So I will begin with the fact I did appreciate their friendliness and courtesy. However, I am very disappointed in the quality of food I seem to get here every time. I come here and their fries are barely filled to the brim and my cheeseburger, if I get one, has cold cheese and the cheeseburgers are barely warm. I used to work at Burger King in high school and I always remember the fries having to be overflowing, or we would get in trouble. Also, our sandwiches ingredients had to be neatly laid out, not messy. Sadly, this is not what I get here. I hardly ever write a review. As far back as 2012 and 2019, critical remarks have been made about this dirty Burger King! I could not agree more... lots of flies, trash on the floor in the kitchen area; food chunks and trash on the dining room floor, big stack of trays with the top one dirty so imagination leads me to conclude that the whole stack is dirty; one big-mouthed employee that could be heard constantly throughout the BK; lots of employee chatter with no one coming in to clean the dining room. By other reviews I've read, I wonder why I am doing this as I anticipate that nothing will change. Bad reviews as far back as 2012? My dad has a saying: I have been there twice--my first and my last time! If nothing has changed and the BK management does not "get" these reviews in this much time, then this customer can change. I ordered a whopper, with a small fry, large Dr Pepper, and a 4 piece chicken fry since my sister likes them. They gave me my whopper, a large cola, and no French fries or chicken fries. And they charged me for the chicken fries too, and yet I never got them. How the hell do you mess up an order like that? Terrible service and staffing in my opinion. Why is it so hard to getting an order right! Absolutely no ice in our two drinks and the wrong burger. I feel like I wasted my money

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a hersheys pie! sat and waited to place order for 7 minutes. no communication. woman finally answered and did not speak English well. did not review my order, just told me to drive around! got to the window and waited again. looked like only 2 employees in the store. she came to the window, my order in her hand and told me they were out of pies, did I want cookies. I said no. then said my order was $11. no way, I proceeded to add it up for her. she had gotten me 2 foinle cheeseburgers instead of just cheeseburgers. instead of just giving me the order and not continuing to back up the drive through, she took them back and redid the order! ridiculous. won't be going back! walked to the store while it was not busy and the lobby was close due to "shortage of staff" when I walked to the drive thru I was more than 4 employees inside and after 15 mins of waiting I was greeted with "what do you want" and that "it's my problem I don't have a car" I was disgusted with the way I was treated considering I am a frequent customer. spoke with the GM who was very well spoken, great help and listen to my concern and said he would address it. read more

Disgusting. Clearly not cleaned. Bathrooms made me gag. Unsanitary. Has play area that is very nice, but worn down. You'll want to bath your kids in antiseptic lotion after it. read more
