Basic burger with fries is $11.50 add a beer and lunch is $20 (they also do the akward terminal flip showing you your tip options). So with fifteen percent you looking at just about $24. I have been 3 times over 6 months and the bun and fries are good. The burger is a little small after cooking and is under seasoned. Not many options in the area for a good burger and a beer. We shared the "Take 2" appetizers with onion rings & truffle-Parmesan French fries, wings were (perfect) lightly battered, arugula apple salad (my fav) was delicious! The cheeseburger sliders were cooked perfectly, as was California Turkey, tomato soup & grilled cheese - were hits with both adults & kiddos; beer, cider & soda choices were plentiful & delicious. Burger Bench.. god bless your burger making souls !!! After a long day at the Wild Safari Park, my family & I were starving so of course I yelped something on the way out . Burger Bench popped up and many of my fellow yelpers that I follow have been here. I felt pretty left out and decided to give them a try. We ordered the burger with mushrooms and the one with egg. I wish I remembered the names buuut I totally forgot (bad bad Ariel) . We also ordered their Parmesan Tater Tots and lawd have mercy, they were perfectly crisp and soft inside we ordered one more lol. The burgers were absolutely delicious, delicious enough to make my husband order one more mushroom one (yeah we're fat asses like that). My sons mini cord dogs were good, accord to his 4 year old taste buds. Welp folks, this place is pretty great. They've got plenty of brews to try and a great menu selection. The food is good, but After paying $100, including tip ahead of time, I made the mistake of not tasting my $8 beer before I ordered it. I politely went up and said I didn't like it. First off service was great, outdoor seating. And very accommodating for our group. We went in to order. Cashier guy was very friendly and helpful telling me about the menu. I got Diablo sans chorizo. Delicious. I also got the half half natural fries/Parmesan fries. Nat fries were ok. Standard. But parm fries were really good. Good burgers, but awesome tater tots. I know tater tots seem pretty basic, how can you screw them up? But their truffle tots are amazing, get a side of the garlic aoli sauce to go with them, and wow! (They used In N Out for their model) And my son had the sunrise hamburger. Both burgers, onion rings an coffee- service-no complaint. When I went to transfer into my scooter- just couldn't do it. Came here for lunch with my hubby and teenage son. The food was delicious! I got the 3 sliders which were perfect in every way. I chose the fig jam, the inferno, and 'the smokehouse for my three sliders. The were all very delicious. The food presentation was appealing. The sliders were the perfect size and made with very fresh ingredients. My husband had the Smokehouse Burger and a side of Grand Ave chili and really enjoyed it. It came with a side of bread. Our son ordered the Golden Rooster. We all enjoyed our selections very much. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The location was very clean. The bathroom was super clean. The chorizo & peppers of the burger were particularly flavorlicious. In Esco, I'd say this is the spot for yummy burgers & cold craft brews. This was our first time and here. We ordered the bench burger well done, apple & Brie melt with fig jam & I added a patty, tomato soup. After we sat down we reviewed our receipt and noticed that both burgers had a notation for well-done. I asked cashier to clarify to ensure our order was correct. She stated that all burgers are made medium well, but that she was aware that one would be well-done. I was puzzled because the receipt didn't state that & when the food arrived we received two well done burgers. We presented the issue to our server Allie and she took it back and then because it took some time, once she brought the burger out she let us know she refunded the charge. Food is overpriced and somewhat disappointing. I hate when you pay over 10 dollars for a burger and you pay another 5 bucks for fries.

Burger bench is what the young kids would call DANK! Their brunch is delicious and the vibe is always right. It does get pretty busy on weekends, however, worth the wait. Go Fridays from April-September and you can eat on the patio while enjoying the view of some classic cars during cruising grand. Perfect date night! read more
