Yo screw this place and the employees called Omero and Gerardo. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee Gerardo really tried to act like there was no merit my complaint about how he talked aggressively at me. Then the PIC Omero really came up and refused to give me his manager and district managers number saying that he wouldn't give it and that I'd have to find it online. read more

I went in the drive thru on Sunday Jan 28, 2018 around 830am and asked if the full menu was being served or only breakfast. The person on the speaker kept saying "What do you want?" I asked again. He said "you will have to wait". "Wait? Do you mean for it to be cooked or for later on in the day?" He either wanted me to hear him say this or he didn't know the mic was on " you people who demand everything." I said "What did you say???" Then of course he didn't respond. Then I drove through the drive thru and said to him at the window "you didn't have to be so f-ing rude to the customers." I wonder if the owner would like to know how rude the employees are, or at least this one guy. I will never go there again. read more

I blame myself for attempting to try this crappy place again. I haven't been here in over a year as they are ALWAYS slow and NEVER get my order right. I was hungry and in a rush and the line was short so we went for it. We're totally rushed by the guy taking the order and the small print on the menu is a pain. 17 minutes in drive thru. The jerk in front of us was blasting his stereo while at the window. I was hoping they'd ask him to turn it down but it seems he was a friend of the workers. We'd have left the line but the curb prevented that. I wish I had checked my order but was in a rush to get home and away from the place. They gave me the nasty cheese tots instead of the cheese sticks that I really wanted to try since someone I know keeps raving about them. Then to top it off my Whopper was cold, not room temp, but cold! Also, why bother with tomatoes if they are disgusting pink mush. The bacon was chewy and unappealing. I tossed all my food and opted for a can of soup. Utter waste of time and money and sadly a waste of "food". read more

Went here twice and won't be back. First time, we were the only car in the drive through line. It took 15 minutes to get one order of chicken nuggets. Second time, three cars in drive through but figured it had to be quicker then last time so we pulled in. Luckily no one came in behind us and I was able to back out. We waited 10 minutes and the line didn't move at all! Went inside instead. No one in line but it took 5 minutes for the guy to come take my order. We wanted to order breakfast and he informed me they were out. Wait what?! Out of breakfast at 10 am on a Sunday??? Never heard of such a thing. Another thing I want to note. The guy informed me that they were running a two man show. One person to take ALL orders (drive through and in house) and one cook!! No wonder why it's slow here. Whoever runs this BK needs to do a major overhaul. How do you not have more people working when so many people need jobs? read more

Why is it so hard for this location to get the orders at least semi-consistent and hot? Cold fries again? This is the 3rd time lately. I consider that a pattern. Also, when I say no cheese on my double whopper and I get a double whopper with only cheese on it I think it's worth re-training the staff on proper fast food drive through protocol such as reading the order back. I would normally never write a review of a fast food restaurant because, well, it is fast food enough said. However, whenever I come to this place they ALWAYS get my drive through order wrong and last night was the final straw. I ordered by the number of the value meal so how can someone get that wrong? Not only did they give me all the wrong stuff but when I got home, I also discovered that the buffalo chicken tenders were partially frozen inside and there was a long nasty hair inside my son's cheeseburger. I have been to this Burger King multiple times and every time I go their French fries are cold as shit! I think they cook them and then put them in the freezer! Food was prepared ok as a single pickle was added to NO pickles......the worse thing about this location is the young and non friendly drive thru staff I encountered tonight. Didn't think I'd ever review a fast food joint but this place provides fast and friendly service that I just had to leave a positive review. I was craving a Big Fish from BK and their new fries so I made my way to this Burger King which was 15 minutes away from where I had to be. But I must say, it was worth it. The fries were super hot but I'm not complaining because hot fries means it's fresh and that's A-OK with me! The Big Fish wasn't messy or anything and I was very pleased with the appearance of it. I'm glad I came to this Burger King and got my money's worth. Will definitely stop at this BK when I'm in the neighborhood! read more

Review Fast Food??? Yes. I'm single and likely to be so for life. Little time to cook. Like to eat fancy but would rather spend my money on toys ( PC's, Tools, yada.. ) So... fast food provides a meal a day often. Nothing fancy: Usually breakfast on the road.. A quick burger. Perhaps a quick order of escargot.... [g] ( and WHO still serves that in real restaurants in CCC? ) This BKing i have avoided often as I have had bad luck with them. Yesterday I thought to try them again and lo and behold the evil witch struck again. There's one female manager: aged 40-60, dark hair... who doesn't like it at A L L if you order something that's not exactly as they like to make it ahead of time. What happened to 'have it your way'? Not here. So in addition to the dirty looks for confusing the young, likely underpaid kid taking the order ( she worked with him for 2-3 minutes after I pulled up to get this order entered. This occurs almost every time I order here: nowhere else Bking or other fast food place ) they now charge 99¢ to add ham to the pre-existing sausage egg cheese sandwich. Traditional add on charge is 50-60¢ at all other BKings. Why take the time to whine about 30¢ ? It's the whole package. This store has sucked for years. They continue to bite. Hopefully this tiny whine will influence a few to not spend their pennies here but instead to go to McD's just up the road, or the Jack's which is another 2 blocks further, for their fast food fix. This particular BKing ( BKing has the best tasting meat for the burger bar none! ) needs to be shut down. Or sold to someone who can spell 'customer service' or just the simple word 'smile'. The only reason I am writing a review for Burger King is because the 50 cent vanilla ice cream cones they have recently added on the menu. For all parents and those of you who have a sweet tooth like me and are on a budget I highly recommend buying one if there ice cream cones. Surprisingly the vanilla ice cream is not only full of flavor but the portion is huge! Come into BK to try one they are delish! And come on who doesn't have 50 cents on them? read more

I was craving a burger and onion rings. I was trying to avoid fast food chains, but many mom and pops only take cash and I had none. I was too hungry to detour to an ATM. So, I came here. I did the drive through. The guy taking my order didn't repeat my order so I wasn't sure if it would come out right, but it did. The onion rings were pathetic. They are thin and don't taste or feel like onions are in there. The breading is overkill. The ranch they gave me had all these weird additives in it. Overall, it was edible, but not something to look forward to again. If you have dietary restrictions, forget it. read more

Stopped at this burger king after my daughters basketball game and Colby that helped us was very nice and helpful.

Just had the worst wait at a fast food EVER. got in line at approx 1pm. Three cars ahead of us. Got to the order box at around 1:10. We're told it would be "just a minute". 1:20. Again told it would be "just a minute". At 1:30 he finally was ready to take our order. 30 minute wait JUST to order. The car in front of us hadn't even made it to the pick up window yet. Manager would. It do anything to compensate us for our time wasted (like a free burger). We and the two cars behind us then proceeded to back up out of the order lane and leave. The car in front is us was STILL waiting to pick up their food. I will NEVER eat here again. read more

If you like burger king, go to the one at willow pass road because theyre serving fresh meals. I went here at burger king, clayton road for a drive thru... and got a bacon chease burger, i took a bite and the bacon is rock hard that i couldnt bite down and the whole strip of hard bacon just came off with my bite... thats ridiculous. I go to Burger King once a week their employees are very polite and their food is very good.

Not my favorite place to get a burger, but hey if my friends drag me here I'm not just going to watch them eat. The burgers are not very good while the fries are ok. The only thing that I really like about this place are the hershey's chocolate pies which are delicious. I'm going to give it 2 stars overall, wouldn't really recommend this place. read more
