That's freaking dope. The chorizo chili cheese fries were perfect and full of flavor. What more could you ask for? Lastly, the s'mores cookies added a perfect sweet touch to the meal. They were chewy, soft, and perfectly baked. Mack Shack operates as a ghost kitchen, with clear signs leading you to their pick-up area. It's only for takeout, but it was very easy to find. I found this street food stand on the sidewalk right in front of Rydell Chevrolet dealership. It's a short menu but we'll worth the stop. I ordered the Lonely Hawk, it's a smash burger with lots of flavor and lots of crust surface after smashing. It comes with pickles and onions and Hawk sauce. Just the burger itself is very tasty. The fries are made here frying in peanut oil. They have a TV screen here showing the basketball game tonight. The girl told me that the guy, owner, he will be showing the Canelo fight on May 4th. So bring your lawn chairs and order a burger or two with ketchup and Hawk sauce. I'll be at a kid's grief camp in Simi Valley, that will be my excuse to stop here again. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, and it truly impressed me both in size and flavor. You can tell it was made with care, everything tasted fresh and cooked to order. The roll was soft and perfectly complemented the filling. I also got a side of fries, which were just as enjoyable. They were crispy, well-seasoned, and had a slight kick that added a nice touch. I'll definitely be coming back here and honestly, I'd choose this place over Jersey Mike's any day.
