Short Review: Friendly team with great enthusiasm. Burger and fries itself are standard. Pretty decent smash burger not the best. Paid for extra toppings of bacon, kimchi and jalepenos on both burgers and didn't receive them. If there is a long line I would skip it. Long review bare with me: Brand new, burger street food stand in Reseda, located on Saticoy. Burger 3000 LA has been getting serious publicity, reviews and love on the social media scene. Since it was so close to my house I had to check it out. I met the owners, the cook, and their whole team. Owner told me to leave an honest review on Yelp and Google, so here it is. Their whole team consists of young gentlemen, working hard to provide a service to the community. They've been in business for almost a month now, and they have been getting a great amount of demand. Their owner said they have a good problem which is filling that demand with more supply. Everybody was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. First off, I heard there was gonna be a long line when ordering, so I made sure to be the first person there. Their hours state that they open at 12. I arrived right before noon and I saw them still setting up. I didn't want to bug them just yet, so I decided to go shopping at Albertsons. By 1215 I went up to them and see if I could order. They obliged and told me to come back in a half an hour as they were getting ready. My order was two Oklahoma (grilled onions with pickles) burgers, both with extra toppings of bacon, kimchi, jalapeños, and one classic fry and one meat beast. The cook told me he would upgrade my classic order of fries to beast fries without the extra charge. That was super nice of him. I waited patiently in the car for a half an hour, and I went back to check to see if my order was ready. Knowing that I was one of the first customers there, I saw that an attractive influencer pulled up after me and they were able to get their order before mine. This was not a problem in my book until I found out when I got home that both my burgers were missing the extra toppings of kimchi, bacon, jalapeños that I paid extra for. I noticed The cook give bacon to the influencer. And wonder if that was supposed to be my bacon. By the time I got home I noticed the missing toppings but of course I was hungry and I still indulged. It is a Solid smash burger with nice seasoning. Is it the best? No It is delicious and worth the try. Is it worth the wait? Depends on your patience. The wagyu factor didn't put it over the top since it's smashed and most of the juices flow out while cooking. The fry toppings are good and I recommend getting the extra meat patty on top of them. But the fries themselves, are pretty basic standard fries. Knowing that many Smashburger places don't serve bacon let alone kimchi or jalapeño. I was excited Burger 3k offered this. But I was seriously disappointed that those toppings were missing from my burger experience. I would go back with my friends and see how they like it. Overall great to support local businesses especially young men striving to be successful. Unfortunate that I missed out on the toppings I paid for. read more

This place is legit. I always wanted to check this place out when they had their stand on Saticoy but never got the opportunity. Now that they're got into their brick & mortar in Chatsworth I've been here almost weekly if not 2x a week. My goto is the Oklahoma with Kimchi bacon and jalapeños. The kimchi adds a nice tang to burger. To top it all off it's 100% halal which makes this a spot that I can bring friends and family that only eat halal. Vee and the rest of the staff/owners always give great service as well. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

You have to go and hype this place up, when your friends hype up places and they are just ok..burger 3000 is not just ok it's the burgers that will leave you wanting to be big backs and order two or three burgers each. Do not sleep on the sauce GET IT! the loaded beast fries make in n out taste like stale cheese fries. First time here and definitely will not be the last. Okay, First things first this place has no restroom I waited 45 minutes for my order The Oklahoma burger is mid The season fries are also mid I spent 50 bucks here for two burgers and a regular fry I literally could've went to in-n-out twice for that price. I didn't feel the need to tip at this place. While it may appeal to individuals who are seeking an extreme sodium intake, the excessively seasoned and greasy nature of the food is unappealing and can cause discomfort. Additionally, the presence of smokers outside the establishment poses a significant issue for those who cannot tolerate the odor while dining. Overall, the experience at this establishment is unsatisfactory, with no redeeming qualities I would not recommend this establishment. The service provided was subpar from the moment we entered the establishment. There was no greeting upon arrival. Regrettably, during our visit, we encountered a cashier who appeared disinterested in assisting us with product inquiries. Her slow response time and subsequent annoyed demeanor made it difficult to engage in a productive conversation. One of the best smash burgers I've had in a long time! The meat is thin, crispy, and packed with flavor, the cheese melts perfectly, and their sauce is next-level delicious. If it's your first time, I highly recommend the Double Oklahoma and Beast Fries. The service is outstanding--super friendly and attentive. The only downside is the wait can be a bit long at times, but trust me, it's 100% worth it. And for anyone complaining about the meat being thin or the price--bro, it's a smash burger and it's wagyu. Are the burgers tasty? Yes. Are they overpriced? Yes, and even more so for what you get. The bun is a damn slider. No one tells you that. Was excited to go there but so disappointed. Also the employees where disorganized and confused. They send a text when the food is ready, only to approach the window where they tell you "it will be ready soon". Great service! But not the food.. We were told it would take 25-30 minutes for 1 single & 1 double + kimchi. Didn't actually mind waiting for 40 minutes, I just don't get it why it took soooo long since there were 6 people working and it wasn't too busy. Today was my third time at Burger 3000 and it keeps getting better. The new Larry Wheels Burger with halal wagyu beef is absolutely unreal, and the halal beef bacon is absolutely delicious. The dish consisted mostly of bitter onions , cheese and cardboard tasting fries, with a sprinkling of beef bacon and two pickle slices. Overall the meal was very mid. We were in the area and decided to give this place a try. The good: The packaging looks great, like if you went to Universal studios or a themed park that spared no expense on the immersion factor, even the bag is high quality. The look of the place is unique for sure, outside seating wich I like on a cool day. The not so good: Pricing seems a bit steep for the size of burgers being served with nothing but cheese and pickles, any other topping comes with an extra fee, ok but when you charge over 2 dollars for kimchee and you get a small taco shop style salsa containers worth with maybe two tablespoon's of product is in my opinion out of range, considering for about 70 cents more than that you could get a beef patty. Service: They hand you your food, and say thank you, not much to talk about, good or bad. They are doing their job fine. I really wanted to like this place, but can't say I did.
