I have been at this one a few times and in the past it was horrible. I went today and ordered a double whopper with cheese and a medium onion ring. It was just like I remembered years ago. First off the presentation of the burger was perfect. Was all lined up like you see on tv. Burger was wrapped perfectly and it was delicious. Onion rings were all in the container and not all over the bag. Person working the drive through was very personable and professional. Did not take long to get my food. We've intentionally driven out of our way to visit this location because our closer Burger King consistently has long wait times and order issues. When we first started coming here, this store was excellent -- accurate orders, fast service, and fresh food. That consistency unfortunately did not last. Most recently, we placed a mobile app order for two Maple Bourbon BBQ Whoppers (one Jr., one large with an added patty), fries, drinks, and chicken fries -- a $33 total. We received two regular Whoppers instead. This is not the first time we've received incorrect items from this location. We contacted customer support and were offered a $10 coupon rather than a refund for the products we did not receive. After further review, we were informed that no alternative resolution would be provided and were directed to review the mobile ordering terms. Being charged for specific items and repeatedly receiving something else -- without a refund option -- is frustrating. Accuracy should not be optional, especially at current price points. We genuinely wanted this to be our go-to location. Unfortunately, repeated order errors combined with a policy-based refusal to correct them have made that difficult. read more

Purchased a whopper but when I got home I realized this is a whopper size patty on a whopper Jr, bun with no tomato. I called the store and staff advised that they are out of buns and tomatoes but failed to advise me. They provided the general managers phone number. I called and she relayed they are out of buns and tomato till tomorrow. I told her that perhaps 1) they should have advised me or 2) should have charged me for a whopper Jr, or 3) Advise customers that they are out of whoppers because they can't actually prepare an actual full size whopper. She offered for me to drive back to the store tomorrow to resolve it with a refund. I advised that I won't be doing that because it is not convenient nor nearby. Overcharged given what was provided. Stopped by for breakfast at 730 am and apparently they dont open till 11 am at this location. However the bread delivery carts with all the rolls were dropped off and left outside. My daughter worked a super long day so I picked her up around 10:50 pm & asked her if she was hungry. She was. We have a ton of fast food places w drive thru near our home (BK, McD's, Taco Bell, KFC, Arbys & a 24 hr Wawa). She wanted BK. We checked the hours & they're open till 12am. We pulled into the drive thru around 11 & waited about 3 mins before someone came on the speaker & rudely said they were closed. No sorry, no explanation why they were closed an hour early. The sign was still lit & lights were on inside. This used to be a decent BK but the food quality has gotten bad but most of all, the attitude of the employees is terrible. Couldn't give it zero stars or I would've! Worst location ever! Had breakfast there before and was a total disaster and everything was cold and disgusting. Went today and placed my order. They gave me someone else's cheaper order, asked what I ordered and then said to keep the wrong order. Then the manager asked for the wrong order back, told us to wait and then 20 minutes later came out with our correct order and didn't even compensate us for waiting for over 40 minutes or apologize! I went through the drive thru with a sleeping toddler in the car, my thought quick get some food for myself during nap time... after paying (I was no given a receipt) I was told to Park to the side. After sitting there for 15 minutes someone finally came Out but not with my food, another person came out 5 minutes later again not for me. Now my toddler is awake and screaming because he has been sitting in the car for 45 minutes now and no one coming out with food. Finally I take myself and my son into the store I am given food that once I got home I notice is not my order and is cold.... no one apologized for the wait instead they talked to each other about going on their breaks. Went there this past Saturday morning for a drive-thru breakfast with my family while we waited for the car to be inspected up the road, with all the new things that are going on with our epidemic in society we figured we would adapt and do our part by driving through and having breakfast in the car. This is by far the worst Burger King ever. We ordered through the drive through and of course they messed up our order. We asked for no onions so we go back to get our order corrected. The guy preparing the burgers apologized and made them again. I'm thinking everything is okay. They still put onions on my burger once again.. then didn't give us our fries. Hello to My Yelp Family!!! The family selected this location to eat today, after running around all day, doing errands. I enjoy the Big Fish, thats why we opted to come here today, on Friday, November 1st, 2019. They have a parking lot. Its not big, but enough space if there is not a crowd of folks coming in and going out. We ordered after waiting in line. But wait, stop, we didn't wait at all today. There was no one in line today. But there were customers dining in the dining room. My mom ordered the Big Fish medium meal with fries with a Coke and I decided on the chicken fries, 9 pc medium and a drink. The associate who rang up our order didn't smile, but she was efficient. When our order was ready and I asked for ketchup, another employee obliged and gave us extra ketchup as there was none available on the serving table. They proceeded to fill up the ketchup bin. We picked up our cups and filled up our cups with Coke and Fruit Punch. There was a problem with the overhead TV and there was someone there to repair it. We ate our food, which was good, however I do not anticipate visiting this location again, anytime soon. We like Burger King, just not this location. Decided to try the new Steakhouse King burger they have been promoting recently. 90% of the time I order the original chicken sandwich, but the burger looked delicious. It's a BBQ burger topped with onion straws which was why I wanted to give it a shot. I love onion straws! Which is why I was even more disappointed once I opened my sandwich. Just a few crumbed onion straws that were obviously at the bottom of their frozen onion straw bag. I could barely taste them in there. Not only that, the medium combo was at least $8.49. It was an expensive burger that crapped out on one of the 4 major ingredients of the sandwich. What a bummer. read more
