This is by far the worst fast food location I have ever visited. Don't get me wrong, fast food doesn't come with high expectations to begin with, but this place is just bad! The kitchen is filthy, the workers are slow and there are dozens of flies in the dining area. After waiting a decent amount of time to order and receive our food, we did not receive any of the frozen drinks we ordered, so I politely explained that we had gotten our food 10 minutes prior, but no drinks. The manager grabbed the receipt, told the register girl to get them and then flung the receipt at me. I stood there shocked as I caught my receipt after it hit me and began to flutter sadly to the ground. While the manager proceeded to help other guests with their complaints, her -boyfriend?- came in (wearing a porn sweater when there were clearly young families in the restaurant!) and she left the front counter to go sit with him and talk at a table, leaving the customers waiting even longer than they already had been. On top of that the chicken nuggets we ordered were cold and very undercooked. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. Skip this place and run to Costa Vida next door! read more

AVOID -- seriously, stay away. We stopped there on a road trip on Wednesday, 8/21/2020. The woman taking the orders was rude and abrupt, and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Which we didn't eat. Why? NONE of the four employees -- including the person making the burgers -- were wearing masks. He (or she; not sure) stood right over the open burgers putting on lettuce, etc., breathing on them. Want a chance to catch COVID-19? The only reason I'm giving 2 Stars was because the chicken nuggets were okay, even without sauce. They put mayo on the burger we asked for no mayo on and forgot the onion. The chicken sandwich was burnt and the burgers had WAY to much ketchup. The oil in the fryer needs to be changed, it makes the fries taste old. Took forever in the drive through as well. We waited over 25 minutes for two kids meal at the walk up counter. The cashier keep taking people's orders while the prepared orders just staked up. There was at least 8 orders waiting to be handed out. There was so much prepared food that when they did start passing out orders, they were confused on which food belonged with which order. If there were any other kid friendly options we would of gotten a refund and went somewhere else. read more

Very gross location. Tons of dead flies in the windows (by the eating tables.) EVERY single table had food crumbs and garbage all over them and clearly hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. The floor was slick with crumbs and wrappers. They screwed up our order in a very obvious way and wouldn't fix it or even apologize. Not the fastest fast food place I've been to but it must've been because it was 15 minutes from closing. Service was friendly but the food took about 8-10 minutes to come out from the time I ordered. I also had to wait a few minutes to order since the manager was taking a smoke break and the only employee there at the time didn't know how to use the cash register. Longest. Wait. Ever. (It always is when we've come through town so just be warned) We waited for a good 20 mins through the drive through to order, only to be told "we are no longer taking drive through orders." I understand when you are busy that there will be a wait but there was no communication about the "no service" as we sat and waited at the order screen. Pssstt...MAYBE put up a sign or come out and say something! but to sit and wait that long (with little kids in the car, mind you) and not mention anything is a little more than annoying. Especially when it's the only stop you make on a 4 hour drive and it's dinner time. Possibly plan your shifts a little better or hire more people! By the way, we went over to iceberg and sat and watched car after car wait in the drive through at Burger King, sit and wait and wondering if they got service while we didn't. This place.......we ordered and waited about 20 minutes for our food. The French fries were so bad! I mean they tasted day old bad! They replaced them with hot, fresh tater tots. Much better! The cheese burgers were luke warm with some of the stalest buns I've ever had! Sons, pancakes were luke warm at best! The cashier was so inept she could not take a correct order could not get the order made in a timely fashion I had 13 min to get food and get back to the shuttle bus I was on or miss my ride to Provo Ut. We ordered two different shakes, and we got one vanilla shake for a full cup, and got another strawberry shake for 2/3 cup. The chicken nuggets we ordered is not hot, and the Big Fish sandwich we ordered, the material is not that fresh, especially the fish, it seems like the fish have been put in the refrigerator for a long time. I ordered two 20 piece nuggets and 3 apple pies two large Oreo shakes and one frappe. I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and when I made it to the window and received my food and drinks I only got one of the Oreo shakes and I looked and was only charged for the one. I asked if I could purchase the other shake and the manager Rhonda told me I would have to go back and wait in line again and when I called to complain she hung up on me and was very rude. They made excuses and said it was my fault because I didn't talk loud enough into the speaker and the shake machine was slow and so on.
