This location was a little smaller than I'm used to on Long Island bit that certainly did not slow down the flow of cars through the drive through. They were hopping busy and were actually bringing the food out to the cars and mobile ordering spots. This was no simple feat since it was a grand 18 degrees outside. Burger and fries were fresh and hot. The location, while small is all windows and very bright. The restaurant was very clean. The person behind the counter greeted me with a big hello and was very pleasant and courteous. These reviews don't change much from location to location and I would not expect it to. For dinner, mom ordered a turkey burger, no mayonnaise (this comes topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise), I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with all the toppings (lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise), and we split a basket of fries. It took about 15 minutes before our food was ready, but everything was made-to-order, so it all was incredibly fresh and hot! Even though the food is basic, The Hojack does a great job! I'm not sure where the term "monster" comes from in describing small and undercooked mozzarella sticks but these are not something I would ever want to try eating again. Plus side, they do have ordering screens which gives you the ability to scan the menu and pick and choose what you want. Overall, this is a pretty typical fast food place in a rest area. Expect to pay way more then you should for good and get lackluster service.
