Went to this Burger King after having an awful experience at another one. We were promptly served, the young lady greeted us upon entering. We ordered two custom whopper meals. Everything was fresh. Cries were hot. It was a little warm in there but today was a hot day. The other two employees were talking to the customers. They handled the brief rush well. We ordered to go but sat in truck and ate. It was delicious! Thanks for the experience. PS: Nice polo shirts but they are too thick. Get them some drifit polos to keep them cool in the heat. read more

Stopped by this BK location today. (Needed a quick lunch) The young man who was working the drive thru was so kind and patient. It was a breath of fresh air. I was being complicated & we laughed together & it was great. 10/10 experience. read more

Order was hot and ready when I picked it up. Everything was exactly as I ordered it. Didn't go inside to comment on the ambiance.

Not always up to par but sometimes hunger takes over especially late night, so not always bad either... you win some and you lose some

Came to yelp to see if anybody has actually received food from here, because so far, I'm 0-for-2. Last week during a late night stop, I was told at the drive-thru that the "computers are down"'and they couldn't take my order. Okay, no problem, shit happens sometimes and I can't hold it against them, but upon reading some of these other reviews, it seems they've been having "computer problems" for 5 years or so. Hmm.... And then mid-afternoon yesterday, after waiting a solid 5 minutes at the drive-thru, a voice announced to me that they "are not taking orders at this time" with no explanation. Listen, I don't think I've ever left any burger king in my entire life thinking, "wow, what a great experience," but these BR-area Burger King locations operate on a completely different level. read more

I pulled into this BK where I was greeted with a level of service I've never experienced. I pulled up to the window and the lady came over the speaker and said "you can't order right now, we in shift change" I said "what does that mean" she said "it means you can't order" I said "do I wait here" she said "no you need to wait somewhere else in the parking lot" I was floored and just left. The next day I tried again because I'm craving a chicken sandwich. I tried ordering a combo and was interrupted mid sentence with "that's it?" I said "no I'd also like some Jalap..." then was interrupted with "we don't got no poppers or mozzarella sticks drive around" I couldn't believe these employees feel it's acceptable to interact with customers this way. read more

Horrible experience this morning 9/5/19. Cashier had dirty shirt on, did not respond when I said good morning. Ordered a #1 with an orange juice, with some jamb. Gave me the croissant and left. Could not print a receipt. Came back to ask for the orange juice and jamb but cashier was gone, chef came out. Everything was cold. No one else was in the restaurant at 830am read more

I paid for an order with my card, went next door to get gas, and realized they hadn't given me my card back. When I went back, they claimed they didn't have it. Several hundred dollars worth of online purchases were made with my card later that night. I checked my dash cam and it's apparent that I gave them my card and it was not returned to me. read more

We love the whoppers but that's all we ever order. We aren't McDonald's fans, or any other burger joint for that matter but every once in a while a flame-broiled burger hits the spot. Horrible experience. I was craving a whopper jr and nugget and I regret it. Was told by the drive thru attendent that the "computers were down" so I waited. Once she realized (after 10 mins) I was going to actually wait she took my order. Two of the employees were outside (right in front of the drive thru) discussing another employee with someone in a car! I dunno my food was cold I had to ask for my receipt AND no one was friendly! I have to admit, this is the most sloppy run Burger King I've ever been to . Was there today at 1pm. Seven employees behind the counter, talking incessantly. Super loud, hard to hear the cashier. It took OVER 20 min., to get 3 whopper jr's. Kitchen looked a little understaffed, but no such thing as "team work", helping each other out. There were only 2 other customers in the store, and other customers were complaining how their orders got screwed up! I was just happy to get 3 warm, whopper jr's. I was late for my appointment, cause of all the diddling around. WHERE is management????? Dirty tables, isn't this the Burger King that was shut down by the State Health Dept a year ago.?????? Went through drive through. Ordered a burger and onion rings. Raven told us to pull to a parking spot. It was 9:00 at night. Sat in the spot for 15 minutes. No food. My husband went in and asked them if his food was ready. Apparently, Raven left and never brought his food out and it was never made. Horrible horrible customer service. read more

I have been living in Baton Rouge for 20 years... And I cannot think of a restaurant fast food or regular that consistently under performs like this Burger King location. Often ponder if there are any owners or managers at this location. The service is inconsistently poor meaning there are days where it's average poor and some days where the service is extraordinarily poor. what a good waste of a great location and potential to make a lot of money. read more

I'm glutton for punishment, BK was my first job ever and I seem to be driven to try every BK I see. Went here tonight on my way home from work, I pass by this location 2x a day. The drive thru was soooooo sloooowwww, they told me that they'd be with me in a minute, 5 min later they finally came back and took my order. Food was fresh (for fast food). At least at this location their ice cream machine works, the Hershey's Ice Cream Sundae with M&M's was really good. read more

I respect a place that stays open 24/7. This place has free WiFi. They sell 10lb bags of ice for $1.59 (random but cool and cheap). They have never gotten my order wrong. The satisfries are great and it should be the only choice for fries on the menu. read more

There was a smell inside reminiscent of a dumpster. The floor was sticky from not being mopped in who knows how long. An employee made a threat to a customer who was asking for a refund because their order was not correct and they observed a fly landing on the the newest batch of fries. Just the worst. I have been here multiple times and finally have to review it for being so poor quality. Everytime I go here they are "out" of something, or an item is just gross. 0630 am and they are already sold out of Cinnabon? 0855 and they are sold out of coffee? It was eight in the morning, and they would not make more. Let's not forget that the coffee I got today was burnt. And, the hash browns were hard and smelled like old spoiled frying oil. Went here at night and the drive thru sign light was out, but the cashier wanted me to order there and not at window. How am I supposed to know what to get when I can't see the menu. They don't have more bulbs? So, this morning is the last time I will be going here. Would love to see video of a kitchen inspector going here, or maybe not. Bleah!!! read more

I originally tried to get breakfast at a Wendy's, but I left without ordering because the service was horrendous. Anjomica and Linda were both wonderfully polite, helpful, and kind. This is the worst fast food place on the planet. The girl working the register stood there and stared at me for about 5minutes before I told her she had to take my order. The filthiest restrooms we've ever seen -- stinking due to clogged toilet, no paper, flooded floors, loose tiles. I don't even want to think what the kitchen looks like. Out of ice.
