This is outrageous! I mean seriously guys, I was just chilling and all I wanted was a free whopper. And then the receipt lied to me. Well I got bamboozled. I did not read the fine print. Now you may be saying that it's not Burger King's fault but I argue the contrary. I'm just sad because I did their long survey with invasive questions such as my gender, ethnicity, and house hold income. But wait, there's more. Their sign was not put on the window correctly. Best Burger King Ever!!! I will start by saying that I did not read any previous reviews nor do they matter to me. We recently ate at this location and i hope the Franchise Owners read this. The 2 people working on November 22 around 3:30 pm, are beyond amazing. There was only these 2 people working. 1 person on food and 1 person taking both restaurant orders and drive thru. We went to the drive-thru and the wait wasn't too long, maybe 5min. Our order of premade foods (i.e. French fries & chicken fingers) came out fresh and hot, as did our value double-cheeseburger. The grilled chicken sandwich however was cold with a crusty and very hard bun, and an equally undesirable piece of chicken. Our guess is that it was sitting around for....AWHILE. Wow! Worst service ever, don't stop there. I've gone through the drive-through faster than that. The three teenagers or young people behind the register sat there talking for 10 minutes and didn't bother to cook our food. WORST SERVICE EVER! Driving Home - needed a bite to make it another (200) hundred miles. We pulled up to the Burger King and went in side an easy (1) Hour before they even closed and they had already turned off the Broiler. Wouldn't serve anything but the fried chicken fingers. HOME OF THE FLAME BROILED BURGER!?!?! That is what you get when the Kids working for you don't care. Don't ever stop here on your way through town! Oh - and we waited in line over 15 minutes just to get to the Register to have them tell us that they wouldn't serve us Burgers at a Burger Place! And the Lady in front of us waited to be nice - and tell them that somebody left their lights on - and the lazy girl at the Register couldn't be bothered and told her they couldn't tell their Customers that and to tell somebody else. Driving through Fillmore on a road trip with the kids and unfortunately had this Burger King (attached to a gas station) as the only option for fast food. I made the mistake of ordering inside. Standing and ordering at the counter gives the customer a clear view of the state of their open kitchen! ABSOLUTELY, DISGUSTINGLY UNCLEAN!! There was old food all over their kitchen floor and underneath their prep stations. Their burger prep station was messy with lettuce, ketchup, and other condiments spilled all over the place. The girl who was working back there was prepping orders on top of the messy counters. Frozen french fries and frozen nuggets that had fallen were all over the floor around and under the fryer vats. I watched as one employee took orders between drive-thru and the front counter, took money, and then went to assemble food orders without washing his hands! In addition to the uncleanliness of this location, there were only two people working! The service was unbelievably SLOW! It took a better part of 20 minutes to get two kids meals and a jr. whopper meal! After seeing the state of their kitchen, I could only bring myself to eat the french fries - those are fried at such a high temp that I felt they would be the safest to eat! Keep driving if you can! If not, order through drive-thru so your appetite isn't ruined by looking at the state of their kitchen! Better yet, if you have to stop, grab a snack from the attached gas station until you can find something better up the road! read more

Worst fast food experience. We stopped here to get gas around 6:30pm and Burger King is the only fast food next to the gas station, so we wanted to get some food for dinner. We went through the drive through. We waited there and no one even acknowledge us until we had to say hello. I ordered my food and then they said there's no burger at Burger King. Only chicken and fish. At the end I ordered a fish burger. I also ordered chicken nuggets for my daughter. While we were waiting for the food, they told me they ran out of nuggets and asked me to switch to chicken fries. I had no choice but to switch. How come they didn't tell me they don't have nuggets, don't have burger before I order? Also the fish was so nasty like a burnt taste and super hard to chew on. I had to throw it away. Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and the manager was offering mint candies after meal.

My family had to walk through the drive thru, since they wouldn't allow us to go inside, because they said they were cleaning, and we saw them sit in a group and talk, not even taking orders, or making food. They said that they are kid friendly, and got mad when the little kids were talking in a whispering voice. They got mad at us for adding more things in the order as we are a bunch of people. This place is near a highway and people would stop by to eat, and they minimize the amount of food choices, which is terrible since many people would want to get a nice meal for a family if on a road trip.
