Went to this store a lot until the nu-metal manager Brandon Holly told me if I didn't like their policy to not come back. I questioned about the free whopper if they messed up and apparently, I saw the commercial wrong. I thought it was immediate, but you have to do it the next day, which he should have known and could have told me instead of never hearing about the free whooper deal even though he read the policy. I can't blame DoorDash for anything because it's not DoorDash's fault for this. I don't know how you guys can put the receipt on my bag showing what I didn't want on my burger well, still putting everything I asked to take off on my burger. I called twice nobody picked up. Let me start by saying that making the choice to eat somewhere nowadays is such a gamble. One the food is OK, the next day it's not but you take your chances when you are hungry. Hubby drove to Burger King in belton, ordered and came back to peculiar. He didn't get what he ordered and I bit into what looks like a black, plastic trash bag. Now read this and pay attention to what I'm saying. When I called the store and told her, she said, "we don't use black trash bags. It's probably lettuce". Did you get that part? It was so matter of fact. No big deal. Gross!!!! We got a refund and there was attitude from the male manager. Don't eat there. Worst place ever!!!! I've come here several times through the years because my kids love Burger King so we occasionally come with hopes it's better the next time. However, every single time we come here (especially the drive thru) the order isn't right. Sandwiches have stuff on it that it's not suppose to, they give us half our order, or they give us the wrong items. Once I got a kids meal and they gave jalapeño poppers and an applesauce when I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. The kids burger is suppose to only have ketchup and cheese and yet they decided to put pickles and mustard on it which to my son makes it not edible. If you can convince your family to go elsewhere I highly suggest avoiding this place. It's always wrong, dine in or drive thru. read more

Incredibly friendly staff, efficient service, and good food. We did not go into the restaurant, but everything appeared clean and well run. The order was fulfilled exactly as ordered. How nice to find out after waiting in the drive through line, then driving back home -- only to find out they only gave me half my order. I sure paid for two sandwiches, but they only gave me one. I stop in to get breakfast about twice a week and am always greeted by a friendly person. The service and food is always good/ FINALLY, the filled the potholes in drive thru. You would have to creep through in order to get to the window. Yay! Great job! read more

The food is pretty good. No complaints here. Service is quick and professional. Inside is clean and freshing.

It's what you would expect from a good Burger King. Service is fast, mostly accurate and I've never had an issue with the quality of food.

This Burger King sucks with their drive thru! Whoever handles taking orders at the drive-thru is not that bright apparently. Sat in line, I was supposed to be next, they then tell me to wait while they proceed to take 2 other customers orders that were in the other lane before mine! I draw the line there, I will never go back to this Burger King! It's ridiculous that their lobby is still closed as well. read more

Burger King has great service and friendly employees. The drive-through experience is easy. When I am paying for my food, I am able to see the cashier put my card in the system and then give it back to me- no chance for my card number to be stolen by the employee unless he or she has a really good memory and was able to look at my card for that long of a time. I can sometimes even see the food being made in front of me- my fresh fries being put in a bag and then on it's way out to me. As a college student, I appreciate the value meals. My regular is a cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger comes with a warm fluffy bun, a full hamburger patty perfectly cooked and juicy, four pickles placed with care, just enough ketchup and mustard to stay under the bun buy still enough to add to the flavor, and melty American cheese right on top of the patty. You can request to have some of these removed or added, but I like it just the way it is made. Keep up the great work, Burger King! read more

Like many others have noted. This is by far the best drive thru experience, my wife and I have had in the KC metro and we agree with this. We've lived area for 3 years and although we are not big fans of fast food, even less so of Burger King, the way the staff treats you and puts your items together (very presentable, near perfect execution every time). I've never had a sauce or topping "accidentally slipped through" if I ask for none of this or that. They're not stingy with condiments and paper towels. There's really not much I can say about this fast food experience aside from the fact it is fast food ‍! read more

The dining room is FULL of flies and is DIRTY. All we did was wave flies away during our whole meal. Disgusting. The dining room also needs to be renovated to this era. It is still the old school 1980's decor and torn and worn. If the dining room is this dirty and gross how is the kitchen? Yuk! The food and service was fine. Nice burger king! I tell you what, they have a lady who takes your order and she's the epitome of professionalism and cheerfulness. I have a video recording which I'll post but this lady is great...but you'll never see her. She's tucked away in the back. Welcome to the Burger King that employs the famous grandma with pink hair and skin tight chic jeans! Don't come here if you aren't a morning person. The morning employees are overly nice, and seem to shout at you whenever you are talking. Drink some coffee first before you come here too early. Food is great, prices are typical, and they keep the inside pretty clean. Drive through has two convenient ordering stations to keep the flow moving. Sometimes can be pretty busy from highway traffic. read more

Terrible service. They had people waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes before their order was taken. On top of that they only took orders on one side of the drive thru. Go eat at Freddy's or Taco Bell next door. Or better yet drive over to McDonald's where the service is better. read more
