I normally make my own Mexican food. But, my son treated the family so of course I ordered something . I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito and it was Huge! Took me three days to eat it. My son devoured his Green Chili Burrito. My husband ordered three soft tacos and they were huge as well. I was surprised how tasty everything was. $6.24 for a beans burrito, which is already overpriced for Mexican food, and all that's in it... are beans? Cheese is *extra*...? Their price range is for most items about $10-$20... if you value quality and your money you can get a decent meal at an actual Mexican restaurant for about the same or less. read more

Patiently waited in the drive-through even turned my truck off so they could hear me. carne fries that are absolutely raw literally looks like the fries were in oil for like one minute those alone were over $17 not to mention the Arizona burrito that is considerably smaller than any other Berto's restaurant for like $15 will never be going back to this specific Filiberto's again.. these restaurants are getting cocky with their prices and the quality of the food just keeps getting worse. $34 for two items that taste like crap one of which I can't even eat read more

Food is great and large portions. Highly recommend. Been to one in Buckeye AZ and one in Parker AZ and both were great.

The customer service is terrible. When I went today Oct 26 around 4:40 you can hear the employees in the back talking about the customers through the drive thru and when I brought it to their attention they were very disrespectful. Went through the drive through, asked for 5 rolled tacos with light cheese and guacamole, when I got to the window the guy said 3 rolled tacos with guacamole so I corrected that it should be 5 instead of 3. When I get home and open the box it's 5 rolled tacos covered in a heap of cheese with no guacamole, only to find out it gets worse.. 3 of them taste really old, as in take 1 small bite and have to spit it out kind of old. Safe to say I will not be going back ANYTIME soon! read more

When it comes to fast food Mexican restaurants filibertos is one of the most reliable. They have all of the standard Mexican food fair from carne asada fries to street tacos to tamales and even a burrito called"El Gordo". Which I would suggest only the very hungry attempt to eat. The only negative thing I have to say about the restaurant is sometimes the eating area within the store is not as clean as as I would like it to be but the food makes up for that small gripe. read more

After living in Buckeye for over 9 years, I've stopped by this location several times. About 3 years ago a similar type fast food place opened up closer to my house and I ended up going there mostly. Today I happened to be on this side of the highway running errands and ordered the usual, carne asada fries. Yumm. With horchata. He ordered the green chile plate. It was a pretty good portion. When I order to go is usually a lot less. So I was glad to see the good portion as well as the good flavor. I can see why the low score and reviews. The lady taking the orders had no personality. As usual, I'm always the first to say hello, how are you? She barely made a noise to reply fine. I placed my order and sat down. I do remember previous times orders being wrong or looking like they were so rushed or thrown together. But today it all looked great and tasted ok. Other than the oh so friendly staff, ( insert sarcastic laugh here), I might try it again if I'm on this side and needing the crazy mix of fries with asada! read more

My new favorite location. Made me exactly what I wanted. I always ask for very light beans in my burrito and this place finally gave me that. Not only that, but everything was perfectly seasoned and they charred the tortilla a little bit, which was the icing on the cake. read more

Husband visited from San Diego and I was a boasting how Buckeye has a lot of these legit Mexican restaurants. We came here for the first time and the fish tacos was just fresh off the deep frying and exploding in flavor. The next time we came, it was underwhelming in flavor. I didn't like the inconsistency. What a difference! Used to be our late night pick-up place. Will not be going there anymore. Pricing has skyrocketed. Cost $40 for 2 combination plates and one drink. Food was all mashed up in container, like it was just thrown in. Crispy taco was half soggy where it was mashed into the food below so it could not be picked up. I did not see or taste any enchilada sauce on my enchilada. The price for this drive-thru food is absurd and the quality has certainly declined. read more

Really good Mexican food . The servings are big. I got the beef taco and cheese enchiladas combo plate. Prices are pretty reasonable considering the amount of food you get. When we pulled up thought it was going to be packed. Then realized there is a bar literally next door. Everyone was nice, place was clean. Bathroom was super clean. I go to this filiberto's in Buckeye all the time and I know my dad does also very disappointed though I had to pay a $1.19 to get shredded cheese in my refried beans and as you can see there's barely any cheese :( for that amount of money I should have got more then that!! Also there's another time I paid for pico DE gallo and never got it so I told the girl the next time and she was gonna add it on I get home and it still wasn't added on to my food :(. There's a Filiberto's with a bar I repeat, there is a Filiberto's with a bar. This is not a drill. Half of this building is the everyday fast food place. The other half is a bar with a decent beer selection, and some mixes like margaritas. The two SHARE A KITCHEN, so you can enjoy favorites like quesadillas and carne asada fries with your booze. And like the standalone Mexican food operations, whatever you order will come flying out in like 5 minutes, which is amazing. All this while you watch one of the dozen or so adequately large TVs in clean, comfy seating. But more about the food. These cooks are trying out an American menu with burgers, BBQ, and more. I tried a burger with bacon, onion rings, and sharp cheddar. And while it didn't look like the greatest, it tasted like it came fresh from someone's grill. For about 10 bucks, this is better than what you'll find at your average sports bar. Watching games here is also nice. The sound is legit, and some of the screens are huge! Pints are very affordable. You won't hear me rave about Filiberto's, but this location does everything right. For that, I'm definitely a fan. read more

We tried this place again, because it was close to our house. The service was awful! The girl that waited on us appeared disengaged and bothered no customer service felt here! She was more preoccupied with the folks in the back table that she seemed acquainted with and was more attentive toward them then providing us with her full blahh attention. We have no plans to go back here again! This place seems like they only cater to the locals. Did I mention we are in walking distance to this joint! The construction changes your making need to match the customer service you provide or your wasting your money! The food is blah.. the green salsa is watery as hell. I was a regular .. not anymore. I've never had a problem with not receiving my full order, until recently I was missing 5 rolled taquitos & 1 bean and cheese. Didn't even get a receipt, I called and talked to fonnie or fanny, not sure if spelled right .. she said when I went back they would replace it, but she didn't mention they will only replace it if you go within 10 days. I went after the 10 days because I was unaware you only had 10 days, which was today ... I went through the drive thru and a girl with glasses and a big mole on the top of her lip refused to replace order, nor give my money back .. won't be ever going back here again they take your money and don't even give you all your food you pay for. Will be contacting corporate as well. Also she didn't want to disclose her name. She had a nasty attitude, then said I had a nasty attitude because I mentioned I would be contacting corporate & the BBB (Better Business Bureau) because they're are pocketing customers money by not giving them their food that they pay for nor giving receipts? Not to mention they have a " C " Rating on the Better Business Bureau website. I bet you guessed the reason why it's low... Failure to respond to customer complaints(s) filed against business. Owner doesn't seem to acknowledge/asist customers complaints on here like other businesses do , so if you're trying to get some sort of feedback, I'd suggest filing a complaint on the BBB website, or Filiberto's website.
