Waited from 10:20 til 10:59 for one croisanwich . Unbelievable. There was just a cluster fuck of people waiting Noone showed up for work therefore setting them up for failure. The service was slow..It took almost 20 minutes to get our order and we were the only ones here. I also asked for a decaf coffee to go with my breakfast . They don't have it. Instead they tried to give me a regular coffee that was watered down. Not good for someone who shouldnt have caffeine. Won't go here again. read more

It's been about 9 months since I visited this location due to past problems. It was on my way home tonight and my wife wanted her impossible whopper. So I thought I would try it again since had been so long. They must be under new management because it was a 180 from before. Once I ordered, I drove up, paid and my order was ready approximately 1 minute after she handed me my drink. Terrible service. One of the drinks I ordered, the syrup must of been out so I asked for a different drink. Didn't receive straws or the fries so I tapped on the window and the staff seemed to be annoyed. When given the fries, the staff member didn't have gloves on and was literally touching the fries he had in his hand, I asked for a bag for the fries and he seemed upset/annoyed. Would not even give a 1. Went in and no one else was there. Gave our order and we had our 4 yr old grandson with us. Only 1 table was clean. 3 people came in and Only 1 stayed after not being waited on. After 20 minutes, there was no food, and the other guy got his. This location has gone from slow to slower. I'm talking 45 minute plus wait times in the drive thru. Why don't you just go in you might ask? Because after figuring how to get out of line and park, you will unload all your kids, walk to the door, only to have it be locked and have no employees offer an explanation. Like a dummy I decided to give this location one final chance. The last time I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant it only had cheese on it and I had to go back. My new sandwich which was 'fresh' according to the employee, had a hot egg but the cheese wasn't melted. Just a slice of cheese thrown in for good measure I guess. So today my order was luke warm and the egg is burnt and looks like it was cut with scissors. And why don't they give you your receipt? And where is the number to call to the owner?
