Burberry Outlet has gotten a new location in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago (Rosemont). The store is now on a corner slot in the middle of the mall (second floor). They had a nice variety of handbags, wallets, clothings, etc in store. When I visited, my focus was on handbags. Enna helped me identify which bags I liked, what their discounts were, and let me try on any bag I wanted to. I ended up finding a rare steal of an Authentic Burberry Top Handle Note bag and Card Holder Wallet for a significant discount as they were from the Summer 2024 Collection. Dear Burberry Team, I recently visited one of your stores and had an unpleasant experience. The staff did not appear very professional. Two clerks were chatting loudly in Chinese and were not attentive to customer needs. At first, I wasn't sure if they were employees or customers. Eventually, another assistant came to help me, but even while I was choosing bags, the loud conversation in their language continued. This made for an uncomfortable shopping experience, and I hope you will address this matter to ensure better customer service in the future. read more

This rating is giving to the store manager Alex, who made a lot of loyal customers and former employees go away. She canceled my phone order and gave the merchandise to other buyer while I was driving on highway and can NOT pay right away. She only sells to bulk buyer when she needs them to reach her numbers, but other times she is very biased. It is not strange her old employees go away and her store has the lowest sales $ among all outlets! I love Burberry...and as an outlet? Yes! Sign me up...I found my winter coat for this year at such a steal! Ok, well, a steal for Burberry prices anyways. Not exactly cheap if you were to compare to other brands. I just love their stuff, so it's a splurge and steal. This is my 6th Burberry coat in my collection. What I don't love are the sales people here, or at least the annoying one that followed me around with disingenuous compliments or back handed smacks. Like " oh, you're really a Burberry shopper?" "Oh you really have bought clothes and coats here?" "Wow, you must be the Burberry queen." What the heck is that?? Now, if I hadn't just driven almost 7 hours in heavy traffic to get to this mall, I really would have NOT purchased anything. I know looked like I had been in a car for a long time, and probably did not look like a shopper that would be able to buy anything else there. I hate being judged like that. So incredibly annoying. I did end up spending a lot here on a single item, so it would be have been nice to either be left alone or spoken to with some sincerity. This is one of the nicer stores in the Fashion Outlets mall for sure. About half the store is apparel and the other half is accessories (scarves, leather goods, handbags). Selection is actually pretty good - obviously, it's going to be stuff from a season or two ago but Burberry is pretty classic anyway. For an outlet, don't expect much in the way of deals - it was about 20% off retail in general. I can probably get better pricing from one of the big department store sales. Staff seems pretty snobby and will definitely assess your spend potential. I mean, get over yourself, you work at an outlet store, okay? read more

I have purchased many items from this location with a great experience every time. The customer service is excellent and the employees are friendly and willing to help. I have received many good deals and believe the quality is consistent with items I purchased at full price at other stores. I bought a puffer coat there last January and recently my zipper broke and I noticed some tears in the fabric. Instead of sending it off for a simple repair, THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE JACKET AT NO EXTRA COST. After spending so much money at the store, I am grateful they value their customers and treat them well. I will continue coming back for their great deals. read more

I love Burberry and always shop at regular store. It was my first time shopping at their outlet a few weeks ago and I bought a small leather card holder. I was told that they don't do reruns but I could get a store credit. When I came back to return it as it was not working properly no one even wanted to listen to me and told me that it could only be exchanged. Very disappointed with this experience. I decided to enter this store because it looks inviting to me. When I entered I could see that the other place was spacious. It's easy for the customers to wonder and choose their customer because it is nice and spacious. They also have a clean and nice flooring. They also have a great selection. The staff greet me with a warm welcome. They look friendly and nice. One of the bags grabbed my attention. It has a color of white and silver. It's perfect for my bag of office work. But the price was a little bit expensive. But it is worth the price. I also bought one dress that looks simple. I added it to my purchase. All you have to say is Burberry. Need I say more really? Okay. I always hop into Burberry when I hit the outlets cause I LOVE all their outerwear (who doesn't?!) but have yet to find anything that was TO DIE for at an amazing price. The staff is always friendly and greet you and offer help but are good about stepping away if you express that you're 'just looking' Yes the items I saw were discounted but not much more than when department stores put Burberry on sale. Disgusted by the service that was offered in this location. My poor husband wanted to buy me a Christmas gift and went to this location and they told him that he had 15 days. I absolutely dislike Burberry, and he had no idea. We went to return the wallet he purchased and the woman told me that I can't return it, so I should go pick out something else, and I told her that I do not like Burberry and will not be using anything from them. She did not even care to offer me store credit just kept staring at me, I said there is no way, there has to be a way. At least store credit? She went to go speak to her manager and she came back saying that is all they can offer is store credit. Why didn't she offer that from the beginning? Why did I have my ask her, and she has to ask her manager? I was upset about it bc it was only a week after he purchased it. They want to keep their money. I told her she needs to return it. She kept saying no and I insisted on speaking to her manager. Her manager finally came out and he was not empathetic at all when he came out. He had a stern face, and immediately told me that he can't do anything for me. He did not introduce himself or give a smile, or apologize that there was nothing he could do for us. I explained to him my husband did not know that it was only going to be store credit and he spent over $400 on it and it's something that will never be used. In a rude voice and face said that 'that there was no explanation needed at time of purchase', and walked away. Good to know that this is the type of service they will be giving us. Is it bc I'm Hispanic? Is that the reason I wasn't offered exceptional service? When someone is going to be spending money at a luxury store they should offer great service even if it's a return. There's a luxury name on your brand! I asked the cashier for her managers name and she told me Cody. I then asked her for his last name, and she didn't want to tell me and they cashier next to her told me she was not allowed to give out that information. If he's a manager she should have his business card with his first and last name at the front. I know this because I'm a manager at a high end retailer. He then came out and gave me his card bc I had to insist on it. He walked away saying Happy New year in a rude manner. I then asked the cashier if I could use the store credit anywhere and she didn't even know, the cashier next to her had to give me an answer for me. There is no way I will be giving our money to this location with this type of service. You also should know bc the customer service was awful I made sure that I was rude to them just as well. If they were extremely apologetic about the whole situation I would of happily understood and taken the store credit but the service was just awful, and I'm extremely disgusted by this store and the "store manager" who really is an operations supervisor Cody Sollis. Who told me the only way to get our money back is to sell it online. How ridiculous?! Horrible service!!! Burberry Outlet in Rosemont has awful service who judge and not customer friendly!!!! There were 5 sales people near the door talking to each other but not 1 greeted me and my friend. I was interested in purchasing a coat and attempted to try 2 on, searching and reaching very high to find a new size for some other coats and not one person came over to help or offer service. Lier employees trying to make sale and commission. My husband asked several times about return policy to buy me a gift. 2 people mentioned return or exchanges are accepted. But once purchased, they change their story. Unwilling to assist once purchased. Worst service ever. Worst part is that company does not seem to care about dishonesty of their service. The store is very underwhelming. If you're going here for a purse, skip it. They have about 4 different styles and while they're average priced (maybe like 25% off normal retail) it's not worth it. The material feels fake or like it was made for the outlet. You're better off spending the full price on a Burberry bag. read more

We were travelling in Chicago and from OHIO. We want to return out purchase at this store, so we have to contact the store. During their regular hour, there is nobody answer the phone. They do leave a message option for us to leave a voice mail, but when we press the voice mail option, the phone says there is no option for voice mailing. I don't know what the hell is going on. Just want to get the return label. Nobody answer the phone and not allow us to leave a message. Just make me think that all these settings are done by this Burberry store on purpose.
