I'd give 0 stars if I could. By far the single worst drive through experience I've ever had. I haven't been to a Burger King in years and can say I most definitely will not return. I needed a quick bite before I returned to work and pulled into the lot at 11:30am where there was one car in front of me and maybe 6 parked in the parking lot. In total it took over 40 minutes for me to get my food. At one point they said they were slammed (no clue how with 8 cars in the drive through at this point). They ask me to pull forward (again no idea why that would help since fifteen feet in front of you is the always busy Cherry st. and nowhere for other cars behind you to move around) they'd get me my food shortly. Another ten minutes later only after pulling around to parking lot and walking inside do I receive my food. Hardly anyone in the restaurant with two workers and someone in the kitchen and you say you're "slammed"? Just sounds like improper training and lack of hiring/scheduling more people. All of that to not even get the right order. Ridiculous. read more

I really hate leaving negative reviews so it's rare that I do it but I feel like I have to say something. On both Sunday and Monday at this location I've noticed the same worker (I don't know his name). Every time he's there I know something is going to be wrong in my order. He seems nice and I know it's probably a stressful job but it's still really frustrating. The first time it happened was a month or two ago and I knew I should have said something but I let it slide because I go here often and usually see other people who are awesome!! I also ordered a burger early in the morning which I know is probably their worst nightmare but Im not a fan of breakfast food and am happy to wait longer for my burger. The other crew always does it and it's usually perfect (I really appreciate them so much). However that morning I got food poisoning from undercooked bacon. Bacon is also in several breakfast items so I can't imagine how many other people may have gotten sick that day too. I didn't eat here again for several weeks and still can't stand even the thought of bacon. The second time was yesterday morning I ordered a whopper (again early in the morning around 8:00am). This time however the lettuce was frozen and soggy. I took one bite and didn't finish it because it was so bad. Today I actually waited until lunch (because I have work off and can do that today). I ordered a barbecue bacon whopper jr for my fiancé and it didn't have any bacon on it at all. On top of that it had so much barbecue sauce at first we thought it didn't even have a Pattie on it at all either. When we looked closer we noticed it was just a very small Pattie that was buried under sauce. He took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. Like I said before the morning crew that I normally see are so amazing and kind on top of always making our food so great. I also feel the need to say the guy in question (who I wont get food from anymore) is nice as well and I don't even know if he's the one at fault. I asked my son to pick up a hamburger for me specifically no Mayo first they tried to add bacon then when he got it home it was slathered with Mayo and I tried to call 3 times with no answer so why bother anymore can't eat my sandwich or get a response so I guess take my money and give me nothing read more

These people are very rude. They're always getting my order wrong. When I try to go back and get it corrected or I call him and let him know they have threatened to ban me from the restaurant. They said that comes from the higher-ups. They make you pull around at the front of the restaurant if you want something cooked fresh because they have this contest where they're trying to get cars out of the drive-thru in 3 minutes or less my order takes 3 minutes but yet in the middle of the night in the dark they're making me go out on the street and there is hardly any room to pull in their driveway without being in the wrong lane. I've been very nice to them. I have laughed and joked with them and then I get this tonight. Not a very nice way to treat a 70-year-old woman who goes out in the middle of the night in the dark in the cold to get a few french fries for dinner read more

I will not return to this Burger King! When I asked for my food to be fresh the drive thru person was very disrespectful and I was very unhappy about it and the manager didn't know where the cars that HE pulled forward were. every time I come my food is cold or my order is wrong. Since the renovation this place has turned around. You get survive everyone is nice. The food hasn't been sitting around because of a manager trying to cut corners. My only complaint is the employee talking/yelling on her cellphone and sometimes using speaker phone. Cellphone etiquette has never allowed people to talk on their phones inside in a restaurant. read more

Just awful. I ordered a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets, I got home a took a bite of the burger and spit it out fast. opened it up and had thousand island dressing poured all over it. We see there are several bad reviews but we needed to give a good review so that people have a better picture of how this Burger King is currently. We drive through Junction to go to Moab to manage our vacation rentals and we stop here often. we love the fries, the service is very good actually, the people are polite and accommodating. Ignore the bad reviews, I go here almost daily. First, mistakes happen. Sometimes repeatedly, but if your patient with these folks they will be friendly, kind and fix your order if its wrong without a fuss. Second, if your in a hurry don't eat out, make your own lunch. We just picked up an order about 1 hour ago - ordered through the drive-thru - 2 Impossible Burgers, 1 French fry and 1 order of Cheesy Tots. At the window, we paid and waited and then was told that they had just put down the "Burgers" and it would take about 4 minutes and to pull around front. We did and in about 5 minutes someone delivered our food to us. The problem - we had exactly 2 Cheesy Tots in the order. If this is the norm than $1 is an overcharge!! I was hungry yesterday morning so I decided to try your breakfast menu. I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito. I haven't been that disappointed in a very long time. The burrito was maybe two bites and not very tasty. The order comes with two burritos but the two combined is smaller than one burrito. So I ate my snack on my way to McDonald's and ordered real burritos for breakfast. I don't recommend the breakfast burritos from here unless you want to stay hungry. read more

We stopped by BK in Fruita for an Original Chicken sandwhich. Went to fill our drink cups and there in front of me as "Big as Day" was large round white colored worm (dead) just hanging out of the Diet Coke!!! Told the manager and all they did was offer to fill our drinks from the drive-thru window fountain. Not once, did anyone attempt to thoroughly clean and disinfect the pop machine. So upon leaving, we brought this to the attention of an employee, they went to the machine and just pulled out the worm. Didn't attempt to clean it and customers continued to use that machine. "This was not an isolated instance"! Two days earlier, we went to the same BK and saw another worm of the same description hanging out of the Root Beer dispenser!" We again proceeded to show the manager at which time they took apart only the Root Beer dispenser and cleaned it. For several years now Fruita, Burger King is the most discussing place to eat not only for this reason but for several other as has been mentioned in other's reviews. What has the Health Department been doing all these years of inspection! The owner of all local Burger Kings should be ashamed! Do they not care about customer health and well-being. How can this go on for several years and not escape the attention of the Health Department etc?!!! read more

Gave them way to many second chances..... talked to manager 2 times - I give up ...... over the last year they have messed up our order no leas than 80% of the time.... last night I ordered a cheeseburger plain nothing on it for my son - for the first time ever they didn't add ketchup mustard or pickle - but also forgot the cheese.... when I came back the manager interrupted the order taker And said they would make him a new one - didn't apologize - didn't come to the window - nothing!! Fast food is never my first choice, but went to BK out of desperation. BK typically delivers a fairly consistent expectation. I know it's not a healthy choice, but it's usually satisfying and at least tasty.....not in this case. Service was good, but the food was pathetic- really, really bad! read more
