Only giving 2 stars because the employees are nice. Food is God awful. Rolls have been stale for years, burgers overcooked. You get tiny pieces of lettuce (as if it was bagged lettuce in those little pieces), that have that red color on them as if they're on the verge of going bad. I've lived here for 21 years and I've never seen a piece of actual green lettuce on my burger. The burgers are cooked so much they are hard and burnt on the outsides and the insides are nasty and gray. Just all around gross. We stopped at this location and i have a coupon which says 7.49 for a large whopper meal but then a cashier named Jacqueline asked if I want bacon and something else but she never mentioned that I would been charged so my food ended up being 10 dollars and I didn't want it. Not a huge fan of fast food but a coupon showed up in the mail and....... Okay I was jonesing for a burger with fries and now with needing to take out a second mortgage just to dine at my local 5 guys I used the BK coupon. Service was fast efficient and friendly and soon I skipped out with my Wopper with extra onions, fries and large lemonade.{Yeah I still skip around food} Appearance,taste,texture was as expected but there was an extra crunch to the onions,lettace was crisp and vivid green and the fries were hot and salty... All in all BK's meal was fresh, cheap and filling with not so much of the guilt you inevitably experience after consuming absolutely anything at Micky Dees. Heavy thunderstorms yesterday while I was driving back from a visit to Cranbury, NJ. Route 130 was a mess with heavy traffic and potholes. Still, I was hungry and decided to grab something easy and mange on the way home. Stopped at this Burger King when there was a pause in the deluge and was able to order their Whopper, onion rings and a drink without getting too wet. Service was friendly, and I had no problem with the short wait at the drive thru window while the burger was finished and dressed. Appreciated the onion ring option as they carry fewer calories than fries and have a enjoyable taste. The sandwich was hot on first bite, while the lettuce, tomato and onion were cool and blended well with the beef and sesame seeded bun. For a fast food highway burger it wasn't bad. Managed to gobble it all down without making a mess of myself or the front seat. I really don't like eating while I drive and will avoid it as much as possible. Yet, sometimes it is unavoidable. Glad this BK was able to satisfy my needs in this instant without making me regret the urgency. read more

Came here to try out the Impossible Whopper and I surprisingly was not disappointed. I didn't think a meatless burger could be pulled off-- no less by a fast food joint-- but BK pulled it off! I got the impossible whopper with cheese and when I received the burger, it was wrapped in a white and teal eye-catching wrapper and had that distinct char-broiled smell to it. I took a bite of it and was pleasantly surprised. It definitely could pass of as a 100% beef whopper! The burger has all the components to your typical whopper lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and tasted pretty good. I docked off a star because the price of the impossible whopper was $7.35 which I felt was too pricey for a meatless whopper. But other than that, it was great and I definitely can see myself coming back again for it. read more

I usually dont write reviews for fast food places but I felt like this Burger King deserved it. Coming from someone who lived in L.A their entire life, I was always used to horrible fast food service but this Burger King ALWAYS picks up the phone which is RARE in L.A. I appreciate this so much. Thank you for still picking up the phone and being nice to the customers. It may seem like its not a big deal but it makes such a huge difference from just picking up the phone or ignoring phonecalls. Great work, keep it up! read more

He is incredibly unprofessional, rude, hostile and insulting. We have NEVER been treated like this by any other business. When I lived in Plainsboro I went to this location on and off with my lady. Always had good service inside as well as the drive thru. A Smash Burger opened up right down the street so its possible that may have taken business away. read more

It's pretty much a rip off. They don't fill your cups of drink all the way to the top when you go through the drive-thru, in addition to a lot of ice taking up space in the cup. The chicken classic sandwich had mostly fried crust on it rather than lean white meat. It was very salty too. I did not like. read more

Good fries, good chicken nuggets, good everything. Beverages with tasty and cheap, so was the food. Staff was nice and restaurant was not busy. This is just an overall impression of the Whopper sandwich and not necessary anything pertaining to this chain in East Windsor. It is just I have eaten the whopper sandwich twice here and felt it was time for me to comment on this deceiving burger that Burger King so shamelessly advertise. It is considerate of Burger King to wrap half the sandwich in plastic wrap so it is easier for the customer to pick up but now I truly know WHY they do that. It is because without a wrap around the burger, the whole entire thing would literally leak and fall apart. The wrap sort of serves as a diaper but the burger is so poorly designed that no matter how you use the wrap, the juices and sauces will start to flow out and unto your hands. It is a rather messy ordeal to eat the whopper and Burger King should have provided me with a bib to go along with the meal. No wonder McDonald's reigns supreme as the better fast food joint. Today was National ice cream day. I went through the drive thru at this location an hour before closing time to order a milkshake. Only to be told they couldn't provide me with that because they were cleaning the machines for close already. I've management many establishments and now own my on business. It doesn't state any where on the menu that these items are limited and therefore I'm sure this behavior isn't acceptable within the corporation as it wasn't with the organizations that employed me in the past. I explained to the assistant manager, Daniel, on duty how disappointed I was and that I drove out just for these milkshakes. He was very rude, he talked down to me and accused me of trying to get something for free. I simply was trying to coach him on how to handle this situation. Knowing that I was going to submit a complaint he still did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. My question is, why is it so hard to find any place with good customer service in NJ. Is it because customers are viewed as an order number instead of a guest. My home is NC, and even my worst customer experience there would surpass any that I've encountered in the state of NJ. read more

i have to give a three because the service is quick haven been a restaurant manger and chef for over 10 years i know the stress and hardship from working at a fast food or QSR environment. The manager is very nice know him very well but the food is exactly as stated especially the whopper. But the double cheeseburger never fails me and their fires are very good compared to other fast food places. At least these burgers taste real but they have to work on cleaning the restaurant, hotter food, more appetizing whopper, and keeping your ketchup machine stocked, its been the second time i had to wait but they work hard and are friendly so given a 4 on this one. read more
