Came here around 5-6pm on 11/22/2024 for a burger and a large fry. Asked to use the app for the free fry at the drive thru window. This young light skin man had a attitude about me using the app. Said if I wanted to use the app I should have asked at the beginning when I ordered. I told him, I didn't know and nobody asked me to use my app when i was ordering my food. He then proceeds to get even more rude, slam the door and leave through the drive through. How does this place stay open? Service is horrible, ordered at pull up menu with a female only to have to order again at the window with the same female (very withdrawn). Took long to get our food we paid for, we shouldn't have to pay unless half the food is at least ready. People inside don't even look like they care about anything. First I was surprised that anyone even responded at the drive thru, all of the time that I had previously tried to go after work no one would ever respond even though it stated they had 1-2 hours before they closed. I know this is long , but please read! This is by far the nastiest restaurant I have ever eaten at in my life. I don't normally write bad reviews but this place is just awful! My family and I were there for a mere 30 minutes and several incidences took place. First of all, when we walked in nobody was at the front counter. After waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come we finally placed our order. When We received it they got it completely wrong. Cool. Whatever it happens....they corrected it and we go seat ourselves to eat. Well here's Where it gets gross. We sat down to eat our food and then we see a door open and in comes two ladies dressed in full workout attire, sweaty from the heat with their hands full of hamburger buns in a giant plastic bag. They place the buns on the front counter. The buns were smashed and all over the place in the plastic bag. After we finished our meal I go back to the front and order some cookies for my kiddos. Well the cookies in the display needed to be bagged so the guy ran to the back to grab some more cookies bags. He then proceeds to grab the cookies with his bare hands and place them in the bag. This same guy was also eating an ice cream cone in the kitchen whilst preparing food with no gloves. Our food was dry and stale. We will never be returning to this establishment again.
