I don't ask a lot when it comes to fast food. I know it is going to taste like grease and regret but we eat it when we are in need of a quick bite on the go. What I do ask for is fast service and hot food. This latest trip provided neither of those things. When we pulled into the parking lot there were 2 employees hanging out near the entrance, smoking and goofing around. Those two employees remained there the entire time we were there. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 sandwiches, a french fry, and a drink. When we got up to the window the employee took our payment and had us park our car...why? We didn't order much. We pulled up to the front and parked next to another vehicle with a mother and daughter also waiting for their food. We waited for 10 minutes for our food to come out...fast food should be faster. When we got home and opened the bag we were greeted by lukewarm sandwiches and cold, tasteless, barely-cooked french fries. Fast food is not hard! Quit goofing around, commit to doing the job you are paid to do and prove you deserve the $15 y'all are constantly begging for! This is the worst fast food restaurant in our area and if it wasn't for my husband insisting that "next time" will be better, I'd never get food from here again. read more

This Burger King is in a strip mall off busy Route 372. Access from I-91 is quick as it is only one block from the highway ramp. This restaurant is about average for the chain. The interior is getting a bit drab and it's probably been a while since the last renovation or update. Food and service were okay. read more

This Burger King is in the same parking lot as my office so decided to drive thru for a cup of coffee in the morning. At 7:30 am the place looked abandoned. The order system in the drive thru was taped together with duct tape. After about 3 minutes, a voice came on to tell me, "I'm sorry, but this store is closed right now". Wouldn't it make more sense to place a sign at the drive thru explaining that? And if you're closed, why are you there? I won't be going back....not even for coffee. read more

If you held a boom stick to my face and told me to order here again or I die, I would literally spend the next 15 seconds figuring out my last words. Disrespectful employee at the counter who makes up their own rules, literally giving me a hurry up gesture as I order (I was the only one inside btw). God I wish I could get a copy of that security cam footage! They could not wrap their heads around 1 sandwich order that "the manager ok'd". I think they were just annoying me until I left. Which I did. Endless Spanish arguing being yelled across the back, something about a scheduling issue. Floors and counter that hang onto your shoes and hands better than super glue (more than "movie theater floor" level). I can't. The franchise owner must want this place to fail. I would actually pay $100 to every car in the neighboring Starbucks drive thru during the Monday morning rush to run over my right foot before I'd go back and deal with that one lady at the counter again. I tried to redeem a coupon for a free whopper on my mobile app and couldn't get it to go through, so I went into the store for assistance with it, and no one in the store could help me and although the code said to redeem it at the cashier the GM was unwilling to redeem it or otherwise make it right. read more

Absolutly horrible place to choose when you want something to eat! In a rush or just in the mood for a simple 'fries and a shake'... Dont! They seem to be very consistent on one thing, EFFING UP THE ORDER. Every single time I come here! I regret coming here after each and every time. So I used to go to this Burger King years ago, when I worked in Middletown and played volleyball after work. I stopped there after class at 7:30 pm, for old times sake. I place my order at the drive up, and they tell me they are out of burgers. OUT OF BURGERS?????? AT 7:30 PM???? WTF??? ISN'T BURGER YOUR FIRST NAME? Note to the reader...I sent this review to BK Corporate a few months ago...figured I'd share it again. You should also know that i DO have a life...i just get passionate about these things once in a while: Although I tell myself I want to, it is not often that I actually go through with writing reviews of businesses that I visit. When I do, however, it is usually to address bad service or report unacceptable conditions. This one is different...My boyfriend and I were traveling up to Boston this past weekend through the terrible Tropical Storm Andrea. Choosing Burger King over McDonald's, as I usually do, we stopped to grab a quick bite to eat. I was a little discouraged as we approached the drive-thru window and could not read the menu options due to poor lighting. It was at this time we decided to stretch our legs, and make this stop a dine-in experience. Considering the fact that it was 9:45 on a Friday Evening, it was safe to assume that the place wouldn't be packed with hungry patrons. What I also didn't expect was the shockingly fantastic service that I was about to receive. Our order was taken by the cashier, who had suffered a recent injury judging by the sling that his arm rested in. He took our order with grace and kindness, and continued his duties without letting his injury inhibit his efforts. We received our food, and took a seat in the empty, but warm, dining area. As we enjoyed our respective meals, the manager (I would assume) checked in on us to make sure that everything was ok. Delicious, as always, our food was scarfed down within minutes, and we made our way to the exit. A farewell by the employees that included "Have a Good Night" and "Drive Safe Out There" escorted us out into the storm. As we got into the car, I turned to my co-pilot and said "That was the best Burger King Experience I've ever had! We have to write a letter!" So here we are...In my 27 years of experience at "quick-service restaurants" I cannot say I have been more satisfied with both the food and service as I was on Friday Night in Cromwell, CT. Thank you for finding these amazing people, and for giving us warm shelter on a stormy night. read more

This fast food place is the most poorly run I have ever seen. They are regularly out of items like ice, certain kinds of soda, or the ice cream machine isn't working. Wait times are very long even when it is not particularly busy. When I come to pickup orders here for delivery service nothing is ever ready unlike other burger kings I have picked up from. Probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. We walk in and there is no one is working. There is one person working on the food. We were waiting for 10 minutes until 2 workers came in to take orders. They warned us that the ice machine wasn't working but we decided to get drinks anyways. The drinks were flat. If I could leave 0 stars I would. MARIA was the drive through woman and she was absolutely so rude and rolled her eyes at me. Also she told me 5 times to turn around and park in the front when there was nobody behind me. She seemed really frustrated that I wouldn't get out of the empty drive through field. I'm pretty sure I has to do something with their tracked line waiting time. Anyways, when she did bring me my food she rolled her eyes and threw her hands on the air didn't say a word and just walked away. This isn't the first time the aggressive staff has done this. I have finally given this place another shot and I swear, it's like the air in there is toxic. Everyone has this really disgusting attitude it's like they don't realize they are at work and cannot be this nasty to customers. I wonder where is management!!? When I went to place my order at the drive thru, the person working was unresponsive for a long period. She finally took my order, but did not confirm it after I stated my order, so I drove up. When I got to the window, the associate was not there right away, and showed up after a minute. She was talking on her personal cell phone the entire time I was at the drive up window. I handed her a coupon for my order, and she said she shouldn't accept it because I didn't mention it at the time or order (this was listed nowhere on the coupon as a requirement) She took the coupon and my credit card, and a couple minutes later came back with the food. She refused to give me a receipt, saying it was too late. So I had no idea how much I actually got charged. My ham egg and cheese croissantwiches were cold. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, and will not be returning. Poor service can be expected here at breakfast time. This is the absolute worst Burger King I have ever gone to. Despite it being so close to my home, I avoid it like the plague. The food is not fresh, the service is horrible and they stop breakfast 5 minutes early, and when asked to get it served, they act as though it's 10:30am. Don't bother going to this Burger King.
