I honestly can't say enough good things about Burger 3000. The food is AMAZING, the quality is always great, the prices are so reasonable, but what truly keeps us coming back is the customer service. Rudy, Pedro, and Claudia are absolutely incredible. I have genuinely never experienced customer service like theirs at a food place. Every single time my daughter and I come in, they treat us like family. They're always so welcoming, kind, and positive, and they somehow always manage to make us laugh. It's honestly rare nowadays to go somewhere and feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated, but every time we walk into Burger 3000, we get exactly that feeling. They remember us, they're always happy to see us, and they make even a simple meal feel like such a good experience. Thank you, Rudy, Pedro, and Claudia, for always treating me and my daughter with so much kindness and making us feel like family. We absolutely love coming here, and I truly don't see us ever stopping! You guys are the best, and Burger 3000 is lucky to have such amazing people representing them. Amazing food + amazing prices + amazing quality + the BEST customer service! We love you guys and will always be back!

Food: I tried the Space Jam Cheeseburger, Mozzarella Moon Sticks, and Onion Saturn Rings. The Space Jam burger did not disappoint! I really enjoyed the sweet raspberry bacon jam. It balanced the hot rocket sauce so well, along with the rest of the burger, including the Australian Wagyu beef patty, cheddar cheese, fresh avocado, and sweet Hawaiian bun. The Moon Sticks had an amazing cheese pull, and the onion rings were delicious! Drinks: My friends and I enjoyed the Stubborn Pineapple Cream Soda and Lemon Berry Acai. Both were refreshing and tasty! Service: Rudy and Pedro were exceptional! Rudy was friendly and took the time to explain the menu to us as first timers. Ambiance: Casual outdoor seating with a fun space theme.

Sucks writing this review, but Burger3000 feels like another small business that expanded and unfortunately lowered its quality. We stopped by today for dinner, and the guy at the register was incredibly unhelpful when we had questions. He made us feel like we were bothering him just by asking. The burger buns are noticeably smaller now, and so are the portions of fries. This was $45?! Also, what's up with this location never having the spaceship-themed boxes that they're constantly advertising online? To top it all off, there were mosquitoes in the sitting area. We ended up taking our food to the car because we'd already been bitten several times. Really disappointing, especially considering how much we used to enjoy Burger3000.

I found out about this place via the wifey, who grew up like 10 minutes away from here. She started seeing posts on Instagram, and kept sliding into my DMs with this delicious looking food. We were down south for the first time in a while around July 4th, so we were stoked to finally be able to stop by and try it. We arrived around 12:30pm on a Friday, and there were only a small handful of tables taken. We were greeted by Estela and the friendly staff, who helped answer any questions we had as well as provide recommendations. We went with a group of 4 people, so we tried a few different things. For the burger, we got the Double Oklahoma. This is your classic smash burger with two Wagyu patties, grilled onions, melted American cheese, and pickles on a Hawaiian bun. We opted to add bacon, because... duh. For sides, we started with an order of the Chopped Cheese Fries. This was seasoned fries loaded with chopped Wagyu beef, melted cheese, and their house-made Secret Rocket Sauce. They describe it as "a full meal disguised as a side", and let me tell you, they're not lying! Per the staff's recommendation, we also tried the Onion Saturn Rings and Mozzarella Moon Sticks. The food came out hot and fresh. The burgers were crispy, saucy, and huge! The fries are on the thinner side, think McDonalds style. We also got a few sides of the Secret Rocket Sauce, which was great to dip fries in and pour on bites of the burger. The onion rings were perfectly crunchy and quite tasty. The mozzarella sticks were a surprise hit that provided a legendary cheese-pull. In addition to bacon, they have other add-ons for the burgers like kimchi, organic avocado, pickled jalapeno, fresh jalapeno, or even an extra patty. They have a few other types of (loaded and regular) fries, including truffle. They also have an option to get a grilled cheese sandwich if you don't want or don't eat meat. For drinks, they have "Moonshakes" which come in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or Oreo crumble. They also have a standard fountain soda machine with Pepsi products. Overall, Burger 3000 definitely lived up to the hype. The meal was incredible, and the service was awesome to match. Special shout out to Estela, Juan, and Rudy for the wonderful hospitality, and smackin' food! We will definitely be back on our next trip down south - looking forward to sharing this experience on Instagram!

I've been hearing about this place for a while now and we finally were in the area to try it out! They have an awesome theme, and the commitment to it is so fun! From the sidewalk outside, to the doors and ceiling fan, they've nailed it! First off we were greeted by Rudy, who is an angel on earth with a warm big smile and truly so kind! He explained the menu and ingredients for us and he just went above and beyond! He's truly is as good as all the reviews say! The food came out so fresh, everything was 10/10 - no notes! The buns were the freshest I've ever had! Don't even get me started on the mozzarella sticks - they are mouthwatering with a cheese pull that could go a mile! As a big fan of Chris and Eddy's (another very popular smash burger) - I think I may have just found a place that got them beat! They have a much larger menu and all the options were a hit. The sauce has a bit of a kick but it was delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned to perfection and the truffle wasn't overpowering like I've experienced with other places which was a nice surprise. We definitely will be back, you guys are awesome! Keep it up!

I give this 4/5. Hospitality was great and very helpful. We ordered burger and cookies n cream soft serve. It was cooked by order. It was well seasoned and portion was good. We ate on the outdoor setting with tables. It has a hot day and flies were dumping in and out. The parking was not issue and overall it was a good experience.

There's a few burger places in the valley that I'm familiar with. Today I decided to take a chance and try something new. Burger 3000 definitely has the service and the burgers. Rudy and Juan were kind enough to give us a background of their menu. Great service and patience with explaining the different kinds of burgers. My daughter ordered a regular cheeseburger, and I got the jalapeño burger. Their whole space theme is unique, with sweet and savory burgers. Best part about this place is they have beef options. None of that pork bs. They also have shakes and other sweets. The meat was delicious along with the fries! The chopped cheese fries were a hit too! I will come sometime again! This is an easy place to hang out and eat some good food. Thank you Burger 3000!

We were looking for a place to have lunch, a quick search showed that Burger 3000 wasn't too far away, we decided to stop by and check it out. It was a small burger place all done up in a space theme which we thought was pretty cool. I decided on the Odyssey Burger Combo, we placed our orders. The order taker gave us out drink cups, we then went to the covered patio/dining area. We filled our cups and sat down. After a short wait our order was ready. My nephew and myself both enjoyed the burger and fries, I think that you will too!

Came in for a late night bite with a few friends. Hot or Not? Sig OK Burger: 3/5 bites --Thin Wagyu smash patties(2), cheese, rocket sauce, grilled onions, pickle in between the buns. We love a good smashburger, this was salty.($14) Onion Rings: Crispy, but salty. ($8) Oreo Moonshake: oreo shake, whip and cookie crumbs on top, nice and thick. ($8) Preferred the Hot Rocket sauce over the regular. Galactic Ambiance, suits the theme. Outdoor seating, picnic benches. Service was great, order at one window, pick up at the other by the seating. Burger 3000 in Chatsworth is a solid neighborhood burger spot that gets a lot right and just needs a few tweaks to really hit its stride. We ordered the Odyssey Combo -- a double burger, fries, and a drink for $20 -- and the Oreo Moon Shake at $8.99. The burger itself was good, the cheese was delicious and melted perfectly, and the sauce does a solid job of mimicking In-N-Out's spread -- if you're a fan of that sauce you're going to love this one. The patty could stand to be a bit crispier on the outside and both the burger and fries needed a touch more salt to really pop. The fries were crispy and honestly tasted better than most places in the area -- they just need that seasoning bump to take them over the top. The Oreo Moon Shake was delicious -- rich and creamy and tasting like a real milkshake -- though at $8.99 it felt a bit pricey for the setting. The vibe is nice and the service was good. There's a covered patio which is a great setup, but the Valley heat makes it extremely uncomfortable to sit in -- a few fans would go a very long way and make this spot a lot more enjoyable during the warmer months. Parking is easy with 7 or 8 spots right there. We're in a golden age of burger competition right now. Smashburgers are everywhere and the bar has never been higher -- spots are popping up constantly and each one needs a real reason to stand out. Burger 3000 is a good choice if you're already in the area and craving a burger, but in a crowded field it needs to sharpen its edges -- better seasoning, a cooler patio, and a little more wow factor -- to become a destination worth seeking out specifically.

We scheduled our meal for pickup at 5:30. We were told it would be a few more minutes and to have a seat. So 15 min go by and we go to the counter to check for the order. The girl says she gave our order to somebody else. She was like "oh it's been ready, I gave it to that guy". And we were like... um okay, are you going to remake our food then? The manager came over and said "No we can't refund you or remake your food or anything." And we were like what?? Why? We were told to wait and you gave the food to the wrong person. That's our fault? We're supposed to just leave and lose like $40? He accused us of trying to take someone else's order. They ended up finally making it again a half hour later. The guy ended up coming back with our order in that time... It was so ridiculous and was the cherry on top of my already horrible day. First and last time coming here. read more

The burgers here take smash burgers to a whole new level the wagyu smash burger with their take on their loaded fries was amazing. I was not the biggest fan of the burger with Jelly but it was still good, more of an acquired taste. However, even that burger tasted great and was not messy. Burger 3000 has some great smash burgers and fries. The food comes out blazing hot and is packaged in a unique way. I would give the food itself 5 stars, but it is not a typical restaurant. You sit outside in a covered area, and the prices are pretty high considering that. A double Oklahoma burger and fries is around $22 with no drink, which is kind of nuts. Nonetheless, it is really good. The food and customer service are solid--I would just knock it slightly for the price. read more

BEST smashed burger in the area, even better than many places in LA. They're food stall near the shopping plaza so I parked in the plaza. There is a long queue since they opened at 4pm. Without question this has to be one of my favorite - if not my favorite - burger spot in the valley. The portions are just right, I love the patty to bread ration, and that the texture isn't overly crispy either. I like to keep this in mind since it's a smash burger. The fries I think can be slightly over seasoned at times, it has a quick fix with a little bit of ketchup. I love that the bacon used isn't pork, which can go a long way for anyone who has any pork restrictions. The dining space itself is nice, even on a hot day it'll keep you fresh. It's parking is small, but like most places, a simple solution - if there's no slot - is to park somewhere residential and make your way back to Burger 3000. Overall if you're here for a good burger with great service, you're solid coming here. read more

Overall a Great experience. The customer service was amazing the crew interacted with us the entire time giving us recommendations based on our likes/dislikes. The owner was very friendly he was talking to our son making him smile then offered him a free kids meal out of no where. It was a very generous offer, free food in 2024 thats unreal service. The food was delicious the char on the burgers was very good, each bite you can taste the fresh ingredients. Seasoned fries were sauced to perfection. Mmmmm baby!! Soooo good! Run, don't walk to Burger 3000. Got the Oklahoma burger, which is a double smash burger fried with onions, pickles & special sauce. I added bacon too. Side of regular fries, topped with sauce. Super flavorful and well seasoned patties. Nice char. Crispy, thin cut fries. Overall, very yummm. Only downside was it was a bit cold that evening and the food cooked down by the time I received it. (I picked up as soon as buzzed went off.) Since it's an outside food stand, a heat lamp to keep food hot and at grill temp would be nice. Had to pop it in the microwave when I got home. Jasmine, the cashier, is super sweet too... Taste, service, vibe, ambiance, aesthetic, branding, music, ALL top notch. I'm in love with their branding and love how everything is surrounded by space theme. The way they serve their burgers is top tier. Not to mention how delicious everything is. They always update the menu with new items which I love. Wow these burgers are sooo good!!! I've never had kimchi in a burger but now I don't think I could eat one without it!! I'm a sucker for thin patties and these are thin, juicy, crisp, well seasoned and go sooo well with their grilled onion (I wonder if they have raw as well I love that on a hot burger!)!!!! My friend told me about this place, and the food was amazing. He told me this burger joint started off on the streets and eventually made enough to get a store. The service was amazing . I came late at night and the ambiance was awesome, especially at night. There is nice seating outside as well as a hand washing station. The workers are very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a late night burger. read more

Man, y'all really got the best burger in LA. I've been everywhere -- Chris' and Eddie ,Heavy Hands, Marathon, For the Win -- and Burger 3000 takes it. The taste of that wagyu burger is something different. Oh my God. Straight fire. It's a cashless spot (card/digital only), and mind you I only had cash. I had to write down the amount of change, and ironically it felt like destiny. To top it off, I even forgot my middle name at the front, but dude looked out for me and still made sure I got my burger. That's real love right there. And the fries? Delicious. Perfect with the burger. If you want the top burger experience in LA, this is it. No question. read more

Short Review: Friendly team with great enthusiasm. Burger and fries itself are standard. Pretty decent smash burger not the best. Paid for extra toppings of bacon, kimchi and jalepenos on both burgers and didn't receive them. If there is a long line I would skip it. Long review bare with me: Brand new, burger street food stand in Reseda, located on Saticoy. Burger 3000 LA has been getting serious publicity, reviews and love on the social media scene. Since it was so close to my house I had to check it out. I met the owners, the cook, and their whole team. Owner told me to leave an honest review on Yelp and Google, so here it is. Their whole team consists of young gentlemen, working hard to provide a service to the community. They've been in business for almost a month now, and they have been getting a great amount of demand. Their owner said they have a good problem which is filling that demand with more supply. Everybody was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. First off, I heard there was gonna be a long line when ordering, so I made sure to be the first person there. Their hours state that they open at 12. I arrived right before noon and I saw them still setting up. I didn't want to bug them just yet, so I decided to go shopping at Albertsons. By 1215 I went up to them and see if I could order. They obliged and told me to come back in a half an hour as they were getting ready. My order was two Oklahoma (grilled onions with pickles) burgers, both with extra toppings of bacon, kimchi, jalapeños, and one classic fry and one meat beast. The cook told me he would upgrade my classic order of fries to beast fries without the extra charge. That was super nice of him. I waited patiently in the car for a half an hour, and I went back to check to see if my order was ready. Knowing that I was one of the first customers there, I saw that an attractive influencer pulled up after me and they were able to get their order before mine. This was not a problem in my book until I found out when I got home that both my burgers were missing the extra toppings of kimchi, bacon, jalapeños that I paid extra for. I noticed The cook give bacon to the influencer. And wonder if that was supposed to be my bacon. By the time I got home I noticed the missing toppings but of course I was hungry and I still indulged. It is a Solid smash burger with nice seasoning. Is it the best? No It is delicious and worth the try. Is it worth the wait? Depends on your patience. The wagyu factor didn't put it over the top since it's smashed and most of the juices flow out while cooking. The fry toppings are good and I recommend getting the extra meat patty on top of them. But the fries themselves, are pretty basic standard fries. Knowing that many Smashburger places don't serve bacon let alone kimchi or jalapeño. I was excited Burger 3k offered this. But I was seriously disappointed that those toppings were missing from my burger experience. I would go back with my friends and see how they like it. Overall great to support local businesses especially young men striving to be successful. Unfortunate that I missed out on the toppings I paid for. read more

From the minute you walk up, the smell of the grilled onions is amazing. The service is very welcoming and helpful. The smash burgers come a variety of ways to your liking along with French fries or onion rings if you so choose. Because we were out walking with our dog when we stopped because of the smell again, we were able to get him his own pup patty that he loved. Also the patio area is shaded, clean and welcoming. Everything about this place was amazing. From there customer service to their food. Special shout out to Estella she was soo sweet and attentive. The food we got was seasoned fries, mozzarella sticks and Onion rings. two Oklahoma burgers jalapeño one and omg sooo good we wanted to order another one. False, deceptive advertising. Their website clearly says you could get 50% off everything with no limits and no strings if you use a code in their app. Got multiple errors. Called and got their AI bot that couldn't do anything. Went to the restaurant and were told the offer was only valid in the morning leaving the poor worker who clocked in at 6p with no way to fix the issue. read more

Established in 2024.

Four friends with a dream to open the first-ever restaurant on the moon—and with just a few thousand dollars on a PayPal credit card—we started selling burgers on the streets of Reseda. Within 10 days, the waiting time was 1 hour, and after just a month, the line was stretching with a 2-hour wait. We knew we had to expand. On October 1st, we moved into our new brick-and-mortar location in Chatsworth. Every day, we’re getting closer to our goal, and we hope to start planning our first restaurant on the moon soon!

They were chewy, soft, and perfectly baked. Mack Shack operates as a ghost kitchen, with clear signs leading you to their pick-up area. It's only for takeout, but it was very easy to find. Your health department review didn't go so good on inspection. OK, so here's the deal they're trying to reel in more customers. So I get a text saying that you can get 50% off on your order. So I went on the website because it was only way to get it on the app. Sorry, not website. I tried three different ways to order and it declined the introductory offer of 50% off. Look I get it in and out. Burger is the best place to go money wise and burger wise I gave either the owner or somebody that handles this a week to get back to me they never did. A good company would at least say hey look we made a mistake. Verbally never happen. I'm not looking for a free hamburger or free stuff. A Truly Beautiful Surprise I stopped by Burger 3000 in Mason for something as simple as a cup of water after attempting to ride my scooter all the way from Winnetka--and honestly, I wasn't sure I was going to make it. I asked if I could please have some water, and Rudy didn't just give me water...he blessed me with it. And then, completely unexpectedly, he also blessed me with truffle fries. We ordered our food for pickup 45 minutes ahead of time, yet we still had to wait another 20 minutes upon arrival, which was frustrating. As for the food, the Oklahoma smash burger was decent but could've been better. Some parts of the meat were burnt, which took away from the overall experience. The flavors were there, but the balance of ingredients could've been improved to make everything come together more harmoniously. The fries were a letdown. The regular seasoned fries were just okay--they got hard pretty fast, making them unenjoyable after a short while. We also tried "The Beast Fries," and honestly, they weren't worth the price. I went with the Oklahoma-style burger, and it did not disappoint. The edges were perfectly crispy while the burger itself stayed juicy, the bun was soft, and the pickles had just the right amount of bite. I also opted for the chopped cheese fries, and they were loaded! Definitely night-and-day compared to In-N-Out's fries. I wanted this to be amazing soooo bad, but it just wasn't, unfortunately. $22 for a double smash burger and the beast fries (fries, patty, cheese, sauce). The fries were what I expected them to be. Only the top layer is worth eating. The burger was just disappointing. As for the burger, the patties are paper thin. Yes, that's actually a double I posted. I can't imagine what a single is like. The bun was incredible small in comparison to the size of the patties as well. My bun happened to also be very dry and was not soft. It was actually crumbling apart. This is something that happens after u open a bag of buns and leave them out for a long time, even days, without switching to a fresh batch. All that aside, the flavor just wasn't there.
