I personally witnessed employees touching and handling MY FOOD with their bare hands while not wearing gloves. I saw this with my own eyes. I immediately raised the issue with the manager and clearly explained that I was not comfortable accepting food that I had just watched employees handle with bare hands. I asked the manager to remake my entire order and specifically requested that my food not be touched with bare hands again. Instead of taking my concern seriously and trying to resolve the situation professionally, the manager was dismissive and disrespectful toward my complaint. I felt like they simply did not care about my concern or about finding a reasonable solution. I continued waiting for a very long time, but the staff did not properly help me and did not remake my order in a reasonable amount of time. Eventually, I had to leave WITHOUT taking the order at all because I had already wasted far too much time waiting. This was not simply an issue of slow service. My complaint was specifically about how I personally witnessed my food being handled, and I gave management an opportunity to correct the situation by preparing a new order. Instead, I was met with an unhelpful and disrespectful response and an excessive wait. I paid for food that I ultimately could not even take because my concerns were not properly addressed. Management at this location needs to take customer concerns about food handling seriously and review how both employees and managers respond when a customer raises a hygiene concern. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, and based on what I personally witnessed and experienced, I would not return to this location.
