went to get the mandalorian meal and Leo the GM was very friendly and helpful but with only 3 workers that I saw, I did not receive the collector cup and I had to wait just about 30 minutes for my food and I ended up parking and going inside to get my food. Leo the GM handed it to me with no collector cup, and no straw for the shake that comes with the meal. I was on my lunch break from work and only had 5-10 mins to eat my meal. I'm very disappointed this happened, and since I wasn't handed a receipt I can't go back and get the collector cup I paid for and their phone doesn't work so you have no way of letting them know they messed up. granted I should have checked before I left but I was irritated and hangry. read more

It's fast but not fresh. Fast service is nothing if the food you expect your customers to eat is trash! I simply asked for a fresh fish sandwich and the manager clearly recooked the one I returned. It was hot so I guess he thought he got over on me. The fish was inedible, hard and unfit to serve. My family will not return to this Burger King. To improve this establishment, hire a manager that actually cares about what he is serving to his customers. I hope this review helps someone not waste their time and money. read more

The Good: Restaurant was open including both the lobby and the drive-thru. Ample parking area, very convenient location off I-35. Ample dining area. 7 employees working the restaurant. It appeared that 2 employees were in training Food was fresh. Lobby was quiet with good music. If you are a US Veteran or a First Responder you MAY ask for discount by presenting PROPER ID. Properly trained service dogs are welcome. The Bad: Even that there were 7 employees and we were next. No one took our order until about 9 minutes from the time we entered. The order was not dispatched until 8 minutes after order was place The bad: Lobby was filthy and for at least the duration of our stay (About 25 minutes) no one came over to clean it. read more

Picked up breakfast for family. The quality at this place is horrible!! Hashbrown rounds were thrown straight into a container without being drained. Whole bag was soaked through with a pool of grease. I've ordered whoppers before where they've forgotten cheese and the condiments are way too much and messy. If I could give it zero stars I would. This awful smell hits you when you walk through the door. It smelled like they have been mopping the floors with old mops and dirty mopping water for the past year. I got past because I was hungry. I made my way to the counter and the girl at the register has a funky attitude..... didn't greet me and acted as though I was bothering her. The entire morning crew needs training on customer service.... preferably where Chick-fil-A workers are trained. Needless to say I walked out without ordering anything and I will NEVER go back. My family has been going to BK since it has been in the Temple and Belton locations, however the last few times that we have gotten food for them either some of the order has been missing or the burgers weren't the way we ordered and paid extra for. I got a family bundle from the Temple location because the drive through at the Belton location was closed. I am disabled and cannot walk or stand long enough to go inside to order. I paid extra for cheese to be added to the sandwiches, got home and NO CHEESE ON THE SANDWICHES. The time before I had gone to the Belton location and ordered two Bacon Cheeseburgers and fries. I got home and only one burger was in the bag. I don't know what is going on with these locations, but this is getting old. I didn't even get an apology. Just an eye roll from the cashier. read more

Horrible service! I was there at 10:30 in the morning. They were not busy. There was one family sitting at a table and other that had already ordered and waiting on their food. We stood at the register for about 10 minutes BEFORE we were even acknowledged. I asked if they were still serving breakfast and I was told no and the lady walked away. We stood there for ANOTHER 10 minutes while watching 4-5 employees walk around and not even take our order. Finally, I asked an employee who is the manager? Much to my surprise, she points to the person that walked away from us earlier and left us standing there. The manager named Santa, said one of their machines was broken and they can't make some of the food. Funny though because I see the girl working the drive through putting together orders with no problem. Terrible, even for fast food standards. The food is precooked. Nothing is cooked to order. They use warmer drawers to hold burgers, chicken, etc. Their food is merely assembled and put in a wrapper or box. Cold burgers and overdone (and yet still cold) chicken fries. My husband and I spent $18.90 on two combo meals! Mine was small, his was medium. Way overpriced for precooked food imho. People complain about how long it takes to get your food here; honestly I'd rather wait to get fresh food and what I pay for. The only nice thing about our visit was the cashier. What happened to BK? Slow, rude service, sloppy made nasty burgers, cold janky onion rings and fries. Same thing at the new BK in Temple and Belton. How can a simple burger be screwed up so bad? My burger looked like Freddy Kreuger sliced the top of my Whopper or Shanaynay wasn't in the mood for burger assembly and demolished it with her nails. Also Slingblade and Forest Gump looking employees next to the fryer didn't know how to prepare onion rings. Fries were so ice cold I could have put them in my drink and it would have kept it cold. Also the drinks were watered down as if the owner was trying to pinch pennies. There was a simpler time when Burger King was the king but now they have lost their throne. Now they are just as nasty as Whataburger. The sad part is at the Temple location just opened and Belton was recently remodeled and they both suck so bad. We gave them a second chance but unfortunately for both recent visits the food went straight to the trash after only one bite. My family won't be back. read more

Watched a disgruntled employee leave cussing at some one in the back to do it them self. Then from there watched multiple things fall apart. One being what I can only assume is maybe a manager call some one and her fall apart and leave people standing at the front and leave the register while two customers stood there trying to order. Only two have another employee check one person out and leave the other stand there. Then this ladies excuse when told it's poor customer service to leave some one standing there, makes the excuse that there isn't any one to run the register or knows how. But yet you have employees running the drive through. That makes no sense. Okay well that's your job then. you can call whom ever once you have established that no one is waiting to order. Or you get another employee in that can run a register. If your going to hire management at least train them properly or train your employees probably before setting them out on their own. Yet another Burger King run into the ground by untrained employees. To further clarify no one yelled at you, your were just told you can't leave customers standing at the front wanting to order for as long as you did, yes the employee cussed at you but the customer didnt. Yes it's stressful I get it, but you work in fast food. You have to keep up or you should have shut the lobby down to fix the none person for the register and left the drive through open, and again you can't leave customers standing as long as they had. read more

First off the drive thru signs are incorrect i ordered a bacon cheese sandwich and end up getting an A1 burger instead....then when I got to the windows i asked what a drink was and the girl in the window looked at me and shrugged and looked at me like i was supposed to tell her. Ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich combo and the grilled chicken combo for our dinner just the other night, worst two sandwiches we EVER!!! ate, the grilled chicken was burnt so bad around the edges and the center of it was so dry, there was a huge chunk of lettuce in it so it was really difficult to bite the sandwich had to remove the lettuce, as for the crispy chicken sandwich, well the name speaks for it's self ( CRISPY)!!!! that was a $16.00 meal, Never again.
