First of all I have to say I love the food at Taco Bell. However, lately the service has been very slow. When asking the cashier about this she told me not enough employees are scheduled to work. I go there for breakfast or lunch at least 3 days a week if not more. All 3 days this past week when I went to Taco Bell I was told only three employees were scheduled to work (for breakfast and lunch shifts). The food is still excellent so no complaints there however the time it takes to get it is very slow. I'm not laying the blame on the employees as I'm sure they're working as hard as they can. It's the lack of employees that's the issue. I still highly recommend Taco Bell if you have the time and patience to wait. read more

Customer service is not great. If you do decide to eat here, make sure you have your order ready or they will treat you pretty poorly.

The place used to get my order right every time, and now it seems to be wrong every time. Not sure what's going on there, but their day crew sucks. I've also had my online order taken by DoorDash so it wasn't there when I arrived in the store. This tacobell has the best customer service. Every time I go through the drive through the cashier is smiling and friendly. Decently quick service considering there is almost always a line, but at least the line consistently moves. I've never had a problem with my order. I was a regular at this location. Food was fine. Service was fine. However, ambiance was spoiled by the manager. I happened to be there when she was interviewing someone. The unprofessional behaviour was upsetting. The poor girl trying to answer the questions was obviously struggling to work around some serious anxiety and the manager had the gall to mock her in the sliest way she could. Pretending to feel moved and teary eyed by some of the answer she gave. I never did see that girl start working at this location either. I stopped for quick Tacos that will keep me going, and that at the same time wont feel too much (Had still a very long day ahead). I took the regular beef, it was good. After all it is TB, so you know what you are getting, For me it is ideal to get the amount of food that wont put you down to sleep, but that will still get you the energy you need. read more

Sat in line behind only 3 cars for almost 20 minutes. Food was ok, but taco shells were stale. Never again at this taco bell!

Let's see. My best friend/daddy and I ordered quesadillas. Uh, they weren't even melted! Like, we had solid pieces of shredded cheese, totally disappointed. And, the packages that the quesadillas came in, weren't labeled, and faced in different directions, so when I picked up my quesadilla, it fell out into the bag, touching the fries and the hot sauce packets. I mean, I don't know who's hands touched those packets. Then, we ordered 2 Baja freezes, only to be quickly told that the machine was down, but then it was still up and she was like "oh! just kidding, it's working." Sure, it was working, but they were half melted [unlike our quesadillas], by the time they got to the car. We asked for no sauces, but they threw a whole bunch on top of our food. Seriously, who would want that much hot hot diablo sauce? So unethical. To conclude this horrid encounter, our nacho fries were just throw at the bottom of the bag, practically all of them littered the bottom of the bag. Oh my! Visiting this Taco Bell was a painful experience!! PAINFUL! On vacation, my vegetarian diet reduces the options for quick, advertised, fast food restaurants for us to go to. My husband and I both can be semi happy with a place like Taco Bell. So, we stopped in Batavia. We had a pretty simple order 4 basic tacos and a Mexican Pizza. Yes, there was two couples in line a head of me. I waited 20 minutes for my order. 20 minutes!!!! They can not handle more than one order in their restaurant. They had no drive they that that time. AND...here was the kicker! Our order was incorrect. I didn't say anything because my husband already thought I had died while going in for our to-go order. I was NOT going to wait any longer. Avoid this Taco Bell unless you have an hour to wait for anything other then a few tacos! read more

I frequent this location often... i routinely order either the taco 12 pack or in today's case 10 of the new nacho crunch tacos... often the man called nick will whinge on about how I should have called ahead and complain upon my entrance in the store. Tonight I ordered 10 nacho crunch tacos. He looked visibly angered by this and handed off half the order ot celeste "the manager".. I came home with my found to find that each of the 5 tacos nick made had half the amount of meat... I called and celeste got an attitude with me, complaining that she'd been there 12 hours already... your shift is not my problem. 1 star because they get my order correctly sometimes. However, I can't even count how many times my order has been wrong. Fresco means no dairy and so many times I get home and it has cheese or avocado ranch sauce on it. Employees need to learn the ingredients because when they admit that they had no idea if avocado ranch should be included for "fresco" orders then that is a big problem. They are friendly to take down your name for he next time but that doesn't help when you're home with no food you can eat. read more

Waited 30 minutes for my order (there was only 2 people in line ahead of me). When I asked for a refund the manager not only yelled at me but refused the refund. Manager and employees need training to make this Taco Bell up to par with other franchises. read more
