If I could give a negative zero I would. This location is the worst location I've ever been to. The Manager is horrible. He's an arrogant middle eastern man. He doesn't know the meaning of customer service. My husband, and I walked in. We ordered a medium combination pizza. The pizza had a brown hair entwined into the pizza. I contacted the restaurant immediately. No one answered the phone. I called the next day. The Manager refused to remake our pizza. We will never return to this location. I advised the Restaurant Manager I would contact CCC Environmental Health Division, and file a formal complaint. He replied go ahead. That's fine with me. Save yourself the headache. This is a great venue for board game gatherings. The store on a Sunday wasn't too crowded, and the eating area was clean, neat, and organized. Staff were nice and friendly. We ordered a large Double Play Pepperoni Pizza with Original Crust, and it was quite tasty. Service was relatively quick as well. We played board games from 12 to 5 pm, and if you get their fountain drink then you basically get free pop (and other beverages) throughout the entire day. My only critique is probably just the restroom, which could be cleaner and less smelly. But other than that, this is (again) a great venue for board game gatherings. read more

Last night we had a party of 20, called ahead to order food after a day at Urban Air. When we arrived, food was ready. We had everything we needed and even ordered additional food which came out quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. Manager checked in with us multiple times and even said bye before he left for the night and ensured that it was ok for us to stay as long as we needed. This location has excellent customer service. We celebrated a birthday party here without a reservation and they were kind and accommodating. The games were all in working order and the kids had a great time together playing them. Our food came fast, hot and was delicious. They refreshed the entire salad bar for us as soon as we ordered. I really wish this location had 4 to 5 stars on their ratings. Since I've lived in Concord not once have they let me down and I order from here often. I did an online order not knowing it takes an hour since when you call in it takes about 15 minutes to be ready so I assumed it would be the same. Well I came in since I was already in the area and the guy at the register I believe his name was Shane looked up my order and put a rush on it. How nice of him so I didn't have to wait 45 more mins. I walked in there to order to which is obviously expensive these day's Pizza walked up to the gentleman at the counter, asked a couple of questions such as do you sprinkle cheese on the pizza?, response was we have a three cheese Blended Pizza. yes? but what kind of cheese do you use on the pizza? shredded block mixed, he would not and could not answer the question?!, he had no clue what the ingredients that went on the pizza.he wanted to push a stuff crust on me?? I said no, just please answer, other than it was a three cheese blend pizza that came pre-blendid mixed when I tried to get the answer to the supervisor or the manager? I thought the person that was behind me in a booth sitting down on her telephone, oblivious to the miscommunication that was going on, because she did not care! I got to try their new brownie that I am now obsessed with thanks to Shane who was awesome was able to help me with finding the right coupon that I misplaced. Shane has great customer service and is wonderful with Christian which is always a plus. Five star rating for service, but the pizza is good too. We ordered on their website, a pizza for pickup. Drove out, got home, sat down for dinner and the pizza was wrong. Not what I ordered. We were very upset; did not want to drive back out or wait a long time for a replacement. Yes, this is a five-star review. When I called to explain the error, the manager (Mario? not sure, I am bad with names) was very apologetic and promised to replace the pizza and drive it out to us. Within 20 minutes or so, we had a piping hot, perfectly made pizza at our door. And it was delicious. Ordered last night over the phone and got the All meat Marvel. Went to Port Chicago RT cause the special was for them and my reg. RT didn't have the same special. Okay, I'm not going to review the pizza because it's Round Table Pizza. It's consistent with every other Round Table Pizza on the planet. In my opinion, it's yummy. There are other good (better), independent pizza places in the area, but there are a lot of really, really bad ones. So for convenience and reliably edible pizza, we go to Round Table. But I wanted to say that this particular Round Table on Port Chicago is great with running specials and coupons. They also have a really fun "family" night on Tuesday evenings with an all-you-can-eat buffet which turns out to be really affordable for a family of 4. Along with cheap pizza/salad/drinks, they offer plenty of activities for the kiddos: games, contests, face painting, balloons, and kid-friendly shows playing on their televisions. (FYI - any other time, they generally run sports on their 3 TVs). They have just added a small "Kids' Corner" which has toys and games for the kids to play with while we're waiting for pizza. They have toys appropriate for boys or girls of various ages. It's a great idea, and hopefully they can maintain it so it remains a corner filled with entertaining toys, and not a dirty corner of broken junk. But right now, as of this post, it's great (see pictures). This Round Table is also a good place to bring a big group (soccer team, kid's party, etc) because they have a big room that can be semi-blocked off for a group. The restaurant is big, and generally clean, and they get our order correct. Like any Round Table, you might sometimes be on hold for an extended time, or they might be a little overwhelmed when busy, but overall, it's good. read more

This place is complete trash! Had a Maui Zowie pizza delivered, I spent over 30 bucks on this pizza, and it comes soggy. Couldn't eat it. I called and complained and the owner didn't know what to say but eventually said he'll remake and send right out, within an hour because he said they were extremely busy. Over an hour goes by and no pizza in sight. I call back. He says oh I'm so sorry we are really busy but your pizza is in the oven it will go out within 20 min. Another hour goes by. I eventually drive the cold soggy pizza back to his store and complain. I just wanted my money back at this point. He voided the transaction but as of yet still haven't seen the money back in my account. I hope his business goes down in flames treating people like this and lying. What a jerk. Nothing like showing up to pick up your pizza and they made the opposite of what you explicitly ordered. On top of that a lady brings her dog into the restaurant and not only does the staff say nothing, they come over to pet the dog. Come to find out it's an employee and she goes into the kitchen where food is being prepped and cooked and is actively touching orders. Pretty sure I'm never coming back to this place. Had a terrrrrible time at the Oak Grove store. The manager on duty was rude rude rude!! I finally decided to try Round Table again and chose this location. It was busy but, seemed to run smoothly, which I love. My pizza came out without the mushrooms, this is my favorite topping, so I spoke up, like a twat. The manager, the tall chick, was super apologetic and helped me out and gave me a drink while I waited.
