry Cleaners was right around the corner. I went in and was greeted by a young man. I asked him to quote me because I'm hoping it will be cheaper than 45 bucks. He was shocked they were going to charge me so much. He called to the other room for his dad to come and quote me and I immediately was happy that it was a family business. His Father said 25 bucks. SO much better! I told them I wasn't in a rush to get it done so to take their time and it was done exactly a week later. When I came back, the shoulders were great, and they even took it upon themselves to hem the dress that I had safety pinned but chose not to have them hem it because I didn't want to pay for it. They did it, and for FREE. As I left the store, they even sent me off with a bottle of water. These guys are definitely worth your time!! read more
