They're the type of burgers that are simple, but that's a good thing. I'm a bit picky about my burgers and am sensitive to fries cooked in old oil. I'm happy to say these meals don't leave my gut regretting my life choices. Each burger comes with lettuce, pickle, red onion and tomato. They don't slather condiments on; you'll have to ask for those you like specifically. They also come with a side of thick-cut fries with light seasoning and fry sauce. I mean, this is Idaho. Gotta have the fry sauce. All of this clocks in at between 8-12 buckos. Their hours are a little wonky, so check before heading out. It's a food truck and they have limited outside table space. From what I gather this is primarily a dinner joint with most hours of operation between 3-10 pm. Pity, because having this as a lunch option would be dandy.
