Alright so I live near here and I swear to god it is a requirement to work there that you must have atleast partial hearing loss because this is the only place I know where you could have a simple order, must tell it to them 25 times before they understand, and they still get you order wrong, and the food is crappy and on par with burger kings standard of are whoppers are good but everything else is dog crap. So in conclusion takes to long to order, then gets order wrong, and the food tastes bad. Not to mention per usual as any Burger King inside it's sticky has homeless people pass by. Anyways that's it if you're visiting the area I highly recommend the McDonald's across the street because they are easily 10x better then Burger King. read more

The service in this BK was super slow. I waited 25 minutes for a very uncomplicated order. McDonald's system was down so they couldn't take any orders, so there were probably more customers than they are accustomed to. But.... I have been to this BK before on a regular day, with fewer customers and they were still slow. The sole cashier seemed new or she simply had no listening skills and had to redo my order three times. I felt bad for the guy making the sandwiches because he was backed up and had no help. Sandwiches were being made to order, which isn't a bad thing, but there was only one person doing it. I went to the Bryan's Road Burger King recently for the 1st time in a long time. I went on Saturday morning (7/9/22) & used a coupon for one of their new cheesy breakfast melt sandwiches. I had a great experience! First, the young man (Julius I think) was professional, fast and extremely friendly. (By the way, I had never met him before, so this is not a friend writing a review for a friend or anything). Also, perhaps since it was so early in the morning, not only did he take my order and payment, he also packaged up all of the food. He got my order 100% correct, and the food was hot and delicious! It's sad that someone being friendly and professional and doing their job is such an extraordinary event these days, but it is what it is. I tried to fill out the BK survey from the receipt but the store # was smeared off so it wouldn't let me. Hopefully this BK will see this review here. Waited over 20 min to even get a "hi" behind the glass counter. Didn't happen, nor did they ask if I was ready or anything after they looked at me twice and even made eye contact. They were busy helping the 4 cars at the drive through with over 6+ employees present. Very unacceptable to at least acknowledge a customer. Today I tried the Italian Crispy Royal Chicken sandwich, thinking it would taste like the chicken parm on a sesame bun they used to have. It was nasty, I couldn't finish it. The Sauce didn't taste like Marinara, chicken too thick and cheese was hard. Very disappointed. This place is lousy! The mayonnaise is always left out, to the pinpoint that it's transparent by the time you get your burger. The windows are grimy. It takes 15-30 minutes to get your order. Do not go to this place, even as a last resort. I have no idea how they stay in business. read more

The quality is always hit or miss unlike my nearby BK. However, the manager I encountered after a screw up ON THEIR PART was quite rude. She treated me like I was trying to come in & steal free food after my order was made incorrectly the day prior. She also expected me to bring the wrapped food in a whole 24 hours later, after carrying it to work with me, so I could return the screwed order. Are you kidding me? I placed my order and then when I got to the window to pay I was told they couldn't make the shake I ordered because someone forgot to turn on the machine! I thankfully checked the bags for the food before leaving the window because they forgot my whole meal of chicken fries with French fries. I very deeply disappointed in this establishment. The drive through is worst then slow, I sat in line for over thirty minutes. I had a very simple order which was a whopper with cheese meal and a fish sandwich with cheese made fresh. As long as I waited in line everything should have came out nice an fresh. I received my fish not freshly made so I told the window person. They really wanted me to pull around and wait longer for food I had already spoken on how I wanted it. When I finally received my sandwich their was no cheese. Got it back and no pickles. The manager basically made me feel like I was asking for something ridiculous. I wasn't rude and I felt like my money being spent here was not worth the quality and time to make my food correctly. What is BK's slogan? HAVE IT YOUR WAY, Definitely not at the Bryans rd location they must go by you gone like whatever we give you. Revisit this location I think not.
